A Shadow State

A secretive controlling entity is referred to as a Shadow Government. As many Americans are realizing, our politicians are under foreign control of Zionists.

The likes of Zionist Israel has always been embedded in America via the United States government. It has been declared that “America is the Zion” of those in power. The "Radical Republicans" had warned us that the problems would be internal over 150 years ago. Of course this was the so-called "Deep State" that has been blamed for all recent problems. Fake Israel is a “territory” that holds a tribe or collection of elitists claiming to be 'exempt' from the Law of Nations, i.e., Jus Gentium. Under such system of law a nation-state would be a country or nation by its consent; while a state-nation is a fabrication of “inhabitants” under rule. Such people being under so-called “Zionism”, there is actually a combination of those two conditions of governmental status or “States”. Some being overlays of kingdom systems.

In a legal nutshell, this is how “Goyim” countries of the world are now controlled by Jews. They have assumed control under this law form to ultimately achieve secret domination of all nations under a thing called World Communism.

Human Resources For Profit

The birth of The United States of America fundamentally happened on July 4th, 1776. Oddly, just shortly after the forming of the Illuminati of the Old World. Yes. As related in the Post – Operation Zombie Killer, race wars have been planned that will set-up a civil war. We are at that tipping point. The masses getting sent deeper into The Red Vortex with the Turning Point organization is a given.

The removal of Charlie Kirk was a pure masterpiece executed by the Luciferian Bunch. A joint effort by the Masonic Order and the Synagogue of Satan factions. If you are paying attention, you can see the Red Super Party is gaining strength. A totalitarian political party grounded in slavery over 150 years in the making.

Americans In Self-Subjugation

As this Jurist has related for the past 25 years, it is a crime to vote. We see that Section 2 of the 14th Amendment stealthily relates and formulates it:

• the right to vote is denied... except for participation in rebellion...

Turning the political power of your state-republic government over to the "United States" is in fact treason. As well, the Lawful Citizens are in rebellion against the Constitution proper. The Rump Rulers are insurgents. They have a free pass as they must uphold the Constitution in its entirety. It is quite the evil game. Imagine if everyone knew about this formula to destroy true constitutional principles.

As this Jurist has also related, the United States enjoys the prime induction of Communism since its execution in the year of 1848.

It is fact, the Zionists who control the world economy avow– 'You will follow their system of the New Age or be poor and irrelevant.'  Finishing touches are amping up now. Of course, this is unconscionable. This is succinctly gone over herein. It is utterly unbelievable the amount of people who are falling for this in America: a private Company Store as funded by its Human Resources and Consumers.

It is obvious the Republicans are morphing into that totalitarian party– what I refer to as the Red Super Party. How it legally works is highlighted in this Post. That aside, those who Rule do follow the Rule of Law. In that, the fundamental rule of a republican form of government is there for those who choose to be free. As to this rule, "Governments are instituted by the consent of the governed." The problem is, Americans are consenting to the biggest farce in world history.

Right, the "AntiChrist" of Revelation of the Synagogue of Satan is yet to come, however it will be an earthly representative in the flesh that the masses accept. I refer to it as the Communist-Capitalist ConJob. Most countries in the world had a revolution or some kind of war to install it. A legal overlay called a "State" aided the usurpations. The term "STATE" works well to Dupe : as it embodies status or condition— The public never knows what state or condition their government is in. Case in point: see our instant mess: Republic, Democracy, Fascist, etc.

Secular law is controlled by what I call the Silent Army : The Bar Association. It is truly sad Americans refuse to understand law so they have a fighting chance.

The Dead Citizens

Prior to "Reconstruction", one should find that the Luciferians had looked at the population of the Union as "inhabitants". This setup the presumption or legal fiction that each "person" was of a transient nature. All Americans have always been in flux. The naturalization laws between the republic-states were lacking. Although The Rulers were covered by Article I of the Constitution proper. Their nationality had to be solid to represent their "nation-states" in Congress. So, the way the Constitution reads, if a man would represent a 'state' as a Senator or a Representative he was not an inhabitant, but was deemed a citizen of that state. However, grasp that Congress is Rump... and now Lawful Citizens are dead.

