Introduction
From the beginning, this Jurist has established that: "I work for no man. I follow no man... Be it known, I interact with constitutional legal entities in bondage... And more importantly, men and women who choose freedom." —source

Moreover, I had openly related who I do work for: "First and foremost I work for God, our Creator. I am a humble servant of Yeshua – a.k.a., Jesus – and I bring His mission to those with eyes to see and ears to hear." —source

Of course, that of the Holy Trinity is the Paramount Sovereign. Under the Divine Right of Kings, government can only exist in such respect. It is no different here. With respect of The United States of America, the several state-republics and it must yield to the Law of God of which their sovereignty can only be supreme.

Oddly enough, since I established People's Awareness Coalition – PAC – I have been called a shill... and most recently a turncoat. With the facts stated, that is very strange. The Coalition follows the Rule of Law. And as far as Treason goes, indeed it would be out of the question. So, the only way such accusations could apply is, me being a shill for God and a turncoat to Satan. Right. I am guilty.

That is, If I was Walking with Satan, I would be The Perfect Turncoat.
Such facts matters not. The accusations come from Satanists.
Evil Ruling Evil
This month of May it has been illustrated here the United States is under control of Satan, or is of an antiChrist nature. In Hebrew, the word or the term "Satan" simply means adversary. In simple terms, the adversary of God is man. Thusly, I have related that this governmental system under "Reconstruction" is to Serve and Rule evil people. The evidence to this effect is openly clear. For purposes of this instant exercise, facts dictate no need to go into such claim any deeper. It is said, Satan has dominion over the world. By default, people are of that world.

People are either governed by God, or they are ruled by man. It goes with what William Penn once said, "Those people who are not governed by God must be ruled by tyrants.” Society of God was practiced, but Marxism destroyed it. The true Christian society was destroyed so Luciferians could create ITS culture. To achieve this, a Dual System of Law under the Constitution had been created.

  A Transition Happening Over The Past 150 Years
Fundamentally, there are two types of Marxists in America: ONE) Those
who embrace the idea; and, TWO) Those not aware that they are.
As I have related for 25 years, the Synagogue of Satan had installed all Planks and much dogma of the Communist Manifesto into the governmental system via the 14th Amendment of "Reconstruction". Of course, that blueprint was written by Synagogue of Satan member, Karl Marx. Luciferians had conspired to work it. The Rulers under this secular order really don't care what religion you practice or do not. This AntiChrist System has got it covered under Marxist doctrines.

A simple rule of how evil may be seen in the American landscape is: to allow the known practice of the famous Satanist, Aleister Crowley. This practice: "Do what thou wilt."... which simply means one ignoring the Laws of God or what would be considered natural law. This comes from the "fabricated" 1st Amendment right of the Luciferians known as "freedom of religion"... a constitutional perversion. This an antiChrist foundation of the secular order of the United States and its States. To add to the amendment perversion, we also see vulgar "freedom of speech". Creating the States of the United States essentially destroyed Common Law.

To put it simply: Government is your True Religion.  Right. Now you know. And now you know why there is chaos abounds and why evil reigns in America.

Knowing Who They Are
Yes. It is important you know who you are. And, we briefly looked at who THEY are. As related herein – like I have been throughout the years – this political system is of a Luciferian makeup. Knowing this allows you to know yourself.

Their system was installed in violation of the Constitution and was of purpose to destroy the custom and usage law of the True Christians... whose law form was largely formulated into the Anglo Saxon Common Law. This law was developed in the old country being in regards to Common Sense and True Christianity.

In truth, a "manifesto" is an international declaration of war. Theirs had set out to destroy societal custom and usage laws to procure economic domination. This to be secretly planned. Since the founding of "The United States of America" it was implemented slowly... Bringing to mind the political term— "Progressive".

The slow and methodical takeover began 2000 years ago. The True Christians came to America to escape the reign of "The Church". Of course it followed, or was present and truly went undetected, for the most part. This was handled by the Luciferians by way of various means. Their stealth program worked well. To tame the masses, it was best to dilute their strength through multiculturalism. Mass control was handled by The Church through enforcement of the Civil Law. Soon it will be augmented by the Luciferian Jews using the Old Testament. This could effectively erase all types of "Christian Identity" off the face of the earth.

