Introduction

For those who are new to my work (Blog), it sees God, our Creator, being the true foundation of our existence. Having that as the primary foundation, the next thing that must be observed is the Declaration of Independence. Therein it had been beheld governments were instituted by the "Consent of The Governed".

In April, we looked at the Red Vortex Americans have descended deeper into due to their love of Marxist Materialism. The first day of that month being a day for jokes on fools. My first Blog Post of this month had missed May 1st by a few days. Such day being the celebration of May Day. A special day where a bunch of Human Resources around the world honor the system of World Communism.

Definitely two fitting days that keep on giving all year round... and beyond.
Herein, we take a look at some of the particulars involved.

The birth of The United States of America fundamentally happened on July 4th, 1776. Oddly, just shortly after the forming of the Illuminati of the Old World. Yes. This was the birth of the "State" and the thing known as the Human Resource. In essence, an enterprise of the Old World having its situs in the New World.

Last week it was touched on that if one does not work, he simply would die. This being a fundamental rule of natural law. Those who are in control of the world know this fact. So, not only did Natural Resources have to be harnessed... but so did the "Human Resources". As was covered last week, this is the purpose of Communism. Accordingly, so the Capitalist can make bigger and better profits. Some sorts believe labor unions under Marxism were to protect the workers, but were actually a sub-system being of purpose to harass smaller companies. This in turn put them out of business so huge monopolies could take over. Add to that a plethora a regulations put forth by the government, there is no way for the little guys to remain in operation... all part and parcel of the Communist cabal.

Having all these particulars in mind, honor is given yearly to the Revolutions of Marx that have induced slavery on nations of the world the past 150 years:

The revolution of the workers in the United States happened on May 1st back in 1934 in Chicago... but it was moved to September and called Labor Day. This so Americans could not put two and two together. Of course, that was all during the reign of Franklin D. Roosevelt. Right. America's favorite Socialist President. Any good student understands that Socialism is a critical element of Communism.

Right. The so-called "Human Resource" is an element of profit. The "fruits" of a citizen should better himself, family, and country... not unjustly enrich those and their minions from fabricated debt that THEY have created by inflicted chaos.

The Rule of Law for all this is, Men work. Communists have jobs. In other words, those subject to rules of World Communism: Marxist taxation, immigration, etc.. By their acceptance of the "melting pot" engineered to dilute natural solidarity, they are consenting legal entities of the Luciferians' commercial enterprise.

Simply put: the bottom line of corporations or greedy individuals do not observe race, color, or creed... Just PROFIT.  A perfect formula achieved via multicultural chaos. Well now. The Truth In Your Face. This Jurist could not have said it better. Know that "its citizens" are those called "citizens and nationals of the United States".

Simply, getting "civilians" – silently at war – to think they are "the people" is part and parcel of achieving "the consent of the governed" under Reconstruction and its 14th Amendment. As to that, the "Rulers" of the "Insurgency" can claim clean hands and blame it on those in rebellion. The rebellion[s] created under the 14th Amendment was ingenious. All the gullible sorts believe the rebellion language used in Reconstruction narratives only pertains to Civil War Confederates.

Like I have been advising Americans for over 25 years now, it is a secret formula used against the willfully ignorant to enslave them... but they ignore the advice. What is currently transpiring is, THEY are now putting on a show. Communism appears to be being eliminated. The "corporate system" will remain in place. The masses are buying it hook, line, and sinker. A true means to justify the end.

Understand, the original setup of The Republic wasn't producing enough profits. Thus THEY advanced profit output progressively under the 14th Amendment. In sense, it took over 100 years to fabricate the multicultural cesspool of today. To get there, the Book of Marx was applied. The Red Takeover was progressive.

Pulling the "inhabitants" of the several states into Washington D.C. was the way to enslave them. This being done under a special, civil law. Of course, done via that Red amendment– the 14th... is how citizens of the Illuminati are created.

I have long said the ink was not even dry on the Constitution before the likes of the 14th Amendment could be seen on the drawing board. THEY plan all their changes way ahead of their execution– like inserting "male" into Section 2 of the 14th Amendment to bring women into the political corruption... methodically. Of course, to turn them into economic slaves of the coming corporate structure.

The ultimate purpose of the Human Resource came into existence in 1971 when the check and balance of the monetary system was destroyed. The progressive erosion of the Constitution proper, thanks to the Red Faction. This fulfilling the ultimate purpose of allowing an unlimited debt ceiling. The United States citizen replaced the gold. They were now the capital. The perfect property: Slaves.

Per their Red amendment, it is reiterated such slaves cannot question the debt of the melting pot of the AntiChrist. They are "capital" of the Illuminati directives.

