Recon of Reconstruction

Preface
In the last Post dated October 6th being titled – What Could Go Wrong?, a few things were impressed. Mainly, CHAOS had been established by the Synagogue of Satan to fulfill the Communist-Capitalist Conjob with so-called "Democracy". A system created by Washington D.C. overpowering the The Republic's creators.

To further expand on that chaos, in Federalist Number 10, James Madison said:
"...It may be concluded that a pure democracy, by which I mean a society,
consisting of a small number of citizens, who assemble and administer
the government in person, can admit of no cure for the mischiefs of
faction. A common passion or interest will, in almost every case,
be felt by a majority of the whole..." —James Madison, 1787
Like Madison discussed in Federalist Number 14, all people of America were brought into a "small spot" as legal entities to vote as a mob unit. Reconstruction and its 14th Amendment and progressive acts had achieved it; thus destroying state's rights and the political will of the republic-states. The "common passion of interest" in this "Democracy" of D.C. is "Socialism", which destroyed the whole.

This was the formula for slavery Karl Marx concocted to steal The Republic from those who were of the Lawful Bodies Politic under the Constitution proper. A key element to fulfill World Communism to gain world control for an elite few. It was a perfect strategy to destroy rightful republican principles by the AntiChrist.

As this Jurist has been advising Americans for the past 25 years, a rebellion is caused by the Consent of The Governed : a perfect tool to enslave the masses. A small number of citizens has turned into a programmed lot who adores their Marxism. All as accomplished by the Reconstruction of Government in 1868.

It has been said that the created cannot be greater than the creator. The United States was created FOR the states and IT turned around and took them over in violation of Article V of the Constitution. This usurpation is said to be done under an Emergency. In political reality, it is a Communist Insurgency. As this Jurist has been advising people of for the past 25 years, a secret formula was created to put the criminal activity off onto those who are participating in this rebellious political system. Right. "The Rulers" get a free pass for their criminal behavior.

From what I have witnessed during this 25 years, the masses insist on listening to Operatives and Opportunists and a host of Dancing Monkeys. They choose to ignore this travesty as to kick the can down the road and continue on with The Red Slavery. Right. A Republican Form of Government is of no interest to them.
Sorting Out The Rebels
IT'S NOT MY GOVERNMENT.  IT'S NOT MY REBELLION.
The main purpose of this Post is to do a reconnaissance on how this usurpation actually works. Reconnaissance – in short, Recon – is defined as the following:
  • re·con·nais·sance, noun. a preliminary survey to gain information especially : an exploratory military survey of enemy territory. —source
First off, this Jurist had done a survey of this travesty 25 years ago and reported its results in the book titled—The Red Amendment. Of course the enemy took counter measures by establishing a plethora of distractions and division tactics. This was achieved through various means which I have gone over for years. As related herein above, the masses rather listen to Operatives and Opportunists.

Simply, what transpired is the Representative Democracy was turned into a faux national government via a mobocracy brought under the legislation of Congress. Right. This "Democracy" is not what is called a "pure democracy" as described by Madison in the Federalist Papers, but the politics do create a chaotic mess. It is fueled by the passion of the socialist mind in order to enrich the greedy sorts. All players are surely in enemy territory. Again, in the 1960's Justice Black of the Supreme Court related the criminal activity as enemies of republican freedom :
"The chief enemies of republican freedom are mental sloth, conformity, bigotry, superstition, credulity, monopoly in the market of ideas, and utter benighted ignorance."
That being established: We must sort out the "Red Players" in this quiet war. Accordingly, understand Congress is full of Traitors and Foreigners, as are the de facto States. We know these types as putting "Israel First" over the [U]nited States of America and its people. Of course it goes much deeper. This system has caused a genocide of the True Americans as planned by the AntiChrist.

TO REBEL OR NOT TO REBEL
Exactly. That is the question. The bulk of "Americans" rather rebel. In my Blog Post titled – Flanked by Criminals – I went over the two types of rebels. I might also add, the rebellion is tied to Plank 4 of the Communist Manifesto... Wherein the plank relates : The confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels. Yes, these criminals rebelling against the Constitution proper are merely things. Things that do not have title to property, only commercial based possession.