Below is copy from a white paper I did some time ago. The purpose of the paper was to explore, examine, and explain the term "resident". Here is the excerpt:

RESIDENT EXAMINED
While reading this information, keep in mind that we are all FREE under the Law of God. And, in law, i.e., the law of man, there are: Free Men (as some think, “freemen” : a civil application) and Things.

Now it is asked: Who owns government?

It – government – is in control of the nation, is it not?

One would think, anyway. Now it is asked, is a government a thing or is it a human being? Of course the answer is: A government is a thing. Now it is asked, how can a THING tell a man or woman what to do? It really cannot. Therefore, does not a man or woman have to be brought down or be at the same level to be dealt with by the thing, government?    FROM: US Law and International law: Part I - RESIDENT

Inhabitant relates living in a place by habit. The term "resident" emits a "person" has a thing identity. In law, RES- means thing: RES•IDENT. The Vattel definition of inhabitant in the French was changed to "resident" in the English translation done by the Carnegie Foundation. Right. A thing for lawyers to play with. Also, a slave was deemed property, thus a "thing", and not a free man or a citizen.

The "Resident" status depends on the Law of Persons and the Consent of The Governed. It is incorporated into private law: international, state, and municipal.

This brings us to how the "Lawful Citizens" of the Union were destroyed by the 14th Amendment of Reconstruction. In reality, their citizenship was erased:

• genocide, noun: the deliberate and systematic destruction of a racial, political, or cultural group. —Merriam-Webster

It should go without saying, but "geno-" is a reference to genes: as in geneology.
We see the suffix "-cide" – derived from the Latin word "caedere" – is "to kill":

• kill off, verb: to destroy in large numbers or totally.
  destroy, verb. As in to ruin : to ruin the structure, organic existence, or condition of.

The Anglos of the Union were not only disenfranchised, but also they could not create specific civil laws or any common law – through customs & usages – for their countries. They were civilly dead in a secular One Nation Under Fraud :

• civil death, noun: the status of a living person equivalent in its legal consequences to natural death specifically : deprivation of civil rights.
   —Civil Death - Merriam-Webster

Therefore, a "state citizen" was then civilly dead. He was now under Section 1 of the 14th Amendment as a federal "State" citizen. A foreigner in his own country. A man surrounded by rebels under dictates of the Communist Manifesto. The amendment created a big hole allowing Foreigners and Vagabonds into the mix. This killed-off the gene pool and any sense of Christian societies that existed.

And most importantly, there is the dead legal entity status these Zombies are in to bring them down to the level of corporations. A directive of Reconstruction. A forced unnatural crap stew taking the Lawful Bodies Politic into a Red Vortex.

So you see, there is death 'at law'. The forced multiculturalism has caused a lot of natural deaths... and seems to be escalating. And it seems like the ones that are due "reparations" are the Anglos, doesn't it?   Seriously.

Must it be said : Let's get busy.

Democracy Mobocracy

Men like H.L. Mencken of the early 20th century touted that—Democracy Is For Fools.  He obviously knew the truth. Little did he know how bad it would get.

In an older Post, Idiots and Chumps were gone over. The latter is deceived and misled by the former. The former are Operatives and Opportunists. Both of them create the same damage and are a detriment to unity and truth. Thus the latter experiences : loss of liberty, money, and perhaps may also face incarceration.

Fixing this problem was also discussed : Lawful People must be separated from the madness. Remedy is at hand for it to happen, but idiocy dashes that hope. Reiteration on this must be made: all such types ignore the Dual System of Law. Right. All unconscionable actions such as these are tantamount to treason.

Below noted, a Republican Form of Government guaranteed by the Constitution. The idiots creating damage are indeed concealing this from proper people:

"The chief enemies of republican freedom are mental sloth, conformity, bigotry, superstition, credulity, monopoly in the market of ideas, and utter benighted ignorance."

