In simple terms, a commonwealth is of the nation. It is not controlled by political rulers. There is equal treatment of its population; and it is not run by a Ruling Class that favors itself and those of foreign benefit... as the Union exists.

The Communist Association
Like I have related, under the Constitution there are several sovereign countries. What has been in place for the past 150+ years is a Communist Establishment. I have related this in my book, The Red Amendment, and also throughout this Blog. Each state (or country) is stripped of creating its own common law.

For those who are Of The World that remain within this Red Vortex, this system must stay intact so the Rulers of Evil may control their actions. This includes taxing them accordingly for the costs of World Communism they enjoy.

The Required Action
What we of the People's Awareness Coalition suggest is that this be done openly to enforce Commonwealth principles of the several republic-states. The Lawful Americans hold the standing to achieve this. This may be accomplished by separating the two jurisdictions caused by the Marxist 14th Amendment:

1) Foreigners being US Entities; and, 2) Lawful Peoples in The Republic.

Discerning Souls have been awarded the ability to enjoy Republican Freedom under this construct. Such construct accommodating new government slavery. It is ventured only a lawful remnant will take advantage of the freedom.

The Law Never Dies

There is a common law maxim that denotes, The law sometimes sleeps, but never dies. The sitting corporate based body politic was implemented by the art of deception under Article IV, Section 3, of the Constitution by force. Why, you ask? Article V was breached to develop the so-called "Emergency States".

Lands of the several state-republics were seized and used by the Communist Association, which breached the "guarantee" of Article IV, Section 4, of the Constitution. It was done unlawfully and is being used in adverse possession. As we know, true Christians settled the "Union" with pure spiritual existence...

Criminals – i.e., those in rebellion per the Communist Manifesto – have given-up their rights. Such noted criminals love basking in their civil rights and cherishing the Civil Rule. But that is what one gets for following those with forked tongues. The breach of the separation of powers will persist due to the noted criminals exercising their will to rebel against both the Constitution proper and God.

Sadly, as it appears a bulk of Americans consent to this Luciferian Rule. Let those of the Communist Association enjoy their Civil Rights, Equity, and the Controlled Commerce by foreign factions, as legislated by the Red Faction ruling their rebellion. Let them pay the Marxist taxation that funds World Communism of the New World Order that they consistently vote for.

Committing an Act of Treason against one's country is what most choose. And you wonder why people get stung by events such as January 6th. Seditious acts against one's "national" government – being de facto and rogue – is the crime. Seriously, citizens and nationals of the United States should know better.

Honestly. Seditious acts against both the de jure and de facto governments? People's Awareness Coalition (PAC) goes to peace with this system. We do not attack like "Sovereign Citizens" are set-up to do... to be stung by The Rulers.

Reality Of Religion
When it comes to religion, people love to cherry pick what they believe when it comes to Biblical issues. Like I have said in the past, it really does not matter what religion you are, or are not. Actually, the government is your religion.

Now let us define the two socialisms: 1) Natural Socialism; and, 2) Luciferian Socialism. The former is under the rules of natural law, or God. The latter is that of man, which is grounded in control for profits and other benefits of greed.

Roman Civil Law Is Of The Vatican

Karl Marx had told us, "The meaning of peace is the absence of opposition to socialism."  In the Biblical sense, Scripture relates to us that true peace comes through God, our Redeemer (Romans - 5:1)... the Paramount Sovereign.

So, which do most Americans really choose? Actually, there is little left to think about in regard to the most popular... Which master do most people serve...

State of The Union

In A Terrible Condition
Recently, the so-called "President" of the United States gave the "State of the Union" address. I know, it was a spectacle. Something sane people would not be proud of. Really. So-called Americans should be truly embarrassed.

The word "state" can reflect or relate status or condition. The word can also mean another jurisdiction or government. So, which is it... An address by the Ruler of the Union or the condition it is in? Perhaps it encompasses both.

That aside, the condition of the Union is a joke. Know it is all a dog and pony show. A play or an act to hide things that are planned. And sadly, the American people fall for it. Anyway, this report is dismal. A sad orchestrated condition. All have their eyes on what direction this "One Nation Under Fraud" is going.

