Preface
As this Jurist has been advising Americans for the past 25 years, a rebellion is caused by the Consent of The Governed : a perfect tool to enslave the masses. A large number of 'citizens' has turned into a programmed lot who adores their Marxism. All as accomplished by the Reconstruction of Government in 1868.

In or about 2001, People's Awareness Coalition was the first to turn the principle of the Red Pill back to God, our Creator. We did it with the PAC Deprogramming Sequence. Today the script is still available to read —download here. Within that sequence, it was evidenced that "Americans" were counted in the Census as being commodities by the Secretary of Commerce: Things of Commerce. These principles of awareness have been diluted by those in control you (us) with their Woke-Awake Circus. A plethora of half-truths are now plaguing the Internet.

Today, People's Awareness Coalition – PAC – is the true White Pill.
A Shadow State
A secretive controlling entity is referred to as a Shadow Government. As many Americans are realizing, our politicians are under foreign control of Zionists.

The likes of Zionist Israel has always been embedded in America via the United States government. It has been declared that “America is the Zion” of those in power. The "Radical Republicans" had warned us that the problems would be internal over 150 years ago. Of course this was the so-called "Deep State" that has been blamed for all recent problems. In reality, the whole Woke-Awake program is a PsyOp to provide misdirection to those responsible of being of the Old World... Aptly called The Pharaonic Cult, or those of the Luciferian Bunch. They are the responsible ones. The Liberal-Democrats were set up to take the fall in order to cover-up the cabal. Of course, the masses are falling for it.

In such regard: Israel – “Fake Israel” – is more of a “State”, not a nation-state, or even a state-nation. Firstly, “occupants” of Israel are not Israelites. In this regard, the multitude of Jews are not Gentiles, i.e., thus are not of the nations. Simply, these wandering, countryless vagabonds are Jews, thus in strict sense have no nationalities. Fake Israel is a “territory” that holds a tribe or collection of elitists claiming to be 'exempt' from the Law of Nations, i.e., Jus Gentium. Under such system of law a nation-state would be a country or nation by its consent; while a state-nation is a fabrication of “inhabitants” under rule. Such people being under so-called “Zionism”, there is actually a combination of those two conditions of governmental status or “States”. Some being overlays of kingdom systems.

In a legal nutshell, this is how “Goyim” countries of the world are now controlled by Jews. They have assumed control under this law form to ultimately achieve secret domination of all nations under a thing called World Communism.
Human Resources For Profit
The birth of The United States of America fundamentally happened on July 4th, 1776. Oddly, just shortly after the forming of the Illuminati of the Old World. Yes. This was the birth of the "State" and the thing known as the Human Resource. In essence, an enterprise of the Old World having its situs in the New World.

In the past it has been touched upon: If one does not work, he would simply die. This being a fundamental rule of natural law. Those in control of the world know this fact. So, not only did Natural Resources have to be harnessed... but so did the "Human Resources". As my work has covered greatly, this is the purpose of Communism. Accordingly, the Capitalist can make bigger and better profits.
Some sorts believe labor unions under Marxism were to protect the workers, but were actually a sub-system being of purpose to harass smaller companies. This in turn put them out of business so huge monopolies could take over. Add to that a plethora a regulations put forth by the government, there is no way for the little guys to remain in operation... all part and parcel of the Communist cabal.

Having all these particulars in mind, honor is given yearly to the Revolutions of Marx that have induced slavery on nations of the world the past 150 years:

The revolution of the workers in the United States happened on May 1st back in 1934 in Chicago... but it was moved to September and called Labor Day. This so Americans could not put two and two together. Of course, that was all during the reign of Franklin D. Roosevelt. Right. America's favorite Socialist President. Any good student understands that Socialism is a critical element of Communism.

Right. The so-called "Human Resource" is an element of profit. The "fruits" of a citizen should better himself, family, and country... not unjustly enrich those and their minions from fabricated debt that THEY have created by inflicted chaos.