Little do people understand that the Constitution proper has been overlaid with an alternative system of (administrative) law. This system serves the "rebels" in these quiet wars. Luciferian Liberty has replaced Freedom under our Creator. It is a fact that the lawful bodies politic were replaced with the Denizens of D.C.
The Godless Lot
To create this Modern Gomorrah the rules of natural law had to be overcome. This was accomplished by destroying the Lawful Bodies Politic. In this, there are two sets of rebels: 1) Lawful Americans; and, 2) Foreigners. The former are In Treason against their lawful state government; and the latter are Bearers. The former is pretty much self-explanatory; the latter being someone that unlawfully oppresses others. This was gone over in-depth in a white paper titled—Historical Error. It went over Section 2 of Reconstruction's 14th "Red" Amendment to the Constitution. It was also covered in the Blog Post that is aptly titled...This defines the two criminal types who create this Red Political System under Reconstruction. A truly evil measure to make the rich, richer. The saddest part is those who believe there is a Great Awakening happening: There is not. There is just more of the same tactics to keep the world enslaved in the New Age. In America, the transition took place the first hundred years of Reconstruction into the 1960's : the time period the Luciferian Bunch took full control of the system. This Red Cabal as largely orchestrated by the Luciferians and their Tools :

Accordingly, this brings us back in reference to The Evils of the Godless... The nature of – Voting - Doles - Silence – must be understood. America has been warned for years. Understand, it is known to be the Consent of The Governed.

The States portrayed in Section 1 of the 14th Amendment are in fact not the several states : they are political jurisdictions of the "United States". The fact is, Communists occupy the countries of the Union. A direct cause of the elimination of countries and nationalities as prescribed by the Communist Manifesto. Along with this caused lawful citizenship under the Law of Nations to be invalidated.

The original Recon of the territory of the United States of America by this Jurist was done over 25 years ago. Little to nothing has been done to remove those in rebellion caused by Reconstruction. What Could Go Wrong?

Prologue
In the last Blog Post – Resistance Is Futile – it was gone over how Americans have painted themselves into a corner. This has been done through the force of so-called "Democracy". This quagmire was amplified by Providing The Masses Some Free Pages on the Internet. As planned, this had a similar, chaotic effect.

In regard to chaos, James Madison had stated the following in Federalist Paper Number 14 in reference to Democracies, such being of a mob mentality :
"It is, that in a democracy, the people meet and exercise the government in person; in a republic, they assemble and administer it by their representatives and agents. A democracy, consequently, will be confined to a small spot. A republic may be extended over a large region." —James Madison, 1787
Right. Everyone being involved in politics per opinions is a recipe for disaster. Such due to what has been achieved with division of classes and beliefs. The masses reside in the "small spot" called Washington D.C., i.e., the "Democracy". Thereupon, a Republican Form of Government guaranteed by "The Constitution for the United States" has purposefully been concealed from the proper people :
"The chief enemies of republican freedom are mental sloth, conformity, bigotry, superstition, credulity, monopoly in the market of ideas, and utter benighted ignorance."
That was stated by Justice Black in the late 1960's. Understand, the reference of republican has nothing to do with the Republican Party... such party being a Marxist faction: being of the Luciferians— a Satanic based Red Super Party.

Seriously. What could go wrong with this multicultural mish-mosh? Especially when the bulk of them are ignorant of the law and fed bad information.

Awareness Is Paramount

Preface
In my Blog Post of August 13, 2025 – Operation Zombie Killer – we went over the particulars on how Americans persist on being lost. Also, what needed to be accomplished to remedy the problem. Primarily, people need to stop listening to main stream anything: the Internet is full of tainted information... as planned.

It really goes without saying, but such information includes distractive garbage. Of course, all done by Operatives and Opportunists of the rebellious multitude. Seriously. Give them all a free page on Social Media. What could go wrong?

The overall summary of the Post was this– Be in the world, and not of it. As a matter of secular law it could be said thusly– Be in The Republic, and not of The State. Souls of Satan – those who choose man over The Creator – embrace the latter: they enjoy being sucked much deeper into the Red Vortex of depravity.

A solution to this is simple: It is found in Law— Politics are a trap.
And please don't shoot me, I'm only the Zombie Whisperer.