True State Of The Nation
In my Post, The Burning Empire, I related how the Synagogue of Satan (SoS) was ousted out of Rome which caused the SoS to go underground. Now we see the game of Good Zionist-Bad Zionist with Trump and Biden. Quite a circus act.

The State of the Union seems to be diving deeper into the Red Vortex every year. It truly is a sad show for the world to see. Obviously planned.

To reiterate, in strict sense the Union – internally – isn't a nation nor a country. Under a Communist based doctrine, it is wished people believe that it is.

Karl Marx said at one time, "History repeats itself. First as tragedy, second as farce." Right, the Synagogue of Satan conquering the world through the United States sure has been a farce. Too bad Americans don't see this farce. Sadly, payback for what was done to the SoS over 2000 years ago sure is a bitch.

Really. Where's Christ our Redeemer when you need Him? Why has this happened again? Perhaps people must clean-up the mess this time. Unfortunately, they were warned in Scripture and let it happen.

Division By The Tares

Enemies Of The Republic

There are two sets of Red Rebels. The logic is simple and the two sets of those in Rebellion against the Constitution proper are readily found in the body of the Constitution. The Rebellion is set forth by Plank 4 of the Communist Manifesto of 1848 and implemented by the 14th Amendment of 1868. In international law, a manifesto is a declaration of war. This war is invisible to most involved in it.

There are, One) Anglos who are guaranteed a Republican Form of Government by Article IV, Section 4, of the Constitution and were grandfathered in under The Emergency; and, Two) The Foreigners (immigrants) who have invaded America under the 14th Amendment's Special States created under Article IV, Section 3, of the Constitution. Simply put: Lawful Americans aren't living in The Republic. They have elected to cohabitate with those of a foreign, dissimilar makeup.

This war is purely economic and declared by the Synagogue of Satan. Rebels in the first category are in rebellion/treason to their Lawful Forms of Government. They have accepted Civil Rights and other Marxist based benefits. These Quiet Wars of Satanic construction is compassionately referred to as Democracy...

What THEY call an "Emergency" is actually a Communist Insurgency. The Emergency must stay in place to govern the latter rebel/foreigners.

Lawful Americans Won't Learn Until  It  Is Too Late.

Separating The Wheat From The Chaff
Here is a historical lesson grounded in natural law that is found in Anglo law. It describes what has happened to the Union that was established to eliminate paupers, vagabonds, and fugitives in its existence prior to the Constitution...

Matthew 13:24-30. The Parable of the Wheat and the Tares...

The Bible taught me to separate from the ills of secular government. Like I have related, government under "Reconstruction" is to Serve and Rule evil people. Those who occupy this New America are materialistic in their existence. 

PAC Has Had A Plan For Over 25 Years

The Burning Empire

The American Empire
It has been said that George Washington declared that New York was the Empire State. It is further said that Ben Franklin stated at the signing of the Constitution that, 'We have given you a Republic... if you can keep it.'

The Fascist System under the Constitution is alive and well in the Insurgent based House of Representatives.

Looking at these two factors, the question is: Was there ever a Republic?

Yes there was. It is a federal republic. It is still there, but no one is living in it. Most every American is living in the Democracy created under Article IV, Section 3, of the Constitution. This was perfected by the so-called "Civil War" and its 14th Amendment. Like I've said, Americans are living in a foreign state.

Early Americans failed to realize fascism was always the goal. Such noted factors created a silent political rebellion. In that, the 14th Amendment was said to be an "emergency", but actually represents a Communist Insurgency. After a 150 years, most Americans will fight to preserve its ingrained Marxism.

About six years later, their 2nd Temple was totally destroyed by the Romans. Where did the Sadducees who controlled the politics of Rome go: Did they really disappear, or go underground? It surely appears they are alive and well.

That noted, it is said Rome burned while Nero fiddled. It is said that is not true.