Mega corporations created under the "United States" – such as Google – like to flaunt how much the Human Resources are worth. If you noticed, it is a prime feature on the Google search engine: One's Net Worth. The masses of Marxists need to know how much the resources are worth. It is important to the slavery of the capitalistic system. It keeps those of the AntiChrist interested in all the antics used to establish profits. Right. In case you haven't figured it out yet: the Red scare for the past 150 years was actually a blueprint to bolster Capitalism. A means to consolidate wealth into the hands of a few. A lot of principles Marx laid out will remain intact. An elite few will continue to run things under a feudal corporate structure. It is guaranteed the State will continue to serve those who subscribe to an ancient "Might Makes Right" governmental system allowing a select few to retain all profits. History Repeats Itself

When the Roman Republic shifted into its Empire Stage, what came with it was extending the private civil law governing Roman citizens to private corporations. This provided these legal entities of the "State" to enjoy benefits as did people.

When Karl Marx assembled the Communist Manifesto, he later penned Das Kapital. Very few "scholars" understand that the two works were meant to work together. That is to say, the former work was of purpose to feed the latter. Build a labor force to benefit the elite under the control of the "State". In other words, Corporatism. Moreover, it should be understood that there was no such thing as a "Capitalist" until just before the Communist Manifesto was drawn in 1848. And when that central bank is private, seriously—what could go wrong?

With the implementation of that Red amendment – the 14th – had allowed the main components of Communism to be installed. This to effectuate the control of the economy through means of Capitalism. Bane of My Existence

Waiting For Many Years

This Jurist has been watching people wasting their time for the past 30 years. Watching the behavior of Marxist Monkeys can entertain, but is truly a bane.

That being established, I would note some main points of their monkey shines. All Americans are liable for the public debt prescribed by Section 4 of the 14th Amendment... amongst many other things that have taken the rights away from Lawful Americans. Yes, it is great rebelling against the Constitution proper and remaining a legal entity. That criminal base was secured by the last election. It feeds the slave mechanism so the debt ceiling may continue rising in perpetuity.

You bet. Those beloved Civil Rights are worth your weight in gold. Literally.

If Truthers would follow my lead, righting this evil wrong for the Proper American People would make the Nuremberg Trials look like a day in preschool. However, Americans are not at all interested. They LOVE their Marxism much too much. Wherefore, their interest in Walking with Satan is the bane of my existence...

Personally, it was great being one of the first "persons" to get out of this system of materialism and its debt. Like stated, the bulk of others love walking in sin and seem not all that interested in Republican Freedom. Thus, the Red Faction will continue to rule them. I have been waiting 25 years for it to end. As it appears, it may not happen and Communism will continue to envelop this Red country.

I would remind my valuable readers, I have been on a path to adjust the morale of the Proper People for about a year. That would be Morale and Morals...

In review, again please understand the words or terms De jure and De facto.

In simple terms, The former meaning of right or proper, and the latter meaning of fact, but most likely not lawful. The governmental system in place is DE FACTO. I have explained how this works in many ways for over 25 years. Sadly, the bulk of Americans insist on playing in Satan's Sandbox... I venture 99.9% of them. Those walking with God, our Creator, would realize that the Woke-Awake Circus was to make it appear that things were truly on the mend. But like I have been advising people for many years now, all these shenanigans have been a PsyOp to cover-up The Inversion that has been achieved the past 150 years.

Those who Walk with the Holy Spirit would understand these things. They would be working together to remedy the situation. The foundational principles of the People's Awareness Coalition – PAC – was to advise Americans of their servitude as Human Resources and Consumers and the law surrounding this adverse condition that achieves this stealth slavery.

This all being done the past 150 years through Civil Engineering. The primary damage was done with forced implementation of the 14th Amendment in 1868; however, most damage was progressive over the first 100 years. Fixing The Insurgency

It has been related in my book – The Red Amendment – and throughout other writings that the government is in "insurgency" while those who are considered the "citizens" are in "rebellion". The main issue surrounding rebellion is agreeing to turn over the political power of the several states to the foreign power known as the "United States". Simply, the insurgent "Rulers" must uphold – or at least recognize – the full spectrum of law held under the Constitution proper. But its limitations or Republican Freedom does not apply to those Walking with Satan.

This Insurgent Government is now making corrections to make it appear that major things are happening. The act of Anarchy doesn't defeat consent variants of : Voting - Doles - Silence. Securing lawful nationality or proper status is key to personal freedoms. To aid in such lawful status, The Ultimate LawSuit  must be initiated to enforce the right. True Americans must be separated from the Reds, i.e., the Marxist faction.

Those of the popular vote and dole recipients will remain political slaves to those of the Communist Association that was put into its operation over 150 years ago. The fact is, your fate is still in control of the Red Faction and Its Judiciary.