Knowing The Messiah
The Prayer of our Lord: "Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven."  —Matthew 6

There are a couple things of note there: that is not the AntiChrist. And Heaven and Earth are to be equal. So why have people let Satan run things for the past 2000 years?  It is thought that our Messiah had come to end such problems.

Based on my educated position, I have the following belief : After the Second Temple of the "Jews" was destroyed by the Romans, the Sadducees – a Jewish sect that ran the Temple and managed the elite of Rome and its politics – were said to have disappeared. Inarguably, they went underground and formed what is known today as the Vatican, i.e., "The Church". THEY had regrouped and brought forth the evil we now see under an AntiChrist cult I call—Team Lucifer.

The mindset of the Sadducees was perfect to control the masses. Such mindset was rejecting the principle of the afterlife. This allowed for the ultimate control of people in earthly presence. You know, use them as effective human capital and then promise them a wonderful afterlife if they behave while on earth. This in the benefit of elite profits. Manipulation then was prescribed by "The Church". As a result, Lucifer is the true messiah of "religious" worship. This occult platform is diverse and spread through many religions. One deceptive device is to refer to them as "Abrahamic religions"... thus yielding a divisional control of the masses. All such religions preach monotheism but have elements of a Pharaonic Cult.
The Jews Reject The Messiah
Here is more evidence on the occult and false nature of the so-called Jews. The Prince of Peace is Yeshua – a.k.a., Jesus the Christ. As it was established, the Jews rejected Him as The Messiah. They went with an AntiChrist that is referred to as Lucifer, the light bearer. The one that all Luciferians worship to this day :

CURSE PUT ON JEWS BY THE TALMUD
The Rabbinic controllers of the Jews do not want them to know that Yeshua was their Messiah and put a vile curse on them for wanting to understand it. Said controllers really want to keep them under their occult existence :
"May the bones of the hands and the bones of the fingers decay and decompose, of him who turns the pages of the book of Daniel, to find out the time of Daniel 9:24-27, and may his memory rot from off the face of the earth forever." —Talmudic Law, p. 978, Section 2, Line 28.
What evil leaders the Jews have in their Rabbis who keep them under a Satanic rule making them worship a false “GOD” under a false religion called Judaism. After all, their Lord God is Satan... So you see: that is where Team Lucifer essentially derives its foundation. It is a cancer that was not effectively dealt with. Hence, evil has ruled for 2000 years. That noted, need it be said the motto of the Luciferians is: Order Out Of Chaos.
Knowing Who You Are
What has transpired is major identity theft. Americans were born as foreigners. Through operations of law, they have fundamentally Sold their Souls to Satan. But why would you believe me, Satanists advise I am a shill and a turncoat. No, this Jurist does not have blind allegiance to Satan nor this Luciferian system.

Understanding what this political system is about – being pure deception – and my efforts to expose it, how can one be a turncoat? No man or woman should be lied to in order to gain an unfair advantage over. Right?  That being said...

Seriously, most people would not 'knowingly' be serving the AntiChrist System. Although it appears the masses prefer being under it. In such regard, below are some common law maxims for those souls choosing to be Of the[ir] World :

Let him who wishes to be deceived, be deceived.
For those who are participating in this political system as Rulers :
•  Fraus et dolus nemini patrocianari debent.
Fraud and deceit should excuse no man.
For those who should remove themselves from this Political System :

It is better to recede than to proceed in evil.
I would remind my readers what was laid out in Revelations 3:15-16. The time is short for those to make a choice: One must choose between God, our Creator, or to continue to walk with Satan and be sucked deeper into their Red Vortex.

And, remember: one having an allegiance to the United States is tantamount to being ruled by the AntiChrist system. And in pursuance to the common law, your opinion in regard to your actions and your inactions really do not matter :
•  Testis nemo in sua causa esse potest.
No one can be a witness in his own cause.
God will judge you, and the Rule of Law and the secular world will judge you based on facts. The Duck Rule will determine who you walk with : God or Satan.