So you comprehend things better, De jure means rightful, and De facto means of fact. We will now observe and illustrate that Lawful Americans had their lawful state governments usurped along with their lawful citizenship – per the Law of Nations – destroyed to accommodate the World Communism cabal. Below is an admission by the "United States" that the "lawful states" have been destroyed:

A stealthy admission by the "United States" of its 'dirty deeds'. It solidifies the mandates found in Plank 4 of the Communist Manifesto. Such being in regard to taking property of those who emigrate and rebel. Diminishment of constitutional property rights is done per unconstitutional law. This is grounded in a de facto status and/or nationality. The 14th Amendment fabricates The Rebellion; and moving from state to state as an "American" is icing on the proverbial Red cake. Both conditions satisfy said plank. And, notice that this is a policy and not law. However, if one is consenting per Voting - Doles - Silence, the policy is then law. I have gone over this consent by the Marxists extensively. Games played due to this "policy" costs Americans billions of dollars a year in Taxes and Legal Fees from Bar Association members. Sadly, Americans LOVE their Marxism.

Below noted, a Republican Form of Government guaranteed by the Constitution. The idiots creating damage are indeed concealing this from proper people:
"The chief enemies of republican freedom are mental sloth, conformity, bigotry, superstition, credulity, monopoly in the market of ideas, and utter benighted ignorance."
That was stated by Justice Black in the late 1960's. Moreover, the reference of republican has nothing to do with the Republican Party... such party being a Marxist faction: being of the Luciferians. A Satanic based Red Super Party.

Thus, Lawful Americans – meaning those with standing to claim and hold lawful nationalities – do not have or possess their republic-states or governments – as per the noted policy – but may live in The Republic over rebelling Foreigners. In this sense they are stateless : a major damage causing unconscionable costs.
Genocide of The Zombies
As noted in the last section, Lawful Citizens are now turned into special persons or "legal entities" and mixed with other persons that destroys proper nations. To achieve this there have been several methods utilized, to include the "Zionist Protocols" as a blueprint and "Marxism". All done with political manipulation.

To control the masses, chaos must reign and they must be numbered under an alternate law system. Under Biblical principles, the people were numbered for efficient control by man. In order to advance World Communism and allow the corporations of the elite to dominate, a similar type system was implemented. To keep "nations" confused and under control, several methods have to be used that usurp natural law. As you should now realize, people have no choice who constructs their nation and government. I have been openly advising Americans – Lawful Americans – about their lawful nationalities being destroyed for over 25 years. Simply put : Americans are nothing but Human Resources and Consumers. Legal entities created to redistribute wealth of a nation so that select elite and others – to include various foreigners – can steal labors and other property.

The States as portrayed in Section 1 of the 14th Amendment are in fact not the several states : they are political jurisdictions of the "United States". The fact is, Communists occupy the countries of the Union. A direct cause of the elimination of countries and nationalities as prescribed by the Communist Manifesto. Along with this caused lawful citizenship under the Law of Nations to be invalidated.
No, there will be no punishment to those participating in this system. This is just a secret and sick joke played on those who are unaware of how the Luciferians have taken over. Those who have the pay grade know about it and use it to their advantage. How else would they steal the rights from those who possess it?

This Post is probably the most comprehensive Post this Jurist has made to date. But you should not discount my others. Remember kids : This RED system had been built on a Good Zionist–Bad Zionist operation. Which faction you follow is ultimately your decision. Your programmed psyche of being Left or Right is truly irrelevant. It doesn't matter how much in either direction, or if you even care.
Sadly, the results are the same. The bulk of Americans consent to the ways of government Reconstruction. Wherein its law system Bifurcated the Constitution and created a private system dominating under the policy of the United States.

Like I had warned people over 25 years ago: As long as Americans are enjoying Communism, they will be in perpetual bondage. Constitutionally, mind you.

 The biggest flaw of Lawful Americans is that they fall for the makeup of planned opposition via the Good Zionist–Bad Zionist operation. This is where things are planned to create an acceptance of change. Many know this deceitful method as the Hegelian Dialectic– Problem - Reaction - Solution. It works very well.

The Democrats were infiltrated with programmed dissident types over the past 50 years. This was implemented just to take them down. Of course the WOKE nonsense was part and parcel of it. Just bait the public and see which ones take the chum. What we observe now is the AWAKE faction rejecting the circus... as expected. The remnant will then take what will come– hook, line, and sinker.

As we can see, the Red Super Party is coming along nicely. The Consent of The Governed continues. It will continue on as planned... as it has been written. And you thought the Conservatives were good guys. No. They are Communists.

