Bane of My Existence

Waiting For Many Years
This Jurist has been watching people wasting their time for the past 30 years. Watching the behavior of Marxist Monkeys can entertain, but is truly a bane.

That being established, I would note some main points of their monkey shines. All Americans are liable for the public debt prescribed by Section 4 of the 14th Amendment... amongst many other things that have taken the rights away from Lawful Americans. Yes, it is great rebelling against the Constitution proper and remaining a legal entity. That criminal base was secured by the last election. It feeds the slave mechanism so the debt ceiling may continue rising in perpetuity.

You bet. Those beloved Civil Rights are worth your weight in gold. Literally.
If Truthers would follow my lead, righting this evil wrong for the Proper American People would make the Nuremberg Trials look like a day in preschool. However, Americans are not at all interested. They LOVE their Marxism much too much. Wherefore, their interest in Walking with Satan is the bane of my existence...

Personally, it was great being one of the first "persons" to get out of this system of materialism and its debt. Like stated, the bulk of others love walking in sin and seem not all that interested in Republican Freedom. Thus, the Red Faction will continue to rule them. I have been waiting 25 years for it to end. As it appears, it may not happen and Communism will continue to envelop this Red country.

I would remind my valuable readers, I have been on a path to adjust the morale of the Proper People for about a year. That would be Morale and Morals...
The Manipulated Primate
In review, again please understand the words or terms De jure and De facto.

In simple terms, The former meaning of right or proper, and the latter meaning of fact, but most likely not lawful. The governmental system in place is DE FACTO. I have explained how this works in many ways for over 25 years. Sadly, the bulk of Americans insist on playing in Satan's Sandbox... I venture 99.9% of them.
Those walking with God, our Creator, would realize that the Woke-Awake Circus was to make it appear that things were truly on the mend. But like I have been advising people for many years now, all these shenanigans have been a PsyOp to cover-up The Inversion that has been achieved the past 150 years.

Those who Walk with the Holy Spirit would understand these things. They would be working together to remedy the situation. However, the "Deceived" continue to Walk with Satan and the cabal that maintains the enslavement of America. It is without doubt ignorance, greed, and division is foundation of their reasoning.

Hegelian Dialectic Outcome
The foundational principles of the People's Awareness Coalition – PAC – was to advise Americans of their servitude as Human Resources and Consumers and the law surrounding this adverse condition that achieves this stealth slavery.

This all being done the past 150 years through Civil Engineering. The primary damage was done with forced implementation of the 14th Amendment in 1868; however, most damage was progressive over the first 100 years. The past 50 years or so has been intentionally excessive to create chaos in order to cover up such damage. Realize it is executed under what they call Cultural Marxism. It being the manipulation of societal norms. The matter of Communism has to do with the mechanics of how the economy is handled. This being the main goal of those in control. Again, the chaos is to disrupt things to achieve that end.

With the implementation of that Red amendment – the 14th – had allowed the main components of Communism to be installed. This to effectuate the control of the economy through means of Capitalism. This standard is what will remain and what is being covered-up with the Woke-Awake PsyOp Circus. This cabal is most important to America because the United States hosts about 40% of the world's consumerism. Right. It is a Communist-Capitalist ConJob. That is why people love America: they are human resources of an economic profit machine. The private corporate structure is not going away and it will only strengthen.

Fixing The Insurgency
It has been related in my book – The Red Amendment – and throughout other writings that the government is in "insurgency" while those who are considered the "citizens" are in "rebellion". The main issue surrounding rebellion is agreeing to turn over the political power of the several states to the foreign power known as the "United States". Simply, the insurgent "Rulers" must uphold – or at least recognize – the full spectrum of law held under the Constitution proper. But its limitations or Republican Freedom does not apply to those Walking with Satan.