Yes. I contacted this Casey character: he then ghosted me. He then posted that diatribe totally unaware as to what really transpired to the true Republican Form of Government. Is it any wonder why the Jewish faction refers to the Goyim as dumb animals: they are trained well. That is why PAC is for Discerning Souls. We of the Coalition and Our Alliance reject "Democracy". It is of the AntiChrist. Sadly, those in the political body as Denizens of D.C. elect to Walk with Satan.

And to not just pick on that guy, there are millions and millions like him out there. Until Americans realize there is a Dual System of Law that has existed for over 150 years, they will remain in a damned Zombie State. Simply put: One who is Aware trumps those Woke and Awake that have been thoroughly deepfaked.
The Zombie State
To review of the Zombie condition, we need to look at these definitions:
    Merriam-Webster defines Zombie as : a person held to resemble the so-called walking dead. Cambridge notes a Zombie is : a person who has no energy, seems to act without thinking, and does not notice what is happening.
It is ventured that Americans are clueless about being taunted by their captors. Programs like "The Walking Dead" are shoving their slavery in their faces. You can be rest assured: those in "control of government" laugh at those who are under their dominance. Again, the minds of those they have deceived are lost.

Moreover, there is the dead legal entity status these thoughtless Zombies are in. Justice Black of the Supreme Court cautioned the Anglos about their debased issues in the 1960's— We see the state of the Union is in a sad condition :
"The chief enemies of republican freedom are mental sloth, conformity, bigotry, superstition, credulity, monopoly in the market of ideas, and utter benighted ignorance."

As we can now see, a Red Super Party is being assembled. Liberal types are being thrown under the bus. This Jurist has warned this was coming for the past 25 years. Its makeup is legal, but not lawful. Political participation is consent.

The legal term de facto represents of fact, while de jure means of right. The Red Super Party of course is the former: not constitutional. Lawful Americans should walk in Republican Freedom with God, not Civil Law laid out by Team Lucifer :Unless you go over the above material, you will fail to understand why things are the way they are. Namely, why the Constitution seemingly is not being followed. Simply – as above discussed – Lawful Americans are Enemies of The Republic.

As far as can be seen, the New World Order is going on as planned. Controlled economy under Marxist Socialism to run what THEY call World Communism.
Observing The Particulars
The 14th Amendment created an alternate constitutional system: its Section 3 mandates that the Rulers must uphold full principles of the Constitution (pre and post the 'amendment'). It also establishes there is to be no comfort to those in rebellion – i.e., as enemies – against the original system by the Rulers under the amendment. In other words, United States citizens lack constitutional freedom. These new "federal citizens" are not "citizens" per the Law of Nations. They are denizens (and also residents) of the "States" created by the "United States".

Simply, there is a Dual Constitution. The term "bifurcate" is defined as follows:
  • bi·fur·cate. divide into two branches or forks.
Some years back I wrote an article that outlines how this system works titled the Dual System of Law. You may download the article at the following address:At times I say that the original Constitution is "The Constitution FOR the United States", and the altered Constitution post 14th Amendment is "The Constitution OF the United States". Sometimes you will hear judges refer to the latter as "The Constitution, as written". That is a sneaky way of referencing the duality or fraud of the document is known to those who are suppose to know. The point is, when someone tells you he is following the Constitution, the question is: which one?

This system created a gray area that creates confusion that allows for selective prosecutions. It makes the government and law industry a ton of fiat money.

As you know, most people refer to the Constitution as plainly "The Constitution". Those who don't openly acknowledge the bifurcation of it cannot be trusted.

That is a People's Awareness Coalition – PAC – rule of judgement.

Aside the elements of the Zombie Nation being unaware they are actually allies of Satan, the Final Stage of the Luciferians who created the "United States" is fast approaching. The Noahide Laws – as recognized – will be forced by those known as the "Chosen Ones". It is on the way: Christianity will be nonexistent.

The United States government had acknowledged that "America" is not in any way considered a Christian nation under the Constitution; however, during the era of George Bush, on March 20, 1991, Congress had recognized the Noahide Laws in observation of education (Public Law 102-14). Under the Noahide Laws of the Talmud, the worship of Jesus is forbidden under penalty of death. Worship of Christ is condemned by Judaism as idolatry. Yes. No doubt a grave danger.

Fact is, the Zombies already serve Satan... and have been for over 150 years. You are reminded Karl Marx said there would be Peace on Earth when the world was Socialized. Observe Trump is now pushing for "peace". This means goals of Lucifer are all but met. Understand, True Peace comes only through Christ. Yes. A very slippery slope. Christian Universalism will be invalidated. Universalism of the AntiChrist will be the god American citizens will be forced to worship.