Totalitarianism, Communism, and Dictators... Oh My!
Here is just what may be coming under the RED politics everyone is loving. The last 150 years we have seen it as "Two Parties with One Face". The following is found in the United States Code. I brought it to public attention 25 years ago:
• Title 8 USC § 1101(a)(37). Definitions.
The term “totalitarian party” means an organization [cabal] that advocates the establishment in the United States [via the "Civil War"] of a totalitarian dictatorship or totalitarianism. The terms totalitarian dictatorship” and “totalitarianism” mean and refer to [civil law] systems of government not representative in fact [in fact, is actually representing corporations], characterized by:
A) The existence of a single political party, organized on a dictatorial basis, with so close an identity between such party and its policies and the governmental policies of the country in which it exists, that the party [cabal] and government constitute an indistinguishable unit, and
B) The forcible suppression of opposition to such party.
• Title 8 USC § 1101(a)(40). Definitions.
The term “world communism” means a revolutionary movement, the purpose of which is to establish eventually a Communist totalitarian dictatorship in any or all countries of the world through the medium of an internationally coordinated Communist political movement.
That is the "End Game" as found in the United States Code. Of course, those who are in political power will tell you that it is there to caution the public about its existence. But anyone with any amount of intelligence can see what above defined is happening. And people wonder what all the Executive Orders are about which seem to by-pass the separation of powers. This system has had its foundation since the so-called Civil War. A system to destroy the Anglos.

Allowing things to go as far "Left" as THEY have was necessary to get people to accept the damages that have been done the past 250 years. Clever. Right?

Now that the air is cleared about what is and has been going on to achieve the infamous New World Order, please observe what the "End Game" consists of by those referred to as the "Chosen Ones" or the Synagogue of Satan...
The Dead Citizens
People of America know themselves to be citizens but fail to understand what kind. They are not the type formulated under the Law of Nations. Further, prior to our "Reconstruction", one will find that the Luciferians (Zionists) looked at the population of the Union as "inhabitants". This setup the presumption or legal fiction that each "person" was of a transient nature. All Americans have always been in flux. The naturalization laws between the republic-states were lacking.

That aside, 'The Rulers' are covered by Article I of the Constitution proper. Their nationality had to be solid to represent their "state-nations" in Congress. So, the way the Constitution reads, if a man would represent a 'state' as a Senator or a Representative he was not an inhabitant, but was deemed a citizen of that state. However, grasp that Congress is Rump... and now Lawful Citizens are dead. The citizens that are created by Reconstruction and its 14th Amendment are deemed legal entities like a government created corporation is, i.e., not Godly.
Diversity Has
Been Employed
For Corporate
Domination.
The 14th Amendment of the Constitution creates the Commie criminals. Section 1 of the amendment forms the Commie entities, which are legally referred to as denizen persons. Section 2 of the amendment provides for their representation in Congress, and also delineates their rebellion. Both those sections illustrate their Red existence in a "state" or "jurisdiction" noted in the above introduction.

There are two sets of persons in rebellion : 1) Anglos (Whites) who have Lawful Standing to occupy The Republic; and, 2) The masses of Foreigners who have occupied America since the so-called Civil War and its "Reconstruction" took affect. The former are in treason against their lawful state governments. The latter are oppressors who bear the criminal activity of rebellion on those who are lawful. You decide which criminals are worse. Both are rebels based on voting as engineered "citizens and nationals of the United States" per Section 1 of the 14th Amendment. The citizens not voting are in bed with criminals, so to speak.

Fair Elections
The Insurgency under the 14th Amendment deserves fair elections for those in Rebellion against the Constitution proper. As we can now see, there are strides being made to make sure de facto citizens have just and fair elections. Their representatives must be chosen legally under the Constitution, as written. That is, under the formula that is held under the infamous 14th Amendment.

Perhaps now you know why all the chaos is going on. Misdirection.
The herein exposed cabal is the true Insurrection-Rebellion.
Conflicts of Law
The 14th Amendment created an alternate constitutional system. Its Section 3 mandates that the rulers must uphold full principles of the Constitution – pre and post the 'amendment'. It also establishes there is to be "no comfort" to those in rebellion – i.e., enemies – against the original or proper system. The enemies would be Foreigners and Anglos taking advantage of the "socialism" offered by the Marxist based governmental system... being most of them at this juncture.

A truly detrimental blow engineered on the disenfranchised citizens – the Dead Citizens. It has caused several conflicts inflicting orchestrated bondage. Yes, the insurgent "Rulers" under the RED amendment must abide by both systems, but it causes a lot of confusion, as planned. It has allowed for progressive planning and takeover to go undetected. Some sorts blame things on judicial activism. No doubt it is surely present. It depends on how much the court likes Karl Marx.