This Insurgent Government is now making corrections to make it appear that major things are happening. The fact is, there are "some things" happening; but only things that were allowed to happen in order to cover-up the damage done so that the intended damage is buried and sustained. One thing is for certain to be imposed on the debt slaves, the Trump Administration has advised the debt ceiling would be raised to accommodate the Federal Reserve and government spending. This is part and parcel of my claim that nothing is really changing. In that, there is no end in sight of the United States giving up occupation of the several states. It cannot. It must remain in possession to control all foreigners. Such foreigners being those submitting to the likes of World Communism...

A Succinct Summary
As advised, the De Facto Government has an obligation or it may fix its errors. And to the mass of Deceived Primates, it surely does appear to be wonderful.

The new boss is the same as the old boss. No need to go through all this again. I have explained it to all the Information Junkies most recently and for 25 years. The persistent annoyance of things – such as inflation – being caused by those in "rebellion" has surely ruined my quality of life... as for everybody else.

There is only one way to fix this : Relinquishment of United States nationality.
That is the only way to isolate oneself from the actions of Simple Primates.

Life is based on Consent and Contract, per Law. That is where the remedy lies. The Supreme Court has related that Lawful Americans do not have to consent to Democracy. That is, they do not have to be party to the Communist Association. The Rump Congress had allowed such Americans to remove themselves from its servitude in order to be of a lawful status to enjoy Republican Freedom.

The act of Anarchy doesn't defeat consent variants of : Voting - Doles - Silence. Securing lawful nationality or proper status is key to personal freedoms. To aid in such lawful status, The Ultimate LawSuit  must be initiated to enforce the right. True Americans must be separated from the Reds, i.e., the Marxist faction.

Those of the popular vote and dole recipients will remain political slaves to those of the Communist Association that was put into its operation over 150 years ago. The fact is, your fate is still in control of the Red Faction and Its Judiciary.

Again, think about all these things while you enjoy your Civil Rights and Liberal attitudes, such as multiculturalism, continual inflation, women ruling you, etc.

Things Are Improving

It was mentioned it would be advised when things were getting better.
And also understand, People's Awareness Coalition is for the Discerning Soul.

That noted, the 2024 Election was to ratify record amounts of "Americans" to further act in rebellion against the Constitution proper to maintain their slavery. Masses flocked to the up and coming Red Super Party like drunken monkeys.
Right. Creating chaos and offering a solution works every time.

Herein it is illustrated how things for the Communist Insurgency are seeing an improvement. Lawful Americans still must Do The Right Thing and remove themselves from This Democracy.
Being De Jure Not De Facto
The legal term de facto represents of fact, while de jure means of right. The Red Super Party of course is the former: not constitutional. Lawful Americans should walk in Republican Freedom with God, not Civil Law laid out by Team Lucifer...

Unless you go over the above material, you will fail to understand why things are the way they are. Namely, why the Constitution seemingly is not being followed. Simply, as above discussed, Lawful Americans are Enemies of The Republic.

Yes, the Marxist Monkeys are on the mend. Things are improving. Now that they have been taken by the Woke PsyOp circus orchestrated to blame the problems on Cultural Marxism, their Red political system is now being secured. Moving forward, the Awake PsyOp circus will pacify them in order to be controlled by the Zionist faction for another 150 years. As we can see, it is working like a charm.

One of the most entertaining Dancing Monkeys on YouTube tells us it is a good thing we have a Republic, and not a Democracy. Like the plethora of others who parrot this folly– They Don't Live In It.  Regarding the madness of the primate population, I have provided this guy's rant on how things are really looking up for the Red Body Politic, also another video exploring how damage is achieved...

Separating People From Primates
To fix this is not done by revolution or through anarchy. There are provisions set aside by the Rump Congress to address this problem. Our solution is not only legal, it is lawful and also constitutional. A solution hidden from simple primates.

Being Of Fact
Most recently I have told the world, If I see positive moves forward I surely will advise of it. I have also said for 25 years the problems we now face will not go away over night. Issues must be dealt with pragmatically. So. Where are we?

