They Have Warned Us

There have been signs for years that multiculturalism is destroying the proper law form of Americans. But most Americans – especially Lawful Ones – have ignored it. The sad fact is, people in America are not interested in freedom, but rather strive for what Karl Marx called Marxist Materialism. Wherefore, those who buy into the Luciferian propaganda continue to "reside" in this Red Vortex of greed and deception. A program put in place with the so-called "Civil War".

Some would say it is constitutional. But it is actually criminal.

A Quasi-Cryptic Message

The nature of the "Reconstruction" of government had perverted what Emer de Vattel laid out in his playbook for coming out of countries being ruled under the Divine Right of Kings. It was titled, Law of Nations: or Principles of the Law of Nature Applied to the Conduct of Nations. When the elite faction and its plan to take over with the corporations took full affect, the natural law was thrown out the window. All that mattered to them is the profits of the greed driven types. The orchestrated Luciferian system of Liberty replaced Constitutional Freedom.

Accordingly, what we have now been witnessing is a horse of a different color. The forfeiture of natural law. Understand, It's Not Nice To Fool Mother Nature...

Subverting Natural Law For Profits. And Making Lite of it.

You see Corporations and Insurgent Government(s), it's not nice to fool mother nature... or natural law, i.e., the Law of God, our Creator. But that is how World Communism exists. Equity has come by the barrel of a gun and maintained by inversion and deception. After 150 years of transition, few see its damage.

Diversity Has Been Employed For Corporate Domination.

De Facto And De Jure Clarified

If you investigate, citizens who live in the "States" under the 14th Amendment are deemed residents... They are not citizens under the Law of Nations. They are of the States created per Article IV, Section 3, of the Constitution. They are foreigners of the true republic-states in the Union under Article IV, Section 4, of the Constitution... This is why they are referred to as "residents", i.e., DCites. An equalization of people and corporations had then taken place. People were then considered Denizens, or Foreigners. Evilly, Congress favors corporate power. A fact remains, corporations are creatures of the State. People are creatures of our Creator. Those who established the Constitution proper understood that. The De jure Congress followed it. Obviously, the Rump Congress not so much.

The two jurisdictions of "Reconstruction" – those being the Constitution proper one and the Socialist-Communist one – must be judicially separated to eliminate the perpetual injustice being done to constitutional peoples of the several states. Of course, those people are of a de jure character who have standing. The sorts of a de facto character must remain under "Civil Rights" per their rebellion... as manufactured by the 14th Amendment political system purely of Satanic origin. This separation must be done to expose the gray area the system runs under.

To clarify: Everything you see in the media is a distraction to cover-up the fact Congress – and politics – is of purpose to maintain this miscarriage of justice.

I remind you, They call it an Emergency. I call it a Communist Insurgency.

Flanked By Criminals

Democrats. Republicans. Matters not. It's all a Dog and Pony Show.

Introduction

The past several years there has been talk about the demise of The Republic. Well, the fact of the matter is, its destruction had begun over 150 years ago. Let us look at some history so you understand a bit more about the conversion...

James McHenry (1753-1816) was a delegate of Maryland to the Constitutional Convention. On the page where McHenry records the events of the last day of the convention, September 18, 1787, he wrote: “A lady asked Dr. Franklin Well Doctor what have we got a republic or a monarchy – A republic replied the Doctor if you can keep it.” —taken from congressional records

Of course that Doctor was Benjamin Franklin. A guy who mysteriously appears on the 100 dollar bill to this day. A guy that was never involved in government.

It is my position that it was planned to take the several states into what today is referred to as "Democracy" even then. Franklin's comment was hinting at it. This Blog has referenced how Article IV, Section 3, of the Constitution proper has been utilized to do exactly what has been accomplished. Which is to override the Republican Forms of Government as guaranteed to the states under Article IV, Section 4. Yes. I am saying it was planned. Hence, what Franklin stated.

Yes. Coming out of the Divine Right of Kings to a State System took some time to put together by the Luciferian Bunch. But the end goal has seemed to work out nicely for them. The fraud and corruption utilized was instrumental.

Rebellion Against Lawful Government

What we are looking at here is government usurpation via the Constitution.

Of course, this is all part and parcel of the "New World Order". It has been orchestrated by the Old World Order. But THEY don't want people to know that. It is being blamed on bad actors in government who are supporting "Cultural Marxism". The fact is, Lawful Americans are flanked by Communists. Period!

The term "flank" is defined as...

Flanked, verb. a : to be situated at the side of especially : to be
situated on both sides of. b : to place something on each side of.

Simply Put. Lawful Americans are surrounded by Commies!

The 14th Amendment of the Constitution creates the Commie criminals. Section 1 of the amendment forms the Commie entities, which are legally referred to as Denizen persons. Section 2 of the amendment provides for their representation in Congress, and also delineates their rebellion. Both those sections illustrate their Red existence in the State or jurisdiction noted in the above introduction.