Introduction
In the recent Blog Post – Embracing Genocide – we had observed how Lawful Americans support their genocide by the Luciferians... along with the genocide of others. All this being part and parcel of World Communism of the AntiChrist.

As laid out in my book titled–The Red Amendment, America has been advised that a Totalitarian Party was coming soon under the rule of a Dictatorship to fulfill World Communism. As this Jurist has also related, the United States enjoys the prime induction of Communism since its execution in the year of 1848.

It is fact, the Zionists who control the world economy avow– 'You will follow their system of the New Age or be poor and irrelevant.'  Finishing touches are amping up now. Of course, this is unconscionable. This is succinctly gone over herein. It is utterly unbelievable the amount of people who are falling for this in America: a private Company Store as funded by its Human Resources and Consumers.

It is obvious the Republicans are morphing into that totalitarian party– what I refer to as the Red Super Party. How it legally works is highlighted in this Post. That aside, those who Rule do follow the Rule of Law. In that, the fundamental rule of a republican form of government is there for those who choose to be free. As to this rule, "Governments are instituted by the consent of the governed." The problem is, Americans are consenting to the biggest farce in world history.

Right. Lawful Americans have consented to their own destruction.
They have opted for foreign control and an inferior law form.
Meet Team Lucifer
Discern this Jurist has been Warning the World for 25 years that a Totalitarian Dictatorship by the Consent of The Governed would soon come to America.

What we are currently seeing is a war between God and the AntiChrist. This war is directly between those who Walk with God, the Creator, and those who Walk with Satan, or the Luciferians. The Proper Church is of Orthodox Christianity. Those who are studied and aware know Satan means 'adversary' in Hebrew. The adversary of God are those who walk with the AntiChrist, or Luciferians.

Yes, this war on what is called the Western culture is a convoluted concoction that is done with the Abrahamic religions. A true divide and conquer situation.

The government of the United States has always been secular, or of man. The Original 13 Colony-States were of God, as all subsequent republic-states are. Those in politics today are of the Secular Order, hence Walk with the AntiChrist under "Reconstruction". We will go over the death of the Lawful Citizens below.

A Political AntiChrist
Lucifer means Satan. This would be the god of the Luciferians: The AntiChrist. Some might not believe in such entities, but it doesn't matter what you believe. It matters what the controllers believe. A factor governing the world for ages.

It is ventured many people fail to realize the "Grand Old Party" – as being the foundation for what some call The Uni-Party today – has its roots that are over 3000 years old. Right. The implementation of World Communism was actually an economic blueprint to assist The Wealthy with the profits of Capitalism. It seems that no one besides this Jurist has figured this out. I refer to it as the Communist-Capitalist ConJob. Most countries in the world had a revolution or some kind of war to install it. A legal overlay called a "State" aided the usurpations. The American Union saw its reconstruction or takeover with the "Civil War" and its "14th Amendment" : The Red Amendment. The term "STATE" works well to Dupe : as it embodies status or condition— The public never knows what state or condition their government is in. Case in point: see our instant mess: Republic, Democracy, Fascist, etc.

And freeing the slaves?  Part of the ConJob. In fact, Anglos became enslaved. A forced multiculturalism is not natural. Also, force is a tenet of Communism. The simplest rule to assert this is: the nature of those pushing a borderless world, which can be applied in many different ways, like eliminating nationalities. The Synagogue of Satan – or the Jews, i.e., The Tribe – refer to non-Jews as Gentiles: means those of "The Nations". The "Talmudic sect" of this "Abrahamic religion"  uses the term "Goyim" : a reference to being that of an animal. Animals have always been beasts of burden. Right. Surely wonderful for huge profits.

As the aware can see, the Synagogue of Satan has doubled down on its efforts to destroy Anglo people of the world, along with all other "Goyim", i.e., genocide. An Age For Reasons
Yes. Luciferians that formed the Illuminati of 1776 and other sorts called their enlightenment: The Age of Reason. But this Jurist deals with evidence. By what is meant: there are reasons things are a mess and they need to be addressed.