We must again look at and understand the words De jure and De facto.

In simple terms, The former meaning of right or proper, and the latter meaning of fact, but most likely not lawful. The governmental system in place is de facto. I have explained how this works in many ways for over 25 years. Sadly, the bulk of Americans insist on playing in Satan's Sandbox... I venture 99.9% of them. At this time we can see they are getting the government they deserve.

The fact is, such sorts are Enemies of The Republic.
Right. Americans really LOVE their Marxism.
Current Happenings
The question is: Are things being corrected to being that of de jure or is the de facto making alterations?  Well, I can tell you, it is surely the latter. Yes. Even an unlawful government can fix or correct itself. That is what is now transpiring.

That said, Donald Trump has absolutely no desire or directives to put America back under The Republic – unless possibly prompted to by us. This miracle can only happen with people of America understanding proper history and law. Of course, such People or Us, being those who have proper standing. If this is not done, the Shadow Government – a.k.a., the Zionists – will continue on the path it is on, and has been on for a few thousand years... Controlling commerce.

The notions of a critic relates these are facts along with not being able to Serve Two Masters... and recognize two types of "Foreigners" cause these problems.

Much Is Too Much
Some time ago I wrote a critique on Frederic Bastiat, who wrote "The Law". My critique–A Guy Who Didn't Know Law. The man had problems with his thinking. Basically that of Greed. He was both anti-Tariff and anti-Socialism. These two combined are the perfect formula for Communism as established by Marx. So, actually both are bad. The worst being Marxist Socialism: an absolute device of slavery. No tariffs is inherent of open border tenets as found in Communism.

So, government shouldn't take care of its people equally but you get to peddle your merchandise where ever you want without duties... therefore allowing for vast monopolies? Odd. He missed wealth redistribution via socialism enlarging the consumer base so a monopoly could make tidier profits. His greed falters.

To clarify, a government that would be in the form of a commonwealth is not the same as one under Marxist socialism that is supporting Communist doctrines. Shipping goods into another country without duties hinders a common man in running a business. Likewise, foreigners shouldn't be allowed to setup business. Anyone with property or a business should have the nationality of the country.

Yes. Bastiat. Not too bright. His greed was not perfected to the point of what the Zionists' engineered. Is it any wonder the guy is revered by "Classic Liberals". The same sorts that were supportive of the authoritarian Federalist Party before Thomas Jefferson had dismantled it... such effort ruined by "Reconstruction".
Trump: First Couple Months
It is believed the actions of the current governmental system was covered in the parts above. Moreover, it has also been covered the past couple of years what is transpiring in this Blog by me. Simply: Funny Business to fool The Deceived.

If you listen to what Joe Biden – an admitted Zionist – had related in his farewell speech you will realize there is no sight of the status quo backing off. It will be business as usual. The Red Faction will rule into this new millennium. I have been advising people for the past 25 years, it will be under a totalitarian based one party system... by the consent of the governed. That consent will consist of being ruled under Civil Law... with a touch of Dictatorship, which has already been seen. My question: Will the dictatorship be Totalitarian or Benevolent ?

It is reminded that Marx said peace on earth will come when earth was Socialized. Trump has acknowledged it is– and he is a champion for peace. But what do I know. I have only been watching it for 30 years.

Control By Feudal Lords
In historical past, the Sovereign – the King – gave elite baron types the ability to control the lands. In the system as it exists today, the Sovereign – the de facto United States and its States – gave the private corporations the ability to control the land—Both its natural and human resources. There is no end in sight of this coming to any suitable resolution. It will readily turn into Dictatorships. Congress allowed this to happen and continues to allow it by the consent of "The Public".

As I have related in the past, all statutory construction found in Title 42 of the United States Code deals with World Communism. Of course, the United States Code was engineered to build that economic system. Time will tell where this is all going. But what is seen thus far really fits into the Global Economy. This critic has a notion that things are where THEY want it. The time is now to fine tune it.

