After watching the Truth Movement for 30 years the Conclusion is Elementary...

It is very hard to compete against evil when people elect to Walk with Satan.

A rule of engagement of the adversary :

A lot of people think they are smarter than they are. Therein lies the problem. Yes. Ignorance and hypocrisy go together nicely for those who Walk with Satan.

Right. It is very hard to compete against this major dilemma. In line with this, I have said repeatedly... It must be disheartening to be told what to think...video

The Facts Are Simple

Most people take things at face value. That is why we are in the mess we are in. For example, a lot of people believe that all Political Action Committees are legitimate. The problem is, they are part and parcel of a "reconstructed" system of government : they are not lawful or constitutional.  We – PAC – indeed are.

At a deeper look at our problem, people repeat things they see and hear. There is very little interest in truth. Moreover, most people believe what they want to believe. A very dangerous mode of operation. But such people have a problem with their ego or feel safe practicing such things which fail to be in the realm of being prudent. These factors are why this movement is a pathetic mess. We the souls of discernment understand Social Media is of design to boost the chaos.

In view of the problems, last year I advised people that they were going in too many directions. Here is a brief statement of what I had communicated:

Thomas Jefferson once said... "Ridicule is the only weapon which can be used against unintelligible propositions."  The tragic actions of Lawful Americans and their don't care attitude is unintelligible. We are At War. It is Time for Ridicule.

The Masses Love A Good Con

You see, the problem we face is not all that difficult. The Communists declared war on the world back in 1848. Simply put, it was an economic war. The United States reconstructed the governmental system to adhere to it. So you are either for it or against it. Being involved in politics says you are for it. To understand this better, these are the simple rules for full approval : Voting - Doles - Silence.

Let us take a look at what the Communist Manifesto – a manifesto being a war declaration in international law – had laid out. It should clear-up some things in regard to why America has been a chaotic mess for over a hundred years:

"There are, besides, eternal truths, such as Freedom, Justice, etc., that are
common to all states of society. But Communism abolishes eternal truths, it
abolishes all religion, and all morality, instead of constituting them on a new
basis; it therefore acts in contradiction to all past historical experience."

Perhaps now you can see why a lot of people accept falsehoods and nonsense. Right. Thousands of years of reality is out the door. Because Satan says so.

The "Radical Republicans" were the culprits that created the mayhem for this to take place. Is it a surprise the party is "Red"?  Both Communism and Socialism are depicted by the color Red. So is debt, evil, and other forms of corruption. Of course, the Luciferian Bunch are the ones behind it... the Shadow Government, if you will. The Synagogue of Satan surely had its part in the cabal of chaos.

But yet, today we are to believe that the "Democrats" are the bad party. No doubt it appears that way, but this was setup. Just infiltrate the party and create an agenda to have an end to justify the means. Prest-O Change-O. An evil foe to champion against and take-down. A technique of the Synagogue of Satan.

I have been warning there was a one party system on the way for 25 years... which I refer to it being the Red Super Party. It surely is coming along nicely. The Luciferian Bunch might call it the Great Red Party. Everything they achieve under the Great Seal of the United States is great. The Great Depression was. Gold was slated to be confiscated through the Dictatorship qualities caused by the 14th Amendment. Gold that was 20 dollars an ounce when it stabilized the American currency. Gold that is now going for around 3000 dollars an ounce.

Wow!  Isn't that just Great... There is no doubt THEY think it is.

Of course we see an overthrow of social conditions as in the Woke PsyOp. But this is just an operation to cover up the damage that Communism has done the past 150 years. There was a slow manipulation – Fabian Socialism – since the 1860's to destroy the Anglo society. A depravity done with Hegelian Dialectics.

Messing with the lawful society through different methods was a major tool to create a Marxist or Communist association. However, the mastery of labor was a major requirement of Communism. Here it is in their prominent declaration:

"The Communists disdain to conceal their views and aims. They openly
declare that their ends can be attained only by the forcible overthrow of all
existing social conditions. Let the ruling classes tremble at a communist
revolution. The proletarians have nothing to lose but their chains. They

The so-called "Civil War" achieved the "forcible overthrow of the existing social conditions" to get the system put in place. Of course freeing the slaves was the narrative to hide that fact. Right. Reconstruction is a Great–fraudulent–Con-job. Now Lawful Americans exist in a neo-Hellenistic living Hell due to ignorance.

Know Your Red Rulers

For years I have watched those debate being under the Dunning-Kruger Effect on what condition a government is: Is it Socialist or Communist? They are not the same. Socialism is a specific construct on how a "nation" is governed, e.g., its civil system. Communism is government having ultimate control of commerce and the way it is handled. Those who support Marxism should understand this.

In the United States of America – as THEY call it – the 14th Amendment of the Constitution rewrote how things operated. Both Socialism and Communism are run by other amendments and laws the Rump Congress imposes. The former Red condition – being Socialism – is accomplished with civil law implemented by a faux state created under the 14th Amendment: a political subdivision of the United States. Commerce of such states – being the Communist application of the faux system – is controlled by the Rump Rulers... as the whole system is.