There are two sets of persons in rebellion : 1) Anglos (Whites) who have lawful standing to inhabit The Republic; and, 2) The masses of Foreigners who have occupied America since the so-called Civil War and its "Reconstruction" took affect. The former are in treason against their lawful state governments. The latter are oppressors who bear the criminal activity of rebellion on those who are lawful. You decide which criminals are worse. Both achieve the same goal. By principles of law and operations of law, both are constructive criminals. The only ones who are not criminals are those abstaining that hold lawful nationalities.

These operations of law provide the government and its courts to keep those engaging in Voting - Doles - Silence fully enslaved... the 13th Amendment being a safety net notwithstanding, all players are sucked into the Red Vortex.

Remember the idiom: Truth is stranger than fiction.

Maintaining The Criminal Activity

Let me go over 2 issues here: An attempt or deception is being played out that, 1) Evil "Marxists" are now taking over government; and, 2) It is being done by characters referred to as the "Deep State". Both are falsehood. As I have been writing about for 25 years, Communism or Marxism had been installed with the 14th Amendment. All Planks and much dogma of the Communist Manifesto had been installed into American governance since the 1850's. Cultural Marxism is a game being played to cover-up that fact. Players of the "Deep State" have been created and installed to promote and do what they do to conceal the actions of the "Shadow Government"... that has spawned utter chaos to justify its ends.

That being understood, the Red Super Party is being developed. It will run at the consent of those in rebellion against the Constitution proper, which allows for a limited government. To pull this off, a lot of operatives and other useful idiots are required to effectively achieve its end goal of orchestrated domination.

What is coming in the future is nothing more than a illusion or misdirection so the actual damage that has been done for the last 150+ years remains.

In reality, all such players are Closet Communists.
Sadly, Americans love their distractions and entertainment.

Socialist Creatures

For 25 years I have been trying to get people to engage freedom properly. Since the adversary has figured out how to run the Internet effectively to maintain the New World Order, it is next to impossible to a create a valid platform to eliminate division. This is what I have come up with that is grounded in fact...

There are two Political Factions: 1) The De facto political system set-up under the 14th Amendment; and, 2) Those who are of a true De jure political character working together to separate the two jurisdictions. The first faction envelopes chaos. Participation in the "Insurgent Democracy" causes reckless division.

Those jurisdictions are Marxists and Free Men and Women, respectively.

Simply put, People's Awareness Coalition strives for the latter. Those of De jure political character have rights that are grandfathered into The Republic. Those of a De facto nature are creatures controlled by "States" of the United States. The personam status of such creatures is not that of the several republic-states...

A Communist Revolution

True Purpose Of The Civil War

As many historians have told us, the "Civil War" was about Freeing the Slaves. Perhaps you heard the war was about State's Rights. Well, it encompasses both those issues. But the simple truth be known, the so-called "Civil War" was about installing Communism into the main framework of the governmental system of America. In turn it usurped the republican forms of government of the Anglos.

Herein below we see the directive used to implement the so-called "Civil War"...

"The Communists disdain to conceal their views and aims. They openly declare that their ends can be attained only by the forcible overthrow of all existing social conditions. Let the ruling classes tremble at a Communistic revolution."
—Communist Manifesto (1848)

What is more forcible than taking the lives of nearly 1 million Americans. Now, please take a few moments. Reflect on what Tom foolery has been executed in the name of justice that had offered social equality over the past 150 years or so. Seeing the ins and outs of the Communist Plot is really not rocket science.

Next we go over the narrative for the war of equality... err, Communism.

A Very Lame Excuse

As most know, the reason for the so-called "Civil War" was to provide rights to the emancipated slaves. Well anyway, that was the narrative provided to the public for their consumption. Realize, the victor of war tends to write the history.

After a few years, it was evident what the so-called "Civil War" was actually for...

"Of the cases in this court in which the 14th Amendment was applied during the first fifty years after its adoption, less than one half of one percent invoked it in protection of the Negro race, and more the fifty percent asked that its benefits be extended to corporations."
—Supreme Court Justice, Hugo Black

In time, consolidation of wealth and profits would come to a select few. It would be achieved by corporate structure or Capitalism. Ignorant sorts consent to it via the rebellion against the Constitution proper - per the Democracy. Said sorts are in utter approval of the theft and wealth consolidation that is being produced by the economic blueprint aptly called Communism. Sadly, it is deemed legal.

Legal for those in rebellion... but not those who choose constitutional immunity that live under the Constitution proper. Americans having standing are not only in rebellion, but per the 14th Amendment are also considered criminals. Others that are in rebellion are natural foreigners of the de jure governmental system.

Elimination of Nationalities

Those who follow my work know that the elimination of nationalities is part and parcel of "World Communism". This had been accomplished with a stair-step measure by combining all 50 States' nationalities into one American or United States nationality. The final phase of World Communism is "world citizenship" which will fulfill the New World Order : World population centralized control.

Such citizenship will essentially do away with all countries and nationalities of the world; effectively destroying the sovereignty of all peoples via Communism. Every country in the world will retain totalitarian politics with dictators to make sure the hideous, progressive plot of "World Communism" carries on indefinitely. Sadly, those who have standing are not enforcing their rightful nationalities; in America being those of the same makeup as noted by the de jure Congress.