Under the Law of Nations, as assembled by Emmerich de Vattel, one was deemed a citizen or foreigner of a nation. American law calls those foreigners: residents. The Vattel reference was actually referred to as an "inhabitant" in the French translation, thusly American law uses inhabitant and resident interchangeably. Sadly, the terms do differ.

Secular law is controlled by what I call the Silent Army : The Bar Association. It is truly sad Americans refuse to understand law so they have a fighting chance.
The Dead Citizens
Prior to "Reconstruction", one should find that the Luciferians had looked at the population of the Union as "inhabitants". This setup the presumption or legal fiction that each "person" was of a transient nature. All Americans have always been in flux. The naturalization laws between the republic-states were lacking. Although the Rulers were covered by Article I of the Constitution proper. Their nationality had to be solid to represent their "nation-states" in Congress. So, the way the Constitution reads, if a man would represent a 'state' as a Senator or a Representative he was not an inhabitant, but was deemed a citizen of that state. However grasp that Congress is Rump... and now Lawful Citizens are dead.

Below is copy from a white paper I did some time ago. The purpose of the paper was to explore, examine, and explain the term "resident". Here is the excerpt:

Inhabitant relates living in a place by habit. The term "resident" emits a "person" has a thing identity. In law, RES- means thing: RES•IDENT. The Vattel definition of inhabitant in the French was changed to "resident" in the English translation done by the Carnegie Foundation. Right. A thing for lawyers to play with. Also, a slave was deemed property, thus a "thing", and not a free man or a citizen.

The "Resident" status depends on the Law of Persons and the Consent of The Governed. It is incorporated into private law: international, state, and municipal.

This brings us to how the "Lawful Citizens" of the Union were destroyed by the 14th Amendment of Reconstruction. In reality, their citizenship was erased:

It should go without saying, but "geno-" is a reference to genes: as in geneology.
We see the suffix "-cide" – derived from the Latin word "caedere" – is "to kill":

The Anglos of the Union were not only disenfranchised, but also they could not create specific civil laws or any common law – through customs & usages – for their countries. They were civilly dead in a secular One Nation Under Fraud :

Therefore, a "state citizen" was then civilly dead. He was now under Section 1 of the 14th Amendment as a federal "State" citizen. A foreigner in his own country. A man surrounded by rebels under dictates of the Communist Manifesto. The amendment created a big hole allowing Foreigners and Vagabonds into the mix. This killed-off the gene pool and any sense of Christian societies that existed.

And most importantly, there is the dead legal entity status these Zombies are in to bring them down to the level of corporations. A directive of Reconstruction. A forced unnatural crap stew taking the Lawful Bodies Politic into a Red Vortex.

So you see, there is death 'at law'. The forced multiculturalism has caused a lot of natural deaths... and seems to be escalating. And it seems like the ones that are due "reparations" are the Anglos, doesn't it?   Seriously.

Men like H.L. Mencken of the early 20th century touted that—Democracy Is For Fools.  He obviously knew the truth. Little did he know how bad it would get.
In an older Post, Idiots and Chumps were gone over. The latter is deceived and misled by the former. The former are Operatives and Opportunists. Both of them create the same damage and are a detriment to unity and truth. Thus the latter experiences : loss of liberty, money, and perhaps may also face incarceration.

Fixing this problem was also discussed : Lawful People must be separated from the madness. Remedy is at hand for it to happen, but idiocy dashes that hope. Reiteration on this must be made: all such types ignore the Dual System of Law. Right. All unconscionable actions such as these are tantamount to treason.

Below noted, a Republican Form of Government guaranteed by the Constitution. The idiots creating damage are indeed concealing this from proper people:

That was related by Justice Black in the 1960's— circa. Moreover, the reference of republican has nothing to do with the Republican Party... such party being a Marxist faction: being of the Luciferians. A Satanic based Red Super Party. That is one reason the "United States" is in serious and perpetual debt.

Back in reference to the Census: if Americans were smart, the Dead Citizens should be removed from the count for representation like those who are being removed as Foreigners. That said, over the years I have related government is the religion of those in this political system, as a given: people look to the courts to decide what they can and cannot do in regard to things of a spiritual nature. The legislatures and the courts of this Red Governmental System are the god pimps in this secular based religion. All other religions are illusionary. Yes, the "States" are under Insurgency caused by the 14th Amendment of the Constitution. The Rulers are governing the "Rebels" that elect them.
