The Citizen Person

In the time of the Age of Enlightenment there was a international law manual put together by a man named Emer de Vattel. In the manual he noted that a man in a country not his own was a "inhabitant". A man in his country was a "citizen". A neat trick. It creates a situation or presumption that a member of a nation agrees to be subject to all private law the "state" as a municipality creates. This method was used in the creation of the United States of America under the Articles of Confederation and carried through to the Constitution for the United States of America. In American law, the term "citizen" has always encompassed political rights. A simple agreement to be governed by the so-called "State".

The Law of Persons

There is a law form called the Law of Persons. This is derived from the Roman Civil Law. The status it creates puts one under a system of municipal law, which is private... meaning there is some nexus that exists which allows someone to take advantage of it or be subject to it. Although a constitution is considered public law, the United States Constitution is considered private international law. This due to the fact that the United States is not a nation. Thus, matters of law attached to Congress, etc., are going to be deemed private law. A matrix that very few understand... even those in the law industry.

Communist Applications
In the advancement of the Union through "Reconstruction" under the 14th Amendment, the term "inhabitant" was changed to the term "resident" in most cases. The construct of that particular term essentially meaning, the identity of a thing, i.e., "res" meaning thing in law. This sets up a master-slave relationship.

Again, someone that is an inhabitant (resident) is in a country not his own.

A few tenets of Communism are centralized control and the elimination of countries and nationalities. The 14th Amendment technically did away with 50 countries... under the color of law. This operation of law creates the One Nation Under Fraud. The effects of the 14th Amendment puts one in the "Red" country referred to as the United States, and not the country (state/nation) in which he lives. Another neat trick. The creation of the walking dead... i.e., legal entities to be controlled by other legal entities as human resources for profits.

Yes, indeed. Democracy. What a concept!

And you thought the people you elect are your servants. Silly citizen.