Accordingly, having these two systems in place at the same time causes many conflicts. Not only are there the normal conflicts as caused by the Constitution proper, but now the 14th Amendment issues come into play. These matters fall into a body of law referred to as the Conflict of Laws. Below is the definition:
  • Conflict of Laws, noun. The existence worldwide, and within individual countries, of different legal traditions, different specific rules of private law, and different systems of 'private law', all of which are administered by court systems similarly subject to different rules and traditions of procedure. This issue is not known to many people. Law schools do not even expound on it. Does it really have to be explained why? Well, you can imagine how much the government and the law industry profits off this secret... not to mention the elite. The ones that Karl Marx did not have a problem with. The problem was the middle class. They controlled too much land. So, have them rebel and steal it.

Add to it their election of partaking in silence and taking doles tacitly enslaves them to this Red governmental system... the 13th Amendment being a safety net notwithstanding, all players are sucked into the Red Vortex.

In line with the above notations, It is ventured you didn't know there are actually two types of peace... One) Under God, our Creator: "We have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ" –Romans 5:1; and, Two) That being of Satan, or man: "The meaning of peace is the absence of opposition to socialism."

Of course, the latter peace is that of Synagogue of Satan member, Karl Marx. Trump has said the 'world is socialized' and he will be 'establishing peace'. It must be added, recently Trump said it is doubted that he is going to Heaven.

That aside, the rightful law of the Lawful Americans still does exist.
If they would just ward off the false gods and seek freedom.

At War With The World

Introduction
Lawful Americans have Shrugged The Republic for over 150 years.
The above quote is from my Post titled—Rule of Law Shrugged, of the date May 27, 2024. Of course, PAC stands for People's Awareness Coalition. Truth is: If you are not working with us, you are undoubtedly Walking with the AntiChrist.

The efforts of this Jurist has covered what is in store for the American Union. There are many deceived souls who believe things are changing for the better; however, they are sadly mistaken. Agreed. The de facto governmental system is seeing adjustments, but constitutional government will not be returning as many believe. What we will undergo is Luciferian Rule readily morphing into Christian Nationalism as a means to control the masses with ancient Biblical principles:
universalism, n. 1) Christian theology. the belief that all humankind will eventually be saved: "Christian universalism would insist that Christ's atonement did atone for everyone's sins". 2) loyalty to and concern for others without regard to national or other allegiances: "a tendency towards universalism and inclusion". —source
Simply Put: Mental Slothfulness and a Bleeding Heart begets slavery. In other words, those basking in their ignorance and greed do not see race, color, or creed. This formula will continue to produce immense profits off a deceived lot.

Such attitude makes people foreigners and enemies of their own countries. As expressed in the work of this Jurist, it has been going on for over 150 years. A proper American is at war with those rebelling against the Constitution proper:

This Blog has voiced to readers that there are two types of Marxists in America:
1) Those who embrace the idea; and, 2) Those not aware that they are.
Sadly, Americans witlessly practice a vile, Luciferian religion: Judaism. Back in 1935, the most famous Rabbi in America – Rabbi Stephen Wise – a friend of President Roosevelt - FDR, boasted: "Some call it Marxism, I call it Judaism."

In case you missed it, that utterance was basically telling America who controls things and how. The Luciferian Bunch will now meld the Abrahamic religions. All will be subject to Noahide laws and the New Testament will become obsolete. Those buying into universalism through a false nationalism will seal their fate.

Those playing in Satan's Sandbox are waiting for the AntiChrist to appear in the flesh... which also brings about the Third Temple of the Luciferian Jews. False Christians – connected to being Judeo-Christians – have fallen for this evil and are supporting their chaos. It is all part of this Government of Reconstruction. A system that was installed to set the foundation to hold Americans in slavery.

The main Biblical application here is– Be in the world, and not of it. As a matter of secular law it could be said thusly– Be in The Republic, and not of The State. There is Government and there is Communism. If private individuals are getting funds from government – or basically doing business with government – the latter is present. In America, all Planks and much Dogma of the Communist Manifesto of 1848 is found in governance: courtesy of the "Reconstruction" of the governmental system via the so-called "Civil War" of the eighteen hundreds.

Communism has two main components: 1) societal manipulation; and, 2) the control of production. The latter is the main goal. It puts the labor of a nation in the hands of "The State" so a select few can profit off "human resources". The Ruling Class is bought-off  to make it happen. The United States application has used the former in several ways the past 150 years to achieve the secondary.