Land Ownership Elimination

Yes, not having ownership of land is a tenet of Communism. Americans actually don't own land, they are under a feudal tenure. This system went into practice after the so-called "Civil War". Furthermore, the new "States" admitted into the Union had seen a diminished control over their lands. In view of this, the United States has an adverse possession over much of their territories... also being feudalistic in nature. Right. The Constitution proper doesn't allow such control.

Sadly, the Lawful Bodies Politic don't seem to care. They are happy participating in the rebellion(s) against the Constitution proper (under the 14th Amendment). Such people being Foreigners of their own lands and ruled by man, or Satan.

Mechanics of Communism

The Commie Formula is simple : The more Human Resources and Consumers, the more profits for a select few bolstering it. In America, this Red Program went into a total onslaught and genocide of the Anglo population during the 1960's. Of course, we see this Anglo Genocide going on throughout the world too.

Communism puts land into the hands of "The State". This way it can be better utilized by the elite faction. Like Marx related, the middle-class was the problem. They were productive and maintained much of the land in doing so. The ruling class was no issue. Right. The people that would be in power are not a problem. This elite faction were the ones to gain most by procuring from the middle-class through equality or equity over law. As estimated, the ruling class would work very well for the Communist model under the observed principle of...

"Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely."

Honestly, what would be nice is to see all elite types give up control of the spoils they have gained from this fraud. This would also include anything held under any corporate power. Perhaps then, this equality scam might be believable.

Right, Karl Marx. The Ruling Classes tremble... by getting rich off this deception. A country consists of those of a natural makeup. Not greed driven politicians.

A Short Summary

The Republican and Democrat parties act as one. Those elected are Marx's Ruling Class. The two parties are equalized Americans referred to as the white and blue collar families being under the direction of the Communist plot. This had been accomplished by a Shadow Government made-up of privileged world elites... such being Biblically noted as the Synagogue of Satan, or Zionists.

The "Deep State" is a Hegelian Dialectic Boogeyman used to cover-up this Red Political Movement. The Democrats have been made to look shameful so the antiChrist political system could rule all people that aren't governed by God.

It's all a formula to make the rich, richer while everyone else is enslaved.
And most wonder what is really going on right now, and has been.

Last week I went over the subject of Idiots and Chumps. The latter is deceived and misled by the former. The former are Operatives and Opportunists. Both of them create the same damage and are a detriment to unity and truth. Thus the latter experiences : loss of liberty, money, and perhaps faces incarceration.

Fixing this problem was also discussed : Lawful People must be separated from the madness. Remedy is at hand for it to happen, but idiocy dashes that hope. Reiteration must be made. All such types ignore the Dual System of Law. Unconscionable actions such as this are tantamount to sedition.

Below noted, a Republican Form of Government guaranteed by the Constitution. The idiots creating damage are indeed concealing this from proper people...

"The chief enemies of republican freedom are mental sloth, conformity, bigotry, superstition, credulity, monopoly in the market of ideas, and utter benighted ignorance."

That was stated by Justice Black in the late 1960's. Moreover, the reference of republican has nothing to do with the Republican Party... such party being a Marxist faction. It was actually prodding by said jurist as to why Anglos are amenable slaves to the de facto 14th Amendment governmental system.

The Red Super Party is on its way to sustain the lack of such freedom.
  And here is what that political party is blindly in support of...

On The Straight And Narrow
Those who reject Republican Freedom want to have one's cake and eat it too. They want to enjoy benefits of Marxist Government, but generally want to ignore what damage they are causing in doing so. A fact being, doing what thou wilt by following man instead of "The Law" creates the slavery they merrily live under.

Outcome of such foolishness was related by a famous American colonist...

Within that wisdom, Scripture warned us of those poised to gain control...

Matthew 7. 13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. 15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

The gate brings people into a system of law and is vast. The path to Republican Freedom is very narrow. Most choose Civil Rights and Equity over True Law.

I had gone over how the System of Priests control the United States. Of course the Operatives and Opportunists are considered False Prophets. At times we see the Black Robed Priests give us hints. Such as Justice Black related.

What jurist Black inferred was greed and laziness causes the slavery... being noted in Section 4 of the 14th Amendment. Infinite bondage is what those causing the damage lead their victims to : Deeper into the Red Vortex.

The 13th Amendment protects against all such imposed bondage.
But as seen, most Americans choose to Walk with Satan.

To summarize this lesson

 The path to Freedom is narrow. Following Idiots takes you off course.
  Those who follow Idiots will cause the ultimate demise of The Republic.

Most readers would say I am on a ridicule rampage. They would be correct. That said, the question is : Where are other Americans that should be by my side?

Understand, the American moniker or nationality is an arbitrary nationality being built on Communism. The United Nations declared it to be in violation of rights. That being aside, the U.N. carries on with the World Communism agenda that overlays all lawful nations. It's all about Equality, you know... Not Greed. LOL

That said, the floggings will continue until morals improve. And, No. That is not a typo. It is a notational spin for those who Walk with Evil. As it appears, sadly we are truly looking at A Remnant here. Seriously. Where are the real men?