What is true though is our Republic philosophically burned long ago. This is due to those who are Lawful Americans fiddling around and not taking these silent wars serious. Sadly they love their Marxist Democracy way too much.

The Lawful Peoples have right of self-determination to take back the sovereign power of the several states. But they keep supporting the insurgent faction. These mock states must become commonwealths of a proper union.

History Repeats Itself
The "Reconstruction" of the American governmental system mimicked what happened to the Roman Empire. The vast difference is, the United States under the Constitution always provided for an Empire. The so-called "Civil War" totally squelched our Republican Freedom with Democracy. When I say "our" it is meant the Lawful American Peoples being forced into Marxist doctrine.

The House of Representatives Represents Fascism.

No, this neoRome is not burning. It is morphing into the planned world empire under a long-termed plan. No, our Creator-God is not a respecter of such persons that have been merged with the person entities of man.

This is what happened with "Reconstruction". The peoples of the lawful system were turned into foreign legal entities to be subdued by corporate mastery. The exact same thing happened to Americans that happened to the Romans.

Simple Lesson On Consent
Let's go over the 14th Amendment loop... or trap, if you will.
It's not called RECONSTRUCTION for nothing, you know.

The Dred Scott case created the need for Civil Rights for all FOREIGNERS... meaning: all the nonAnglos. Sadly the Anglos fell for the new system by taking the DOLES under the 14th Amendment citizenship, which includes voting. Such noted rights are federal based and are merged with the corporate personhood.

HENCE the Anglos being tricked into Treason By Design by being in rebellion
to their de jure state governments per operations of the 14th Amendment. What they refer to as an "Emergency" which is actually a Communist Insurgency.

Seriously. Vote Harder, Chumps.

They use the voting thing as a trump card (no pun intended) to make the US citizen "subject to the jurisdiction". Everyone is looked at as rebel-slaves. Even nonvoters. The latest scam of the Red Faction is to have people get the benefit of a passport so they owe allegiance to the United States. Suckers eat it up: Hook, Line, and Sinker. Seriously, you really cannot make this stuff up.

This system under The Red Vortex operates in a legal gray area. This allows for selective prosecutions against the unaware under a Dual System of Law.

Applicable Political Actions
Like I have related many times : CONSENT = Voting-Doles-Silence.

Voting: Engaging in De Facto Politics.

Doles: US Citizen Benefits via Statutes.

Silence: Not having De Jure Nationality.

That is a formula and is structure of the Communist Manifesto and the rebellion it promotes. The associated Plank where "rebellion" is handled is Number 4. It was installed into the Constitution per Sections 1 and 2 of the 14th Amendment. Little do people know, all 5 Sections work together to create quiet wars.

Actions-Inactions and Maxims of Law
Executive Orders are evidence of the Dictatorship. The "United States Code" is a cesspool of de jure and de facto acts of CONgress. Code is exactly what it is... It needs to be deciphered. This government runs off policy, not true law...

Voting = Direct Consent by operation of law.
   This creates rebellion and is criminal per 14th Amendment language.

Doles = Cujus est commodum ejus debet esse incommodum.
        He who receives the benefit should also bear the disadvantage.

Silence = Qui tacet consentire videtur.
           He who is silent appears to consent.

A lot of people who don't listen will be soon prosecuted. The whole Trump thing is a big Sting Operation. There are tons of people who stated they aren't US citizens but are getting Social Security and other benefits... like getting the passport... that applies to citizens and/or nationals of the United States.

The government is keeping records on them under Title 5. Based on perjury, they can be prosecuted under Title 18 USC Section 911... "Whoever falsely and willfully represents himself to be a citizen of the United States shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both."

Signing documents noting they aren't US citizens (but actually are) is perjury. They may be ignored and/or the government will prosecute them for whatever it feels like (or is able to) under "Civil Disobedience" or their "Arrogant Anarchy" against their RED government. You are directed to the January 6 Sting.

Justice Black gave the Anglos a path to ward off their slavery under Republican Freedom of the Constitution; but sadly such lawful peoples have taken the lead of the Red Faction and seem to have chosen to remain slaves indefinitely.