That noted, what is called the "Deep State" is actually those who violate the Constitution, as written. Such actors may be used as scapegoats to cover-up the Communist cabal. The cabalists who are in "secret control" are the "Shadow Government". As we are witnessing, this consists of those who put Israel first, not Americans. Ultimately, such types have primary allegiance to the Jews and their created "United States"... not the Constitution proper or its principles.

In international law, a manifesto is deemed a declaration of war. The Communist Manifesto was a declaration of war on the world. It was a quiet war that setup particulars to take over the economies of all countries of the Globe. To achieve this, the "citizens" of a nation had to rebel against their sitting governments.

As I have said, the [U]nited States of America has the most successful application of Communism in this short history. The 93rd Congress noted the constitutional change in 1973. It embraced the foundation by mentioning the emergency rule caused by the war to support dealings of the Roosevelt reign.

In the slow burn, in the supreme court case of Eisner vs. Macomber (252 U.S. 189 in 1920), the justices ruled the income tax of the 16th Amendment could only apply to profits of corporations. This was fixed under the reign of Franklin D. Roosevelt. He offered Social Security under his New Deal... that I aptly call the Screw Deal. Congress then changed the definition of "income" to mean any gain someone makes in their private dealings. A wonderful dole to steal more than just the labor of Americans. Thank FDR for a great quid pro quo deal. By the way, income tax is found in the Communist Manifesto, Plank 2. Neat, right?

The Internet tells us the phrase "eat out their substance" refers to the burden of taxation that was imposed by the British government on the American colonists, which was seen as a means of draining their resources and undermining their economic stability.  So honestly, what has changed in this New World Order?

In continuation of looking at the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, in the Post titled—For The Love of Marx, it had been shown in Article 22 of the declaration that all people have a 'right' to Social Security. Herein above, it was related how Social Security was the tool to steal the fruits of the private citizen through legal trickery. Right. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is a document that expands and protects World Communism: for Redistribution of wealth. All to control the masses as Human Resources to make the rich, richer.

Remember, Greed does not see Race, Color, or Creed. Perhaps now you know why aliens have to "be legal". Right. To be taxed under World Communism.

All this madness is going on while "rich individuals" like Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, and countless others have more money than any one simple American could imagine. Such American who owes over one hundred thousand dollars for the "public debt"... times 340 million "citizen/taxpayers". Moreover, Congress is still handing out "money" to foreign countries like it grows on trees. Speaking of trees, all this so-called "wealth" and "money" was gained from The Fruit of a Poisonous Tree. It was procured by outright fraud. As a matter of law, it does not exist. But yet, Americans believe it does, thus will do nothing about it.

Let me clarify that: there are tons of rich bastards due to an unconstitutional money system, but nonetheless you and your posterity will forever be indebted. Right. That was not whispered. This is criminal and treason, but nobody cares.

It is a fact that in the syllabus of the book which is titled – The Red Amendment, this Jurist related, 'Congress needed its credit card taken away.'  Here we are over 25 years later and Congress just passed a "Big Beautiful Bill"  that will be raising the debt ceiling to over 40 Trillion Dollars in the next 10 years. It is fact the creators of the Constitution prescribed a military position that was of a defensive nature over that of an empire. This can be seen in the Federalist Papers which carried through to the Constitution. The support of an army was to be based on a two year appropriation of funding per Article I of the Constitution. That is, there is no standing army. However, we see a permanent military. To make sure World Communism is enforced requires such a military. One taking about half of the United States' fiscal budget... billions of dollars yearly.

This Blog has gone over the quiet war in the Post titled—Political War Games. Also the Post titled—Political Lip Service. Of course, you need – Operatives and Oafs – to maintain the system that has Communized the American Union.

Well, time goes by then we see this in Trump's Executive Order 14347...

Right. Now we're talking. Nothing like being brazenly honest about the United States being in empire mode... as it has since the time of George Washington. It is reminded the reconstruction of this governmental system takes a bit of force to maintain... which can be evidenced in the reconstruction amendments per an enforcement clause. And lest we forget, "Reconstruction" is an emergency:

Honestly, the only way to fix this mess of the AntiChrist is to Defund Congress. Per Biblical prophecy, the meek are said to inherit the earth, not the "Chosen Ones"  who chose themselves.
