Federal Civil Law Deceit
You see, before the 14th Amendment the Union operated under the Law of Nations. There wasn't any "civil law". And any peace seen today is that of Karl Marx, "The meaning of peace is the absence of opposition to socialism." And to clarify, there was no Federal Civil Law... such law was of the several states. Freedom rang throughout the Union, not the Liberty of the Luciferians.