Personally, I find it interesting that the Luciferians would see me as a turncoat. I was never in their AntiChrist Club. What I comprehend was provided to me by the Holy Spirit and through the study of Biblical principles and Secular Law. In addition, it is ventured that another important part of my construct is, my end of listening to the common people in the movement helped me out immensely. This told me most of them were delusional. Be they Operatives or Opportunists.

If one should take away anything from this Post, that would be: If you run across anyone who does not acknowledge and understand the occult Dual System of Law  that is installed in America, He or She Is Not To Be Trusted. PERIOD!

This caveat comes from the standpoint grounded on the maxim of law relating :

The Constitution is the foundational law that governs the secular world. Anyone that fails to understand these vital principles is dangerous to the well-being of everyone. This certainly holds true for those practicing in the legal profession :

Yes. Sadly, a lot of "officers of the court" known as judges and lawyers belong to Team Lucifer. Actually, it is best to expose this system – as we are proceeding to do legally – then stop dealing with them. It is the nature of Republican Freedom. Separating the political factions is the cure to thwart this occult control. People's Awareness Coalition – PAC – has had the remedy for this going on 25 years as provided by Congress. But alas. Constitutional Mishmash

They Have Warned Us

There have been signs for years that multiculturalism is destroying the proper law form of Americans. But most Americans – especially Lawful Ones – have ignored it. The sad fact is, people in America are not interested in freedom, but rather strive for what Karl Marx called Marxist Materialism. Wherefore, those who buy into the Luciferian propaganda continue to "reside" in this Red Vortex of greed and deception. A program put in place with the so-called "Civil War".

Some would say it is constitutional. But it is actually criminal.

A Quasi-Cryptic Message
The nature of the "Reconstruction" of government had perverted what Emer de Vattel laid out in his playbook for coming out of countries being ruled under the Divine Right of Kings. It was titled, Law of Nations: or Principles of the Law of Nature Applied to the Conduct of Nations. When the elite faction and its plan to take over with the corporations took full affect, the natural law was thrown out the window. All that mattered to them is the profits of the greed driven types. The orchestrated Luciferian system of Liberty replaced Constitutional Freedom.

Accordingly, what we have now been witnessing is a horse of a different color. The forfeiture of natural law. Understand, It's Not Nice To Fool Mother Nature...

You see Corporations and Insurgent Government(s), it's not nice to fool mother nature... or natural law, i.e., the Law of God, our Creator. But that is how World Communism exists. De Facto And De Jure Clarified
If you investigate, citizens who live in the "States" under the 14th Amendment are deemed residents... They are not citizens under the Law of Nations. They are of the States created per Article IV, Section 3, of the Constitution. They are foreigners of the true republic-states in the Union under Article IV, Section 4, of the Constitution... This is why they are referred to as "residents", i.e., DCites. An equalization of people and corporations had then taken place. People were then considered Denizens, or Foreigners. Evilly, Congress favors corporate power. A fact remains, corporations are creatures of the State. People are creatures of our Creator. Those who established the Constitution proper understood that. The De jure Congress followed it. Obviously, the Rump Congress not so much.

The two jurisdictions of "Reconstruction" – those being the Constitution proper one and the Socialist-Communist one – must be judicially separated to eliminate the perpetual injustice being done to constitutional peoples of the several states. Of course, those people are of a de jure character who have standing. The sorts of a de facto character must remain under "Civil Rights" per their rebellion... as manufactured by the 14th Amendment political system purely of Satanic origin. This separation must be done to expose the gray area the system runs under.

To clarify: Everything you see in the media is a distraction to cover-up the fact Congress – and politics – is of purpose to maintain this miscarriage of justice.

I remind you, They call it an Emergency. I call it a Communist Insurgency.

