In my Blog Post –The Insufferable– I went over how those of the Anglo bodies politic are in disavowment to their Republican form of Governments. They have opted to be in rebellion with the FOREIGNERS by Voting-Doles-Silence. By you taking advantage of the status of a 14th Amendment person has manufactured you to be a treasonous slave. How many ways does this have to be explained?

Slick operations of the 14th Amendment: Section 1) Creates the foreign status; Section 2) Denotes the rebellions and apportions insurgents; Section 3) Allows a dual system of law; Section 4) Perpetual debt and slave condition parameters; and, Section 5) Enforces Marxist policies by the Red Faction on beneficiaries.

In a nutshell, there is the constitutional formula on how Communism took over the Republican Forms of Government by rebellion of lawful/foreign people.

A 150 Year Reign. They Refer To  It As World Communism.

Communist Manifesto Fulfillment

Government Reconstruction and its installment of The Red Amendment created the installment of the Red Faction. The Synagogue of Satan promised things would be turned inside out and backwards. The so-called Civil War attained the forcible overthrow in violation of Article V of the Constitution. It then took over a century of the consent of the governed to destroy all existing social conditions.

The ruling class of Marx are those in government and their servants. They exist under Article IV, Section 3, of the Constitution. These insurgents Rule the Red Masses as a national government for the rebels created by the 14th Amendment with its "States" being political subdivisions of the "United States"... not the true national governments under Article IV, Section 4, i.e., the several states.

Mind you, all of this was achieved on a foundation of force and deception. As the maxim of law goes, When the foundation fails, all fails. Be concerned, because the swindle is now being side-tracked with the creation of a Red Super Party. Thus, the consent of the governed and the Treason by Design will continue.

A goal of padding the pockets of a Corporate Elite has worked flawlessly.

There are a lot of Maintainers keeping infants "within" the de facto sandbox. The masses who have lawful standing have perfected the Art of Fiddle-Fart. At this point, those Being Of The Remnant appears to be dwindling day by day.

Such lawful Americans love their Commie based Marxism way too much. Giving allegiance to the District of Columbia and its benefits does have its downfalls. This including the Debt Ceiling being elevated with its companion inflation.

The Bottom Line
FACT IS: So-called "America" is the most successful installation of Communism. The progressive nightmare won't end until people recognize PAC and our lawful restoration plan. At this point suckers are falling for every Red Trick there is.

One would think those being conned for the past 150 years would be upset and want to fix things. But yet they are content being further conned and befuddled.

A few years back Americans were threatened with "Internet 2". Well, that was done be giving everyone a Smart Phone and diluting the information available. A home computer is the best way to have proper access to the Internet.

These dumb, err, "Smart Phones" are geared for commerce. A major dumbing down of America... and the World. They are a distraction and all part and parcel of the New World Order. Soon people will not be able to find their own shadow.

Simply put: True Americans are dying off due to the addiction of convenience.

Failure Of Understanding
Okay. The Internet and its Smart Phones are of the main purpose to run international commerce for this "New World Order". But there is the other measure THEY have to be concerned with. That is keeping the masses occupied with bread and circus so ultimate control is maintained.

Entertaining the masses is one thing thrown out to achieve this. But the other measure is keeping them busy with disinformation and distractions to maintain ignorance. It really isn't rocket science. Their measures are working well.

After 150 years of "Reconstruction" you can bet there is a new basis of truth. Americans are experiencing a new historical experience. I think many would agree, it is not a good one. It will only get worse unless people engage.

Discerning The War Games
Government today is an insurgent system. The "Civil War" installed the 14th Amendment per force or war. This war was executed in breach of Article V of the Constitution. That is why people have to volunteer via Voting-Doles-Silence.

That force directive clearly comes from the Communist Manifesto of 1848. The facts fit because all Planks and much Dogma of the Manifesto had been applied in America the 100 years following the 'war between the states' in the 1860s...

"The Communists disdain to conceal their views and aims. They
openly declare that their ends can be attained only by the forcible
overthrow of all existing social conditions. Let the ruling classes
tremble at a Communistic revolution. The proletarians have
nothing to lose but their chains. They have a world to win."

Some may think this is a bit off, but the Senate Report of the 93rd Congress November 19, 1973, bears reference to the above referenced overthrow...

"A majority of the people of the United States have lived all
of their lives under emergency rule. For 40 years, freedoms and
governmental procedures guaranteed by the Constitution have, in
varying degrees, been abridged by laws brought into force by
states of national emergency... from, at least, the Civil
War in important ways shaped the present
phenomenon of a permanent state
of national emergency."

Wait, the admissions do not end there. Here is the Communist Rebellion noted...

NATIONAL EMERGENCY: A state of national crisis; a situation
demanding immediate and extraordinary national or federal action.
Congress has made little or no distinction between a "state
of national emergency" and a "state of war".