By the way, each state in the Union is considered a country. But the Communist Faction does not want you to know that. It is really bad for corporate business.

Right. Get used to it. You and your country will own nothing and be happy. The chaos we have had and witnessing is taking out the weak to allow domination of a few—The New. This will come after the normalization sequence is complete.

Serving Two Masters

Prologue
Previously in my Blog, we looked deeper into the nature of the Luciferian Bunch. Yes, a fun reference to true evil. The primary minions of this group have always been referred to as the Synagogue of Satan, but there has also been a Shadow Government working in tandem with them. The Post content clarified how these AntiChrist Agents of the world function together under—The Pharaonic Cult.
The Post herein is an overview on weighty content of select entries in my Blog. It further clarifies operations. As laid out in my book titled–The Red Amendment, America has been advised that a Totalitarian Party was coming under the rule of a Dictatorship to fulfill World Communism. Also established, the United States enjoys the most stealthy induction of Communism since its execution in 1848.

It is fact, the Zionists who control the world economy avow– 'You will follow their system of the New Age or be poor and irrelevant.'  Finishing touches are amping up now. Of course, this is unconscionable. This is succinctly gone over herein. It is utterly unbelievable the amount of people who are falling for this in America: a private Company Store as funded by its Human Resources and Consumers.

It is my feeling the Republicans will morph into that totalitarian party– that I refer to as the Red Super Party. What will be forced on/by it is highlighted in this Post. That aside, those who Rule do follow the Rule of Law. In that, the fundamental rule of a republican form of government is there for those who choose to be free. As to this rule, Governments are instituted by the consent of the governed.

Simple Lesson On Consent
Let's go over the 14th Amendment loop... or trap, if you will.
It's not called RECONSTRUCTION for nothing, you know.

The Dred Scott case created an exigency for 'Civil Rights'  for all FOREIGNERS, meaning: all the nonAnglos. Sadly, the Anglos fell for the new system by taking the DOLES under the 14th Amendment citizenship, which includes voting. Such noted rights are federal based and are merged with the corporate personhood.

The Destruction of Anglos
Contrary to popular belief or understanding, Genocide is not always the mass death of a race of people. It can also be the intentional destruction of a nation:

In simple terms, it centers around the interruption or manipulation of a gene pool of a society, which causes the society a diminished capacity of existence.

Multiculturalism is a true act of genocide. The "Reconstruction" of the American Union set out to do that. The "dual citizenship" was implemented to achieve the destruction. Dual citizenship is a political technique that was established by the Synagogue of Satan (SoS) to dilute a nation's strength. It centralizes control and essentially eliminates borders thus destroying the sovereignty of a country.
Israel – fake Israel – uses dual citizenship as a device to meddle in the politics of other countries. Jews have an allegiance to Israel over whatever country they live in and subversively control. It should be unlawful, but it is not because...

Control For Profits
Would you like to understand what inflation is? Look no further for the answers. Believe it or not, the Synagogue of Satan are the culprits behind this economic theft. THEY control the money system of our Union. America – and the rest of the world – are under a befuddled influence of their evil spell. These people are imposters. Christians are the biggest protectors of these posers, i.e., deceivers.

Deuteronomy was slated for the Israelites, not the so-called Jews:

One has to look through Deuteronomy to see how out-of-line most Jews are to see the fraud. It is so tragic the bulk of so-called Christians fell for it... And still are. Simply put, Those who practice Judaism are not of an Israelite stature.

The message of Deuteronomy 15:6 was that of being prudent and not being careless, thus just means would ensue. It was not a directive to cause chaos, cheat, and steal from those not of your "tribe". Those who practice Judaism lead Gentiles (Goyim) to sin via their infiltration. The Word against this is very simply related, "Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil."  A good Biblical directive. It would be prudent for Americans to work towards removing this evil.

These destroyers of peoples wandered around the world for ~3000 years. In all that time THEY did not have land until Fake Israel was installed in 1948.
