There is an important question about what happened on January 6th, 2021. The question is, How can there be an insurrection on top of an insurrection?

The Story of Real Insurgency

In 1828 Noah Webster defined an "insurgency" consisting of people who fail to obey one or more laws of their country; and a "rebellion" has purpose of turning one's country over to another power. The federal government is supposedly a creation of the several States that created a Federation Republic. The political power rests within the states. The 14th Amendment steals that power and gives it to the federal government. Per Section 2 of the amendment, those who are voting are in rebellion and are deemed criminals. That Red Amendment created the rebellion. It is tied to the aspects of Plank 4 of the Communist Manifesto.

The fact is, Section 3 of the 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution sets down the rules on how the insurgents must act and operate under the 14th Amendment orchestrated rebellion... which entraps United States citizens.

The purported insurgency of January 6th is being pulled-out of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. The Democrats – a party of Marx's ruling class with the other being the Republicans of the political dog and pony show – are asserting that Donald Trump had breached the de facto oath of office to the "Reconstructed Constitution" under that section and cannot hold office ever again.

Hence, an insurgency on top of an insurgency. Right. No more participating in the Communist takeover under "Reconstruction"... You bad man. Fact is, Trump really cannot be held to any constitutional violations... aside the ones that have been allowed under the 14th Amendment insurgency. A stealth act of war where United States citizens (a.k.a., citizens of the United States) are duped bad guys and are ruled by the rulers who declared an emergency. That emergency being the progressive installation of Communism over the past 150 years.