That is the war acknowledged against the Anglo Christians. THEY got them to join in the rebellions against the several states – and their republican forms of government – and they also brought in several "Foreigners" into the sheepfold to join in destroying them. Now they are one big Communist family under Article IV, Section 3, federal-states... A group that I refer to as the Communist Association.

The population – proletariats (working lower class) and bourgeoisie (monied middle class) – are melded into one class of rebels and controlled by the "ruling class" insurgents. All are subject to the Marxist Income tax of the "emergency".

Note that Marx said the middle class was the problem is his Communist sham. In other words, there was no issue with The Elite. This is prima facie evidence of a plot to consolidate the labors and property of all peoples of the world into the hands of the elite, rich class. Obviously, the scam has worked wonderfully.

Yes, many Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars are used against the lawful peoples. The means to an end: A melting pot society of "Communist Conservatives" that will be "Normalized" into a "Red Super Party" of "Human Resources" for profit.

Creating The Treasonous Lot

The noted foreigners started pouring into America as the 48ers. 1848 was the start of the influx of those who were not Christians or true Christians that set-up destruction of the republic-states' custom and usage law. It and their common law began to be overtaken by Federal Civil Law via so-called "Reconstruction".

The "Civil War" was the Communist force. Mass Deception keeps it maintained. Which brings us to, It is not an "Emergency". It is a Communist Insurgency. This said "emergency" has nothing to do with God. It is has to do with One Nation Under Fraud as built by the AntiChrist. Communism is the blueprint for it.

As you know, Section 3 of the 14th Amendment is in the news. That section mandates the insurgents uphold the Constitution in its fullness so they are not deemed insurgents. Rebels are political types not in office. The rebels in treason are Anglos. After all they are responsible for turning over the political power of their republic-states to the "United States" as assisted by rebel foreigners.

However this is done under a game of legal fictions operating in a gray area.
And also, in international law, a manifesto is a declaration of war. Once again, Christians are despised by those behind the Red Faction. Welcome to the War.

Simply, it boils down to the consent of the governed– Voting-Doles-Silence. Those factors turn any legal fictions into operations of law, thus facts.

Anglo types politically involved are traitors; however their Liberal minds don't care. They love the Marxist Twaddle they have been fed for the past 150 years. American's psyche has been totally Communized. No natural law of mind.

So there is your seditious World Communism as applied in America.
And simply put, that is why I refer to it as– Treason By Design.

You Can't Make This Stuff Up

John F. Kennedy had Warned America about the takeover that was to take the [U]nited States of America into its final resting place. That final resting place was to be the finishing touches on the Totalitarian Police States that were to be run under Dictatorships. You may see the last steps of the cabal in my Post– One Party Coming. It illustrates the continuing Consent of Treason by the Anglos via the Rebellions by them and other Foreigners of the Communist Association.

Of course those "rebellions" can be found in the Communist Manifesto, Plank 4. The rule of law that enacts them is found in Section 2 of the 14th Amendment. Several operations of law maintain the system, mainly: Voting-Doles-Silence.

Buried In The Fourteenth Amendment Language: Criminality And Treason.

Further, we find this directive in the Communist Manifesto... "The Communists are further reproached with desiring to abolish countries and nationality." Per the United States Code, all republic-states' nationalities are lumped into one United States nationality, which transpires under Section 1 of the 14th Amendment. Of course, particulars are enforced by congressional legislation under Section 5. As we know, America is referred to as a country, but constitutionally it is not. It is a union of countries. It is a "country" for international purposes of commerce.

Unbeknownst to many, what has been going on for sometime is a substantial program of Hegelian Dialectic (Problem-Reaction-Solution) is being played. It is working very well. Most people have no idea about anything and just see total chaos. The Red masses are about themselves and being controlled as egoists.

The past many years, THEY  have been creating a Red Super Party made up of so-called Conservatives. So-called Neo-Marxism is being used to take the Red masses who exist in an Article IV, Section 3, "State" deeper into the Red Vortex. Social media – namely Twitter (X) – is a massive tool of distraction. The free speech provided to the RED masses for free to trap the self-important users.

Discernung Souls must remember this: "Strong minds discuss ideas, average minds discuss events, weak minds discuss people." The People's Awareness Coalition has our own platform that helps keep our members isolated from the distractions of the world. We discuss ideas to "repopulate" The Republic.

PAC has a plan grounded in the rule of law. Within that rule of law they set aside remedy that allows us to reestablish the lawful identities of Lawful Americans.

The deceived should move on from the planned opposition and get Aware, stop being Woke and Awake. The deceived need to leave the PsyOp Circus behind...

Seriously. There is nothing new under the sun. All United States citizens to the Colosseum. It's time for your bread and circuses so the Empire may march on. This so the Anglo bodies politic can be genocided by the New World Order.

Ignorance of Law Is No Excuse
Simply. Understanding law is how I found out what has transpired over the past 150 years... and beyond. Of course, a bit of Divine Intervention assisted.