The legal term de facto represents of fact, while de jure means of right. The Red Super Party of course is the former: not constitutional. Lawful Americans should walk in Republican Freedom with God, not Civil Law laid out by Team Lucifer :

Separating People From Primates

To fix this is not done by revolution or through anarchy. There are provisions set aside by the Rump Congress to address this problem. Our solution is not only legal, it is lawful and also constitutional. A solution hidden from simple primates.

Being Of Fact

Most recently I have told the world, If I see positive moves forward I surely will advise of it. I have also said for 25 years the problems we now face will not go away over night. Issues must be dealt with pragmatically. So. Where are we?

We must again look at and understand the words De jure and De facto.

In simple terms, The former meaning of right or proper, and the latter meaning of fact, but most likely not lawful. The governmental system in place is de facto. I have explained how this works in many ways for over 25 years. Sadly, the bulk of Americans insist on playing in Satan's Sandbox... I venture 99.9% of them. At this time we can see they are getting the government they deserve.

The fact is, such sorts are Enemies of The Republic.
Right. Americans really LOVE their Marxism.

Current Happenings

The question is: Are things being corrected to being that of de jure or is the de facto making alterations?  Well, I can tell you, it is surely the latter. Yes. Even an unlawful government can fix or correct itself. That is what is now transpiring.

That said, Donald Trump has absolutely no desire or directives to put America back under The Republic – unless possibly prompted to by us. This miracle can only happen with people of America understanding proper history and law. Of course, such People or Us, being those who have proper standing. If this is not done, the Shadow Government – a.k.a., the Zionists – will continue on the path it is on, and has been on for a few thousand years... Controlling commerce.

The notions of a critic relates these are facts along with not being able to Serve Two Masters... and recognize two types of "Foreigners" cause these problems.

Much Is Too Much

Some time ago I wrote a critique on Frederic Bastiat, who wrote "The Law". My critique–A Guy Who Didn't Know Law. The man had problems with his thinking. Basically that of Greed. He was both anti-Tariff and anti-Socialism. These two combined are the perfect formula for Communism as established by Marx. So, actually both are bad. The worst being Marxist Socialism: an absolute device of slavery. No tariffs is inherent of open border tenets as found in Communism.

So, government shouldn't take care of its people equally but you get to peddle your merchandise where ever you want without duties... therefore allowing for vast monopolies? Odd. He missed wealth redistribution via socialism enlarging the consumer base so a monopoly could make tidier profits. His greed falters.

To clarify, a government that would be in the form of a commonwealth is not the same as one under Marxist socialism that is supporting Communist doctrines. Shipping goods into another country without duties hinders a common man in running a business. Likewise, foreigners shouldn't be allowed to setup business. Anyone with property or a business should have the nationality of the country.

Yes. Bastiat. Not too bright. His greed was not perfected to the point of what the Zionists' engineered. Is it any wonder the guy is revered by "Classic Liberals". The same sorts that were supportive of the authoritarian Federalist Party before Thomas Jefferson had dismantled it... such effort ruined by "Reconstruction".

Trump: First Couple Months

It is believed the actions of the current governmental system was covered in the parts above. Moreover, it has also been covered the past couple of years what is transpiring in this Blog by me. Simply: Funny Business to fool The Deceived.

If you listen to what Joe Biden – an admitted Zionist – had related in his farewell speech you will realize there is no sight of the status quo backing off. It will be business as usual. The Red Faction will rule into this new millennium. I have been advising people for the past 25 years, it will be under a totalitarian based one party system... by the consent of the governed. That consent will consist of being ruled under Civil Law... with a touch of Dictatorship, which has already been seen. My question: Will the dictatorship be Totalitarian or Benevolent ?

Also a version with commentary by some guy that does a pretty fair job of explaining things to Dumb-Dumbs: It is the notion of this Jurist that it is just a mean to an end... That being stages of World Communism and its continued world domination through the control of commerce. It is reminded that Marx said peace on earth will come when earth was Socialized. Trump has acknowledged it is– and he is a champion for peace. Moreover, I would remind you that Socialism – i.e., Marxist Democracy – is a noted requirement or foundation of Communism.  Right. What we are dealing with is the ole Good Zionist-Bad Zionist routine .
But what do I know. I have only been watching it for 30 years.

In historical past, the Sovereign – the King – gave elite baron types the ability to control the lands. By the way, each state in the Union is considered a country. But the Communist Faction does not want you to know that. It is really bad for corporate business.

Right. Get used to it. You and your country will own nothing and be happy. The chaos we have had and witnessing is taking out the weak to allow domination of a few—The New. This will come after the normalization sequence is complete.