That was related by Justice Black in the 1960's— circa. Moreover, the reference of republican has nothing to do with the Republican Party... such party being a Marxist faction: being of the Luciferians. A Satanic based Red Super Party. A party having a Marxist Socialist base. As Margret Thatcher had once said: "The trouble with Socialism is that eventually you run out of other people's money." Right. That is one reason the "United States" is in serious and perpetual debt.

That said, that quote above was prodding by Jurist Black as to why Anglos are amenable slaves to the de facto 14th Amendment governmental system. Yes, the Red Super Party is on its way to sustain the lack of freedoms of Americans. And here is what this developing Red Political Party is blindly in support of:

• Title 8 USC § 1101(a)(37). Definitions. The term “totalitarian party”.
• Title 8 USC § 1101(a)(40). Definitions. The term “world communism”.

Simply pathetic. These so-called "Conservatives"  are conserving, alright: they are conserving Communism and Genocide... and have no idea what is coming. Those definitions found in the United States Code contain the implementation of dictators, which may include the "States". Here we see that function in use:

The Fusing Of The Red Super Party

The presenter in the above video – Dr. Steve – is a "Maintainer"... Someone that maintains the overthrow. Ultimately, he is in treason to his country. That said: In a white paper I had written last year - amongst others - I related the alien matter noted must be corrected. The Insurgents will not fix things if people stay silent. Right. This noted fix is a de facto fix. Status quo politics still overpower the De jure or Lawful Peoples of the republic-states and they are still under usurpation.

And people wonder how those Executive Orders exist. Now the Zionist faction is appearing to alter or fix the current system. Of course, this is being pushed by those who are the gatekeepers of the Red System. Like I have been advising people for years: the AntiChrist uses Hegelian Dialectics – such as the most recent Woke-Awake PsyOp – to make it appear real change was happening.

As this Jurist had related in my book – The Red Amendment – over 25 years ago, this was going to happen. The Genocide of the Anglos started with political changes of the "Civil War". It brought on this Red Party. This time political party changes were attained by the dialectics of Problem - Reaction - Solution. Presto change-o. The Democrats are gone... as I have warned for some time now, they were going to go under the bus. The Genocide cabal is solidified with the "illegal immigrant"  narrative. Law existing due to this Quiet War of World Communism.

Superb optics securing enslavement of the Anglos along with all other "Goyim". Right. Greed and stupidity are the key elements of this imminent destruction.

Back in reference to the Census: if Americans were smart, the Dead Citizens should be removed from the count for representation like those who are being removed as Foreigners. After all, unless they join in the Red Rebellion they are unable to vote, so: Why should they be represented?  The Dead Citizens of The Communist Association should claim—No Legislation Without Representation.

For years this Quiet War has been between Good and Evil... Now it is between the East and West.  But people Love Their Marxism, so where is this going?

Where it has gone is simply elementary: Genocide for Profits.

That said, over the years I have related government is the religion of those in this political system, as a given: people look to the courts to decide what they can and cannot do in regard to things of a spiritual nature. Abortion would be the best example. The several States – in their current form – are not that of God or the republic-states; but are of the federal government, which is AntiChrist. That is right. The legislatures and the courts of this Red Governmental System are the god pimps in this secular based religion. All other religions are illusionary. As related herein, the only true Church of God is that of Christian Orthodoxy.

Yes, the "States" are under Insurgency caused by the 14th Amendment of the Constitution. The Rulers are governing the "Rebels" that elect them. Their Big Beautiful Bill they just passed will cannibalize those of that system. A Zombie population of the falling cities will feed off the fruits of those of rural properties.

Simply put: The "States" are States of the AntiChrist system. The counties must be politically separated so the foreigners de facto – the Walking Dead – cannot hinder the natural lives of the De jure Peoples who were disenfranchised.

Right. There is only one course to see a financial jubilee. And this Jurist is here to tell you: it will not be awarded to those 'consenting to be governed'. There is only one way to overcome the Treason by Design of the Luciferian faction:
