Many of you may have heard the story about Thing 1 and Thing 2 by Dr. Seuss.
Well, I am here to illustrate why you may be considered a thing... That is, property of the United States. A denizen that is given certain "rights" under the 14th Amendment of the bifurcated Constitution of "Reconstruction".
To set this premise, you have to understand that the United States is not a nation, it represents a corporation. It has always been a corporation. One clue is, it has a President and not a governor. It actually being a corporation was stated by Supreme Court Justice Marshall before the so-called Civil War...
- The United States of America are a corporation endowed with the capacity to sue and be sued, to convey and receive property.
It is grammatically structured that way to illustrate that the several states in the Union own or makeup the "thing" called The United States of America...
Although there is the "Shadow Government" that really runs it as a business enterprise. But that is a story for another time... Understand that it has to do with the Synagogue of Satan and it is deemed "The Empire".
De Facto Persons
Unknown to most people, there are two "persons" that are incorporated into Section 1 of the 14th Amendment: 1) Natural persons (men and women); and, 2) Artificial persons (corporations). The point being, language in Section 1 of the amendment contains "person(s)"...
Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
In this case it is construed that, Person = Thing.
As it was referenced above, corporations are a fabrication and privilege of the government or "State", i.e., something not natural: a thing. property.
There are three factors that cause "natural persons" to be deemed "things", or property: 1) In strict sense, the United States is not a nation; 2) Also it is strictly a corporation; and, 3) Section 2 of the 14th Amendment fabricates voters into being criminals, thus making them slaves subject to the 13th Amendment. The courts have established criminals are slaves. Slaves are considered property.

The Foreigners
In Vattel's Law of Nations, Vattel established that an "inhabitant" was a "citizen" or person in a state (or country) not his own. This person was deemed an alien or foreigner. In the translated conversion from the French to English, the Carnegie Foundation oddly turned the term "inhabitant" into "resident".
That is not as innocent as it appears...
The term "inhabitant" infers something natural, and the term "resident" constructs the identity of a thing. RES is thing, in law: res • ident = thing identity. The United States is a foreign entity (or State) to the several states, which are considered individual nations under international law. Therefore, its 14th Amendment citizenship portrays something different than a citizen.
Under the 14th Amendment, natural "persons" are actually "denizens"...
- DEN·I·ZEN. Origin. late Middle English deynseyn, via Anglo-Norman French from Old French deinz ‘within’ (from Latin de ‘from’ + intus ‘within’) + -ein (from Latin -aneus ‘-aneous’). The change in the form of the word was due to association with citizen.
- den•i•zen. 1 : INHABITANT. denizens of the forest. 2. government : a person admitted to residence in a foreign country especially : an alien admitted to rights of citizenship.
A special "State" was fabricated by the United States to house all citizens born and naturalized under the infamous amendment. All people born are also naturalized, or given the privilege of being denizens...

Wherefore, the citizenship under the 14th Amendment is a fabrication of a corporation. If a corporation is property, so are the people who take on the denizenship called United States citizenship. Property, or RES.
The foreign "entities" called citizens or denizens are THINGS. These "special persons" operate within the jurisdiction of the "14th Amendment States"... such things are of a body politic corporate, not a body politic government.

- SERVITUDE, civil law. A term which indicates the subjection of one person to another person, or of a person to a thing, or of a thing to a person, or of a thing to a thing.
The subjection of one person to another is a purely personal servitude; if it exists in the right of property which a person exercises over another, it is slavery. When the subjection of one person to another is not slavery, it consists simply in the right of requiring of another what he is bound to do, or not to do; this right arises from all kinds of contracts or quasi contracts.
Yes, there are many factors to consider. But without working them out beforehand sets up the legal fiction that one may just be considered a thing subject to a thing... called the "United States". These THINGS called United States citizens are responsible to pay the debt of the "United States". Sadly, over 300 million THINGS created by the 14th Amendment create the debt.You will see a lot of Operatives and Opportunists get their victims to honor what is referred to as the "Civil Flag" of the United States. This is part of the trap they use along with convoluting the factors of law that surround the problems encompassing the governmental system under "Reconstruction".
These grafters and grifters are maintainers and keep you under the "Civil Law". They also refer to the condition as a "straw man" in all cap letters. All such things being an instant fail sending up red flags to keep you in servitude.

If you investigate, citizens who live in the "States" under the 14th Amendment are deemed residents... They are not citizens under the law of nations, as they are in the States created under Article IV, Section 3 of the Constitution. They are foreigners of the true states in the Union under Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution... This is why they are referred to as "residents".
