In my post yesterday, Red Politics, it was noted people are under the control of a fabricated, alternate "State". One that turns them into residents, or foreigners of the country in which they live. The "Red Faction" used the slave issue – yes the Negro is a "person" or "thing" used to implement the new, stealth slavery – to create the new public slavery. Slavery by consent, that is by "voting".
To participate in this orchestrated Communist rebellion and live in this alternate State created by a rump Congress – as being a "citizen of the United States" in the new RED States – under the 14th Amendment, they must give permission. This is done under Article. IV, Section. 3, which reads as follows...
New States may be admitted by the Congress into this Union; but no new State shall be formed or erected within the Jurisdiction of any other State; nor any State be formed by the Junction of two or more States, or Parts of States, without the Consent of the Legislatures of the States concerned as well as of the Congress.
This sets up the fake "national government" for their beloved Communist Association which allows Congress to create a plethora of private, special laws for the unwitting partakers of "liberty". That being established, below are some sample stipulations on participating via voting in the RED rebellion, i.e., the consent of the State Legislatures agreeing to the RED State program...

So you see, people are not in the republic side of their country, but rather in the Communist overlay State (jurisdiction) created by a rump, insurgent Congress. A State that has been given approval/existence by the insurgent States. They are neatly exempt from criminal wrong doing by Section 3 of the 14th Amendment... well, so they believe anyway. Deception is a form of fraud... even constitutional fraud. The criminals are manufactured by Sections 1 and 2 of the amendment. By operation of law, they become slaves... The slaves noted in Section 4.
Again, this ties to Plank 4 of the Communist Manifesto. This is the way THEY setup the legal ability to take the property of an American without a proper, lawful common law court proceeding. Take that, you White Supremacist!
Right. The agencies that have been created under "Reconstruction" are part and parcel of the Communist construct under The Red Amendment. No lawful courts for you, American. Just a lot of equity for those willing to break the law.
The Red Vortex
Yes, the Red Vortex. It is planned. And as they always tell you what they are up to, I trust and live by what Franklin Delano Roosevelt said, "Nothing happens in politics by accident. If it happens you can bet it was planned that way." FDR also said this about de facto government, "They [who] seek to establish systems of government based on the regimentation of all human beings by a handful of individual rulers... call this a new order. It is not new and it is not order".
That is America's favorite socialist President explaining how the "New World Order" is developed from "Order Out of Chaos". That being the Old World Order, mind you. The Order continues. Nothing new under the sun, as they say.
Congratulations Conservatives