You Can't Make This Stuff Up
John F. Kennedy had Warned America about the takeover that was to take the [U]nited States of America into its final resting place. That final resting place was to be the finishing touches on the Totalitarian Police States that were to be run under Dictatorships. You may see the last steps of the cabal in my Post– One Party Coming. It illustrates the continuing Consent of Treason by the Anglos via the Rebellions by them and other Foreigners of the Communist Association.

Of course those "rebellions" can be found in the Communist Manifesto, Plank 4. The rule of law that enacts them is found in Section 2 of the 14th Amendment. Several operations of law maintain the system, mainly : Voting - Doles - Silence.

Further, we find this directive in the Communist Manifesto : "The Communists are further reproached with desiring to abolish countries and nationality."  Per the United States Code, all republic-states' nationalities are lumped into one United States nationality transpiring under Section 1 of the 14th Amendment. Of course, particulars are enforced by congressional legislation under Section 5. As we know, America is referred to as a country, but constitutionally it is not. It is a union of countries. It is a "country" for international purposes of commerce.

Consolidation of countries and nationalities is a stair-step by the Synagogue of Satan to control all commerce under World Government. THEY are not done yet. See PAC Perspectives to understand more on this genocide for profit... Simply stated, in regard to the maxim of law above: It is best to be in the world, not of it. Politically, that is to say : It is better to recede than proceed in evil.

Americans must understand the true nature of the Luciferian Bunch.
It should be understood that THEY cherish their chattel cattle.

despises the Anglo Christians enough to set this up.

Unbeknownst to many, what has been going on for sometime is a substantial program of Hegelian Dialectic (Problem-Reaction-Solution) being played. It is working very well. Most people have no idea about anything and just see total chaos. The Red masses are about themselves and being controlled as egoists.

The past many years, THEY  have been creating a Red Super Party made up of so-called Conservatives. So-called Neo-Marxism is being used to take the Red masses who exist in an Article IV, Section 3, "State" deeper into the Red Vortex. Social media – namely Twitter (X) – is a massive tool of distraction. The free speech provided to the RED masses for free is to trap the self-important users.

Discerning Souls must remember this: "Strong minds discuss ideas, average minds discuss events, weak minds discuss people." The People's Awareness Coalition has our own platform that helps keep our members isolated from the distractions of the world. We discuss ideas to "repopulate" The Republic.

PAC has a plan grounded in the rule of law. Within that rule of law they set aside remedy that allows us to reestablish the lawful identities of Lawful Americans.

The deceived should move on from the planned opposition and get Aware, stop being Woke and Awake. The deceived need to leave the PsyOp Circus behind...
Seriously. There is nothing new under the sun. All United States citizens to the Colosseum. It's time for your bread and circuses so the Empire may march on. This so the Anglo bodies politic can be genocided by the New World Order.

Ignorance of Law Is No Excuse
Simply. Understanding law is how I found out what has transpired over the past 150 years... and beyond. Of course, a bit of Divine Intervention assisted.

I realized the problems by watching people fail in court. Patriot types had told me, "Read more case law."  So I did. I found out where the principles came from that the Black Robed Priests used as a foundation, I also read the Constitution after my law study. I soon realized : Why do I have to listen to these guys?

Seriously. Who needs a middle-man, i.e., A god pimp?

That brings us to my Number 1 Rule on how to study law: Don't read case law. Case law of the status quo violates due process for all lawful Americans. Case law is grounded in statutory construction and basically ignores common law.

Jurist/Judge Robert Bork had related the problem to the world:
"I don't think the Constitution is studied almost anywhere, including law schools. In law schools, what they study is what the court said about the Constitution. They study the opinions. They don't study the Constitution itself."
You see, that is how the system controls things: Law Schools teach the system to law students, not proper constitutional law. Simply put: The Game is Rigged. The law industry is told what to think to run the Communist Association.

