Natural Born Socialists

Introduction

There is a secret weapon that was implemented to conveniently enslave True Americans. That weapon is called: Socialism. Moreover, below is a law maxim that operates on those noted people who had their "republic-states" usurped:

Qui tacet consentire videtur.
He who is silent appears to consent.

Right. The Lawful Americans who established the American Union have allowed what is now going on to transpire by their consent... and have been allowing it by the 'policy' of the "Chosen Ones" for over 150 years. Sadly, the progressive demise of Lawful Americans is due to a litany of things such as: mental laziness, conformity, bigotry, gullibility, superstition, greed, and willful ignorance.

Fact is: Such Americans have become Born and Bred Socialists.

Embracing Genocide

• quid pro quo, noun. a favor or advantage granted in return for something.

The favor is: Government taking care of you. Benjamin Franklin once said: "He who would trade liberty for some temporary security, deserves neither liberty nor security." Right. Throughout the many years of this Jurist relating the problems we are facing here in America, readers have been warned that convenience is enslaving us all. But, the warnings have gone ignored and the biggest and most damaging bout has made a huge effect on the willing slaves: Technology.

A wonderful Quid Pro Quo—Constitutional Freedom for Socialism.
Of course, this fuels this Red takeover we are experiencing.

Political Actions of Enslavement

Like I have related many times : CONSENT = Voting - Doles - Silence.

• Voting: Engaging in De Facto Politics.

• Doles: U.S. Citizen Benefits via Statutes.

• Silence: Maintaining De Facto Nationality.

That is a formula and is structure of the Communist Manifesto and the rebellion it promotes. The associated Plank where "rebellion" is evidenced is Number 4. It was installed into the Constitution per Sections 1 and 2 of the 14th Amendment. Little do people understand, all 5 Sections work together to create quiet wars.

The "socialist" formula is over 200 years in the making and component of World Communism. Many have been duped into falling for it... even those who praise a thing called Nationalist Socialism. Of course, as setup by the "Chosen Ones". A specialty of theirs: THEY set people up and then demonize the proverbial bait.

You know, the Amish saw this coming over 500 years ago. They formed during the Reformation of "The Church". They have held fast for over 500 years. But yet, True Americans have accepted their genocide in less than half that time.

Three Types of Socialism

In regard to established law, this Jurist has formulated 3 types of Socialism that exist in modern history. All their characteristics must pass muster of the works by Emmerich de Vattel - Author of The Law of Nations : or, Principles of the law of nature, applied to the conduct and affairs of nations and sovereigns (1758).

Understand that this term did not exist until after the Age of Enlightenment in the late 1700's. The word or term "socialism" was part of the arsenal that was used by The Luciferians to develop and also expand their world domination agenda.

Here are the 3 types of Socialism in observance under the imposed cabal:

Natural Socialism - A governmental system of a nation-state
under God or natural law with very little state interference.
Democratic Socialism - A governmental system of a nation-state
under the rule of 'the people' by the consent of its citizens.
Marxist Socialism - A governmental system of a state-nation or
a nation-state under authoritarianism or totalitarianism.

Particulars that further define the 3 Types of Socialism as noted:

• Natural Socialism is simply 'a people' living under
a commonwealth based government by their consent.
• Democratic Socialism that may also be referred to
as 'Democratic Nationalism' is 'a people' of a commonwealth.
• Marxist Socialism is the foundation for Communism which
consists of 'people' controlled by the will of the State.

A nation-state verses a state-nation. The former is of 'a people' by their choice generally democratically formed by a stringent plebiscite of its citizens. Such a system being held under the aspects of the Law of Nations existing by principles of natural law as set forth by Emmerich de Vattel. The latter would generally be unnatural or multicultural and not created by the nation itself with its members consisting of denizens and not citizens as established by principles of the Law of Nations.

In simple terms: A country – being its people, a nation – comes first by their consent who have chosen the form of their government or state of which they live. In strict sense, a government of a federation is not a nation nor a country which one owes allegiance to under the Law of Nations; however, a federation may consist of countries and their peoples having national uniformity or a common culture.

An example of a state-nation: Stalin concluded that, "A nation is a historically constituted, stable community of people, formed on the basis of a common language, territory, economic life, and psychological make-up manifested in a common culture." Of course that being, a governmental system established under the Communist Manifesto of 1848. Such a "nation" defies principles of natural law as established by principles of the Law of Nations by not being that of 'a people' but rather that of 'people' or 'multiculturalism', as it is called.

An example of a nation-state: The American Union and its several states under its de jure or lawful format. A government in republican form (a republic) that maintains privileges and immunities for its people. Such a nation set aside, the Federalists attempted to impose a national governmental system under the United States government per the Constitution. Having failed, it was cured by the 14th Amendment overpowering political sovereignty of the several states.

These things being known, the American Union has not seen or experienced proper nation-states in its 250 years of existence. In reality, this Union was free from authoritarian rule for about 12 years under the Articles of Confederation.

A true free state experience for Lawful Americans is surely long overdue.

Socialism Required For Communism

Simply put. Socialism is a device to accomplish the redistribution of wealth. The main purpose is to make the rich, richer with the theft of property per statutes. As one can clearly see, it has worked wonderfully over the past 150 years.

