Last month in the posts Red Politics and Voting In Rebellion, it was discussed how Americans approve to be governed by the instant set of "rulers". For some odd reason a lot of patriot types are confused on how they have been sucked into the Red Vortex. Must be planned opposition or something.
Anyway, there are three ways to get sucked in: Voting is the greatest way. Taking benefits of the system is the best way to get Marxized... an American citizen just loves his privileges, like civil rights and such. And last but not least, there is the ole simple, willful ignorance aspect, i.e., Don't know. Don't care.
A 150 Year Span
Today I am going to expand and clarify some issues. Again, people are confused on how this all works. Mainly, there is a plethora of Operatives and Opportunists out there. Be honest with yourself, you can't keep a 150 year old conspiracy going without loads of plants and useful idiots maintaining the orchestrated REDness. They have done an excellent job, at that.
Here is a simple definition of these types who cause damage...
Maintainer
Individuals and organizations of numerous kinds that use various methods to maintain control of America through the 14th Amendment political and legal system. Such entities are generally beneficiaries of what the system produces, hence have a pecuniary (profit) interest as motivation. —Definition from The PAC Lexicon
Of course disinformation and other tactics of Marxists causes ignorance. Like it has been said, The victor of war writes the history. Right. Agreed. However, what I say is, Those who caused the war are surely going to write the history.
14th Amendment Not Ratified
So, you tell me that the 14th Amendment wasn't ratified. Ask any politician, lawyer, etc. They will tell you it was. Those facts aside, below is an admission by a so-called "historian" that agrees with you and said that it wasn't...
Conclusion. Clearly, then, the Fourteenth Amendment was never constitutionally ratified, even if it had been constitutionally proposed. The question now becomes, so what? The critics of the 1950's and 1960's, cited earlier, called for the Supreme Court to rule that it was, not a part of the Constitution. To the certain objection that such a ruling would overturn a huge body of judicial precedent, they pointed out that the Court had, in Erie v. Tompkins (1938), overturned its earlier ruling in Swift v. Tyson (1842) and with it nearly a century of case law, and that to right a long-standing wrong was more important than precedent. Perhaps. Even so, though no one ever became rich by predicting what the Supreme Court would do from one generation to another, it seems safe to predict that the Fourteenth Amendment is here to stay, despite its origins.
Spoken like a true Communist. He seems okay with perpetual warfare – per the so-called emergency – the rump Congress established. There is your trusted historian, for you. It's laughable that people trust them. Being in line with that, people wonder how this could go on for so long. Simply, "Maintainers".
Red State Approval
Right. The 14th Amendment wasn't lawfully ratified. So what. It does not matter. One) The amendment was deemed an emergency; and, Two) It created a private association: the Communist Association. It is voluntary.
In review, let us look at the convenient clause in the Constitution that allowed the Communists to create their Communist Association under what they refer to as, The Constitution, as written. It is under Article. IV, Section. 3:
New States may be admitted by the Congress into this Union; but no new State shall be formed or erected within the Jurisdiction of any other State; nor any State be formed by the Junction of two or more States, or Parts of States, without the Consent of the Legislatures of the States concerned as well as of the Congress.
Let me simplify the language to illustrate how the overlay "State" was created for their RED body politic... that operates over the aspect of the republic-states...
New states may be formed within the jurisdiction of other states by Congress with the consent of the legislatures of the states.
It is truly funny that clause was there. It's almost like there was a plan to do what they did. But that would be a "conspiracy theory". Whatever. Seriously. People really need to understand what the political term "progressive" means.
And people wonder why judges say, "Don't mention that Constitution in my court." Fact is, pretty much everyone has given-up the protections of the original intent of it and opted for the comfort of REDness. Seriously, silly citizens. Yes, the judges took an oath to uphold it. The question is, What side of it? Section 4 of the 14th Amendment actually prohibits them from talking about it. That is, the Communist rebellion and its legal entailments. Like Judge Napolitano has said from time to time, "...That's for you to find out." I am telling you. But most people rather listen to Operatives and Opportunists. The thing is, the opportunists have listened to operatives that spout half-truths and other misdirections noted as disinformation. It is a real problem... but yet has continued for 150 years.
To add, a lawyer of the Civil War period by the name of Lysander Spooner said THEY were creating a, "government of consent". It is sad to say, thinking now Spooner was possibly a messenger type and part of the RED advancement.
Well, there it is. The Communist Association. An overlay of the republic-states. Also see my post on Red Politics posted late last month for more details.
Independence & Liberty
Vote Harder. Your privileges as a member of the public may just get better. Here is the definition of PUBLIC as found in Ballentine’s Law Dictionary, 3rd Edition:
The populace; the community; “That vast multitude, which includes the ignorant, the unthinking, and the credulous, who, in making purchases, do not stop to analyze, but are governed by appearance and general impressions.”
Well looky there. Could it be the masses have bought Communism? Sadly, the tragic state of affairs continues. Must be ego, fame, and fortune, or something.