I realized the problems by watching people fail in court. Patriot types had told me, "Read more case law." So I did. I found out where the principles came from that the Black Robed Priests used as a foundation, I also read the Constitution after my law study. I soon realized: Why do I have to listen to these guys?

Seriously. Who needs a middle-man, i.e., A god pimp?

That brings us to my Number 1 Rule on how to study law: Don't read case law. Case law of the status quo violates due process for all lawful Americans. Case law is grounded in statutory construction and basically ignores common law.

Jurist/Judge Robert Bork had related the problem to the world:

"I don't think the Constitution is studied almost anywhere, including law schools. In law schools, what they study is what the court said about the Constitution. They study the opinions. They don't study the Constitution itself."

You see, that is how the system controls things: Law Schools teach the system to law students, not proper constitutional law. Simply put: The Game is Rigged. The law industry is taught what to think to run the Communist Association.

Knowing Law Provides Vision

In regard to the above noted – along with stopping listening to others – is how I put together that lawful Americans were set-up to commit treason to the lawful or de jure system. It was all about equity and enslaving the masses so an elite few could control all profits for themselves. They refer to it as an "Emergency". I call it a Communist Insurgency... because that's what it is. Sorry, not sorry. A fact.

The lawful Americans were set-up to commit this treason against their lawful governments (acting in rebellion) along with the Foreigners, being all nonAnglos. Participants in government in this de facto system must uphold the de jure principles of the Constitution or they too are in treason. They apply private law mandates on "United States persons" who are in the Communist Association.

A directive found in Section 3 of the 14th Amendment mandates upholding the Constitution in its entirety by the "insurgents". Those participants are Insurgents because the 14th Amendment was installed by force in violation of Article V of the Constitution. Those "federal citizens" voting, taking doles as citizens and nationals of the United States, and remaining silent are deemed rebels under the criminality caused by the amendment. What I call the Silent Army – known as the Bar Association – keeps these quiet wars going. It lines the pockets of the elites and those benefiting through doles, corporations, government jobs, etc.

Communism. What a perfect formula for theft. It operates in a "gray area" so those ignorant of the law are bilked out of their property by the highly ignorant attorneys that monopolize the law industry. The mechanism THEY utilize is... Ignorance breeds Fear. Fear breeds Bondage. Bondage breeds Despair.

That realized, here is another favorite maxim of law that I fancy...

Multitudo imperitorum perdit curiam. A multitude of ignorant practitioners destroys a court.

The Future For America

Our vision for the future of PAC – the Coalition – is to change the PAC acronym from being "People's Awareness Coalition" to "Politically Analogous Countries".

This can happen if the Americans with standing are willing to take their countries back from the Zionists who run this cabal of evil. This must be done lawfully by The Plebs – being Anglos that the Union was stolen from – under their Right of Self-Determination. This to bring the countries of the [U]nited States of America into being lawful commonwealths under a proper federal republic.

Until that day comes, the Communist Association must stay in place under the aspects of The Red Amendment – being the 14th Amendment – to handle the rebels' privileges that feeds the Marxism that they know and love and live for. Only Discerning Souls will throw-off the Marxist system to live under Freedom.

Until that day we pray comes sooner than later...

Having established that, it has been a year this month since I laid out the Restoration Series along with its introduction The Unholy Trinity. Along with that I also wrote The Art of Lawful Status that is a must read for lawful Americans.

In addition, the remedy has been around for 25 years... as I have related it. But people just kept kicking the can down the road for whatever puzzling reasons.

It is ventured that they are waiting for their Communist based Totalitarian Dictatorships where they'll own nothing and be happy. Very strange.

In reference to lawful state sovereignty – before the 14th Amendment – the governments of the state-republics were sovereign. The citizens/subjects of the de jure states lacked connection to the Constitution... It was a "state" contract. People of the states owed allegiance to such states, not to the United States.

This was outlined in a case titled Barron vs Mayor & City Council of Baltimore (1833). In this pre14th Amendment case the Supreme Court of the United States stated the following about the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution...

"The question thus presented is, we think, of great importance, but not of much difficulty. The Constitution was ordained and established by THE PEOPLE of the United States for themselves, for THEIR own government, and not for the government of the individual States.

Each State established a constitution for itself, and in that constitution provided such limitations and restrictions on the powers of its particular government as its judgment dictated.

THE PEOPLE of the United States framed such a government for the United States as THEY supposed best adapted to THEIR situation and best calculated to promote THEIR interests."

The Federal Civil Law

What "Reconstruction" allowed is a massive scheme of "federal civil law". What was created was the combining of corporations and people– i.e., lawful citizens and foreigners brought under the Law of Persons under the United States Code. Prior to that there was "federal law" constructed pursuant to the inherent aspects of the constitutional nature of international law per the federation of nations.

The Civil Flag of Peace is just simply Boob-Bait.