In the United States of America – as THEY call it – the 14th Amendment of the Constitution rewrote how things operated. Principles of Socialism are required for Communism to operate effectively. Other amendments and laws the Rump Congress imposed progressively achieved the Red overthrow. The former Red condition – being Socialism – is accomplished with civil law implemented by faux States created under the 14th Amendment: as political subdivisions of the United States. Commerce of such States – being the Communist application of the faux system – is controlled by the Rump Rulers... as the whole system is.

An important device of Communism was to empower corporations through the function of "The State". This allows them to ride herd over the population and create their own monopolized systems using the "Rulers" as their dupe tools to absorb their operating expenses via the State. Any check and balance would be nonexistent, including due process. Their power would grow exponentially. Total control ensues and the rich own everything... with the masses owning nothing.

Without any doubt, the [u]nited States of America has seen the most successful installation of Communism. Its success is attributed to the Luciferian Bunch.

Seriously. One must know law. If he doesn't he will remain a slave.

Totalitarianism, Communism, and Dictators... Oh My!

Here is just what may be coming under the RED politics everyone is loving. The last 150 years it has been the "Two Parties with One Face". The following is found in the United States Code. I brought it to public attention 25 years ago:

• Title 8 USC § 1101(a)(37). Definitions.
The term “totalitarian party” means [is seen as] an organization that advocates the establishment in the United States [via the Civil War] of a totalitarian dictatorship or totalitarianism. The terms totalitarian dictatorship” and “totalitarianism” mean and refer to [civil law] systems of government not representative in fact [actually representing corporations], characterized by:

A) The existence of a single political party, organized on a dictatorial basis, with so close an identity between such party and its policies and the governmental policies of the country in which it [the party] exists, that the party and government constitute an indistinguishable unit, and

B) The forcible suppression of opposition to such party.

• Title 8 USC § 1101(a)(40). Definitions.

The term “world communism” means a revolutionary movement, the purpose of which is to establish eventually a Communist totalitarian dictatorship in any or all countries of the world through the medium of an internationally coordinated Communist political movement.

What has been going on recently is a dog and pony show to cover-up what has progressively been going on for the past 150 years... and beyond. THEY are now building a Red Super Party that will dominate the American landscape.

What is called Cultural Marxism is being used as a stunt – i.e., a distraction – to keep people from understanding the true mechanics of what Communism is. Of course, this is being done with the Woke-Awake PsyOp Circus: The Plan.

In sense, the intended damage has already been done. All under the noses of all knowing Americans. Like I have related in the past, THEY get to kill and deceive us but there can be no "force" used against them. Only intelligence and unity may be used to defeat them. Now the "smart ones" have fallen for the Red Super Party. So, I have to ask: Where is the unity and needed intelligence?

Again. Understand. It has been a PROGRESSIVE thing.

It Was Planned Way In Advance

In the research of this Jurist, there has been some important factors I have seen given to those who are ruled. Aside the warning this Jurist has recently given, those who orchestrated this Luciferian system have been warning us for about 250 years now. Ben Franklin and Daniel Webster – a congressman – advised Americans what was going to happen. At the signing of the Constitution Franklin had strangely advised, 'We have given you a Republic... if you can keep it.'

About 60 years later, Webster murmured, 'Our destruction would come due to Americans trusting their "elected officials" way too much.' Of course, Webster being one not to be trusted. He was responsible for the "Radical Republican Party" that would create political division that would ultimately set the stage for the needed alteration of the Constitution. Webster also noted a remedy would be needed to be applied to rectify problems arising in the future... as planned.

In reality, The Republic has been severed from Lawful Americans since the Civil War. Webster also said people would have to use intelligence to take back what THEY were going to put in place... Being the "new system of government".

Accordingly in the late 1960's – after 100 years of usurpation – Justice Black of the Supreme Court had given Lawful Americans this little piece of advice...

"The chief enemies of republican freedom are mental sloth, conformity, bigotry, superstition, credulity, monopoly in the market of ideas, and utter benighted ignorance."

One must know law to understand that jewel. It is good as it gets as a warning.

The American Union has experienced forced state-nations for over the past 150 years. They are grounded in Marxist Socialism that are of a authoritarian nature. These political factions will move into total Totalitarian Dictatorships if people remain silent. The failure of True, Lawful Americans to act will enable those in political power to fulfill the cabal of World Communism to its full completeness.

The "Jews" just love it when 'those of the nations' practice that list of things that Jurist Black had noted over 50 years ago... especially Goyim bigotry against them. That ignorance keeps them in power. Power THEY had for some time. Of course THEY being the so-called "Chosen Ones" that are of the AntiChrist.

Right. Lawful Americans should have preserved their freedom over 100 years ago when "Reconstruction" transpired in the 1860's... like the Amish did during Reformation. But for whatever reason they did not. It took this Jurist to bring all particulars forward and form State Nationals Society over 100 plus years later.

Like has been related by this Blog for years: Americans LOVE their Marxism.
The moral of this story is: It is time to start using some intelligence.

Right. It is way past time wasting year after year with distractions established by the adversary. The simple fact is, a True American cannot Serve Two Masters. Those playing in Satan's Sandbox will be sucked deeper into the Red Vortex.
