No Ticky No Washy

Introduction

Well, it is a new month and I am continuing on with what I have known and professed for going on 25 years now. Seems a lot of people don't like "truth" so they go on to listen to Operatives and Opportunists and get taken for a ride... not only do such types waste time and money, but many of them lose property and spend some time off going to jail or prison. I have been watching this for about 30 years. Rinse and repeat... there is a new crop of "experts" every few years.

This last year I had a new friend look into my history and she said, 'You haven't changed your position in over 20 years.' Right. Because I did my own research, is why. The majority of "experts" lift (steal) things from here and there and come up with a crap stew. They waffle around and make adjustments to the grift to cover themselves. Unfortunately, this reality seems to go over the heads of a lot of people. The tickled ear concept sooths their immediate wants and needs.

As far as my new friend goes, she was discerning and did her homework. Perhaps one day a list of those who have come and gone will be databased in the Island Makers Project... in order to help other diligent people save time.

Blog Title Idiom
As eluded to in the introduction, grifters seem to leave this crucial element out. Operatives and Opportunists only motivation is to take you for a ride. That noted, going against the Progressive mindset, old school is good school... meaning those Marxized may take offense to this old school idiom...

No Ticky No Washy
Etymology: A phrase stereotypically attributed to Chinese laundry workers in centuries past, who would only return a customer's washing when the ticket (receipt) was presented. Phrase no tickee, no washee (Canada, US, slang) Something is not to be had without an exchange; there will be no deal without the required consideration or recompense.

So you understand, "Political Correctness" is part and parcel of being Marxized. It is mind control by the Synagogue of Satan to achieve its (their) agenda.

Now, on to a foreigner thing: Those who follow my Blog know I reference foreigners a bit. One principle can be tied to a case in point concerning the Radical Republican takeover ordered by the RED faction. It was a case titled Wong Kim Ark. It took place after the RED takeover in the late 1800's. This case is still being misused today to support the anchor baby nonsense. In regard to the case, the dissenting opinion was the proper one. It is apparent the majority of the court was into genocide and were Marxists, so that is to be expected.

Yes, yes. Now to the subject matter of this post.

The Duck Rule
Okay. I am not stalling. The Duck Rule and No Ticky No Washy work together.

Anyway, if it quacks like a duck... swims like a duck... and looks like a duck... It must be a duck. In the law world it is called the Ashwander Rules. It comes by courtesy of Justice Brandeis in Ashwander v. TVA (297 US 288 (1936)).

The Court developed – for its own governance in the cases confessedly within its jurisdiction – a series of rules under which it has avoided passing upon a large part of all the constitutional questions submitted to it for decision...

Here is the most prevalent rule: It simply explains why the Constitution seems to be ignored by the courts: "The Court will not pass upon the constitutionality of a statute at the instance of one who has availed himself of its benefits."

That is the best example to explain the Dual System of Law under the 14th Amendment. People like to ignore the fact they're taking benefits (privileges) under the amendment that binds them to the Communist Association.

Therefore, if you don't have a clear case of immunity under the amendment's privileges and immunities clause, you are a Socialist under the amendment. So, in other words, by partaking of the de facto statutory construction – e.g., of Socialist based Title 42 – You would have no ticky... So you get no washy.

In legal jargon, you wouldn't have lawful status thus lack standing. Simply put, you lose and cannot claim immunity and achieve freedom from the "insurgents and rebels" civil law dealt out by their "national" government. In other words, taking advantage of their legal system puts you in their pond as a duck.

This is just another example of: it doesn't matter what you think. It matters what they think. They have the power and tons of resources to beat those down who believe they are correct. To beat them, corrections have to be done flawlessly. Especially after 150 years of Americans being Marxized/Communized.

Inconvenient Summary
What has been created under "Reconstruction" is a gray area. The sitting governments just love it. This political condition allows selective prosecutions and much, much more. Most importantly, it allows the RED scam to continue indefinitely. A real plus for those benefiting from the Communist Association: meaning those making gobs of money from a plethora of profit industries... especially the law industry... not to mention government revenues.

Simply put, if a government worker or judge is a big fan of Karl Marx, one who thinks he is on the other side of the RED fence is probably not going to win out. He will spend a load of time digging out of the mess he got into for listening to those Operatives and Opportunists... which I have written about extensively.

Following incompetent people is not going to help us defeat the RED takeover.
Unity and proper education is the only solution to this problem.