Knowing Law Provides Vision
In regard to the above noted – along with stopping listening to others – is how I put together that lawful Americans were set-up to commit treason to the lawful or de jure system. It was all about equity and enslaving the masses so an elite few could control all profits for themselves. They refer to it as an "Emergency". I call it a Communist Insurgency... because that's what it is. Sorry, not sorry. A fact. The lawful Americans were set-up to commit this treason against their lawful governments (acting in rebellion) along with the Foreigners, being all nonAnglos. Participants in government in this de facto system must uphold the de jure principles of the Constitution or they too are in treason. They apply private law mandates on "United States persons" who are in the Communist Association.

A directive found in Section 3 of the 14th Amendment mandates upholding the Constitution in its entirety by the "insurgents". Those participants are Insurgents because the 14th Amendment was installed by force in violation of Article V of the Constitution. Those "federal citizens" voting, taking doles as citizens and nationals of the United States, and remaining silent are deemed rebels under the criminality caused by the amendment. What I call the Silent Army – known as the Bar Association – keeps these quiet wars going. It lines the pockets of the elites and those benefiting through doles, corporations, government jobs, etc.

Communism. What a perfect formula for theft. It operates in a "gray area" so those ignorant of the law are bilked out of their property by the highly ignorant attorneys that monopolize the law industry. The mechanism THEY utilize is... Ignorance breeds Fear. Fear breeds Bondage. Bondage breeds Despair.

That realized, another favorite maxim of law I fancy...
Multitudo imperitorum perdit curiam.
A multitude of ignorant practitioners destroys a court.
 The Future For America
Our vision for the future of PAC – the Coalition – is to change the PAC acronym from being "People's Awareness Coalition" to "Politically Analogous Countries".

This can happen if the Americans with standing are willing to take their countries back from the Zionists who run this cabal of evil. This must be done lawfully by The Plebs – being Anglos that the Union was stolen from – under their Right of Self-Determination. This to bring the countries of the [U]nited States of America into being lawful commonwealths under a proper federal republic.

Until that day comes, the Communist Association must stay in place under the aspects of The Red Amendment – being the 14th Amendment – to handle the rebels' privileges that feeds the Marxism that they know and love and live for. Only Discerning Souls will throw-off the Marxist system to live under Freedom.

Until that day we pray comes sooner than later...

Having established that, it has been a year this month since I laid out the Restoration Series along with its introduction The Unholy Trinity. Along with that I also wrote The Art of Lawful Status that is a must read for lawful Americans.

In addition, the remedy has been around for 25 years... as I have related it. But people just kept kicking the can down the road for whatever puzzling reasons.

It is ventured that they are waiting for their Communist based Totalitarian Dictatorships where they'll own nothing and be happy. Very strange.

Nothing New Under The Sun
I – we – are now working on moving things forward. Like a man by the name of Richard Kelly Hoskins was asked if he was going to write another book by a supporter one day. His response was, "I have said all there is to be said."

After I wrote the original version of The Red Amendment, I happened upon a series of books by Richard Kelly Hoskins. His writings greatly expanded my understanding of how the plot of World Communism works... the mechanics of it. Moreover, and how it is necessary to destroy what was once a great union of states. I recommend that you get some deeper insights to the problems we face and your true heritage through the writings of Richard Kelly Hoskins.

That noted, I basically have the same story... Not much else to say, I have said it all. It's time to get busy. I know the remedy they've allowed for us to address it.

Simply, you really cannot trust anyone. There are way too many Operatives and Opportunists in the world today, which has accelerated the problems. Sadly – to their detriment – people haven't figured that out. They must have their leaders and be entertained... mainly because most people are gullible and weak.

With that, IN GOD WE TRUST found on American currency comes from people being natural sinners... their primary sin : being lazy. Accordingly the evil, greedy types being egoists play on such downfalls to amass their wealth with a "might makes right" game plan. Ergo, the stealthy motto : IN GOD WE TRUST.

In that, we see that a justice of the Supreme Court said it best...

Review From Last Week
I have been telling people for some time that it doesn't matter what religion you are or are not... Government is your religion. I went over some of the particulars in my Post titled, The Unholy Trinity. Yeah. It's an ancient Roman-Jewish thing. Karl Marx had said... "History repeats itself. First as tragedy, second as farce." Right. Those "people" getting even for those responsible for having their 2nd Temple destroyed has been a monumental task. Keep enjoying the farce!

