The Bad Information
What most 'truth seekers' fail to understand is that there are two systems of constitutional law in place. There's no doubt in my mind that the "ADVERSARY" has used this to their advantage. Simply stated, it allows the Black Robe Priests of the 14th Amendment system(s) to talk out both sides of their mouths.

A Simple Rule: Those who play down the Dual System of Law cannot be trusted.

Maintainers/Useful Idiots
Those who practice "legalese" help keep this "Sting Program" in operation. The Social Media is the best method to maintain the gray area instituted by the 14th Amendment. That Driver/Sovereign Citizen is on to something. All motor vehicle codes are built on commerce. That is a fact, e.g., traffic lights. The term "TRAFFIC" relates to international commerce and is part and parcel of constitutional law.

The main factor why he will lose is his unfortunate failure to understand that there are two constitutional systems in place, and the plethora of legal fictions that attach to him personally due to the intentional confusion practiced.

The Sovereign Citizen
There is no such thing as a "Sovereign Citizen"... especially in the individual sense. The State in its capacity as a whole is sovereign due to direct consent of its "citizens". The true bodies politic have been disenfranchised and tricked into living in a false "State" of existence of Hell under an authoritarian rule.

The Sad Truth
If one is being stopped by the police, it is too late. Such people have NOT done things correctly and sadly are left adrift in the induced capacity.

The fact is, a lot of people don't have standing to live under constitutional freedom or have failed to exhaust proper constitutional due process. Therefore such types will continue to be jerked around by the status quo RED political/legal system and fall deeper into its Red Vortex.

The simple truth is, People fail to understand that the Internet with its Social Media is filled with a plethora of Operatives and Opportunists. These "Fails" will never end. These Suckers will continue to be fooled by Fakes and Frauds, i.e., Maintainers and Useful Idiots... or putting it simply: an Incompetent Lot.

Accordingly, the nightmare for these people never ends. Again, without people working together with PROPER EDUCATION, the noted Stings will continue...