These destroyers of peoples wandered around the world for ~3000 years. In all that time THEY did not have land until Fake Israel was installed in 1948. Oddly, it was exactly 100 years after their economic war on the world – the Communist Manifesto – was released in 1848. By the way, THEY are not Israelites. As our Redeemer said 2000 years ago, 'They are of their father the devil.' —John 8:44

If you do not understand the Genocide of the Anglos by the Synagogue of Satan by now... unfortunately, you probably never will. Seriously a lost soul in dishonor. Oh, and one more thing... Is it just me or has the world absolutely Gone to Hell since women got involved in politics?  Right. The Synagogue of Satan did it.

In addition: Do not take this as disparaging women. Accordingly, more household consumers were produced... which allowed the elite to expand profits from banking, production, land, etc., i.e., Capitalism via Communism.

You see, the main objective of the noted cabal has already been accomplished.

Modern Day Israelites
The main principle of the Israelites is that they did away with "gods many" and went to one true God, our Creator. The Zionist faction has so-called Christians practicing a false religion under stealth and erroneous dictates. Yes, the Vatican fronts the scheme... along with encompassing other religions that will "Coexist".

I covered the history of the falsities in a white paper titled—Liberalism is Statism. If you study this Blog you will understand Liberalism and Democracy act as one unit. THEY have referred to the political takeover under fraud as Progressive.

Oddly, the United Nations & Fake Israel were founded after WWII.

The true Remnant would be those who follow the proper story line of the New Testament, not the twisted version setup by the Illuminati using an inverted story line of Yeshua, i.e., "Jesus".

Sadly, people of America are governed by the "playful gods" and fail to see it. Government – or Judaism – is their religion... Thus – in the evil minds of the Synagogue of Satan – THEY have access to our Creator, and believe they own us– the Goyim. A great misreading of the Bible.

I know. Arrogant. But THEY are getting away with it... and have for centuries.

Neo-Conservatives Are Red
Alas, the masses don't understand that the upcoming Red Super Party is the end game of this manipulative religion. Progressively, in the last several years, a dialectic plan – Problem-Reaction-Solution – has been utilized to demonize the Democrats to funnel 'conformists' into New Age–Neo-Conservative politics.

Of course, the transition started long ago and may be traced to Reconstruction. The Radical Republicans started the chaos. It is well documented and can be tied to the Illuminati and the Zionist faction and upheld by the Jesuits.

Because of the progressive, intentional chaos people are looking for solutions. There is a lot of talk about states receding. That would destroy the original intent of the True Christians that came to America to flee the dictates of The Church. I wrote a paper illustrating the parallels of the destruction of the Israelites as a similar catastrophe that is happening to the union of nations known as The [U]nited States of America. It is a worthy lesson in history to understand... What needs to transpire is a resurgence of the way of the Israelites. This being done by True Christians like the ones who settled the original states.

Simply put, this New Age does not need numerous god pimps under a shadow government like seen in the last age. The PAC Alliance is the way to freedom.

Not Much Left To Add
A solid thing to understand : It doesn't matter what you think. It matters what those in power think. There are remedies set aside for those who have eyes to see and ears to hear. Thinking or saying You are not "subject" is delusional.

How So-Called Marxism Works
A PAC member sent me a good analogy on how final stages of Marxism is being implemented in the United States. Below is a video accounting. You really should go over it to have an understanding of what "WOKE" consists of...Yes, I have related how "Communism" has been applied in the United States for the past 150 years, but what James has laid out is how Cultural Marxism is solidifying the economic damage that has already been done.

No Communism Isn't Going Away
Like I have been relating... Although there needs to be some antiChrist matters implemented to complete "World Communism", the mechanics to control the national/local economies of all countries of the world is all but complete.

Until people understand these important facts, the damage done will not be corrected. A good start is for those who have standing to take back their law forms. Going through the "Restoration Series" below is needed knowledge.