An important device of Communism was to empower corporations through the function of "The State". This allows them to ride herd over the population and create their own monopolized systems using the "Rulers" as their dupe tools to absorb their operating expenses via the State. Any check and balance would be nonexistent, including due process. Their power would grow exponentially. Total control ensues and the rich own everything... with the masses owning nothing.

Without any doubt, the [u]nited States of America has seen the most successful installation of Communism. Its success is attributed to the Luciferian Bunch.

Seriously. One must know law. If he doesn't he will remain a slave.

Victims Of Evil Minds

PAC has always been about taking baby-steps backing out of this predicament. As it is now, the Red Faction is handling things haphazardly. Not to mention it attempting to cover-up the damage done by design over the past 150 years. It should be understood, their "Reset" will not be all that "Great"... for the masses, anyway. Their Gold might be taken again through the Dictatorship... Gold that these mental midgets paid an exorbitant fee for with debt laden Babble Bucks. The simple fact is, you cannot eat Gold. But you can trade it for something that has inflated worth due to inflation caused by the unconstitutional money.

Those who are deceived have no problem profiting from damage done by "Their Reconstruction". Because to serve the greed of an evil few was its true purpose. The Marxists keep doing what they do. Staying divided with their hundreds of ideas of what may be wrong and clueless on how to fix it. They resist assisting the People's Awareness Coalition in advancing The Ring  project. For 150 years now, Operatives and Opportunists have kept the blind masses in the Red Vortex sucking them in deeper. Competing against the blind leading the blind is hard.

Yes. It is "Their Reconstruction"  and you own it too per: Voting - Doles - Silence. In other words, it is also a cherished affection of those who Walk with Satan : a de facto body politic that operates under a legal entity – dead person – status via a coercive "Insurgent Democracy": Not peoples living in true freedom. In the Biblical sense, God is not a respector of such persons as entities of man.

A Matter of Trust

Introduction

Those who read the content of this Post should take away one important thing. That being: If you run across anyone who does not acknowledge a Dual System of Law  that is installed in America, He or She Is Not To Be Trusted. Period!

This caveat comes from the standpoint of the maxim of law which relates: "If the foundation fails, all fails."  People are governed by law. The Constitution is the foundational law that governs the secular world in America. Anyone that fails to understand these vital principles is dangerous to your well-being... and others. This especially holds true for those who practice in the legal profession:

Multitudo imperitorum perdit curiam.

A multitude of ignorant practitioners destroys a court.

Creating A Red Faction

Americans cry, " The Constitution ! " ...but are clueless it had been Communized.

I really enjoy saying it that way. Right. In the 1860's, the American governmental system went unconstitutional, or de facto... meaning the opposite of de jure, or of "proper right". To accommodate this situation of "Reconstruction", Congress went Rump. Such condition "of fact" or de facto state is defined as follows:

rump, noun. 1. The upper rounded part of the hindquarters of a quadruped mammal. BUTTOCKS. 2. A small or inferior remnant or offshoot. —Merriam-Webster

Correct. Millions of ignorant buttocks have been voting for an inferior offshoot of what Congress once was. Voters keep seating and replenishing – what I refer to as – the "National Legislature" of their "Communist Association". In reality, the United States is the government of the state-republics. But for these rebellious sorts it is a civil government : they are ITS citizens, or more aptly ITS denizens.

Detecting Communists

If we take a look at the Preamble of the Constitution, we will see that "We The People" created a constitution for the united states. In those words there are two language factors: First) "the people" are considered "the rulers"; and, Second) the syntax infers "united" is an adjective. These are two important foundational principles where people mutilate a lot of matters. Of course, some grammarians will say that "United States" may relate a noun phrase, and in this case it may. It is known the term "United States" is of a purposeful deception. The failure of not knowing grammar and associated factors is a fatal mistake... especially when it comes to constitutional law. As far as "the people" issue goes, most people fail to understand what noun "the" is referring to, and it's not peasants. In this case, just who are these men "the people"... Agents for who? Thinking "the people" are the bodies politic is a huge fatal flaw. Again, certain factors must be known.

A common thread in "Communism" is the centralization factor. The fact is, Karl Marx used centralization principles in the Communist Manifesto of 1848. The 14th Amendment of 1868 brought "the citizens" of the "several States" into the jurisdiction of the United States as a centralized body politic. The operations of the amendment killed the citizens of the republic-states and they were replaced with faux citizens of the United States. Add to this the Communist Manifesto's destruction of countries and nationalities directive, Prest-O Change-O: you have a bunch of Communists ready to be controlled by totalitarian based civil law.

Simply put: Those who believe they are "We The People" are the noted ignorant buttocks that consent to be slaves under this Red System, i.e., Communists.

Technically There Are Two Constitutions: One FOR  And OF The  United States.

The Bifurcated Constitution

It is important to realize these alternate "Rulers" of the "States" are of the United States, and not of the "sovereign" republic-states. Yes. They are imposters; and the Red Rulers like to refer to America as a country and nation... internally. One should contemplate the President provides to us a "State of the Union" address, not a "State of the Nation" address. But alas, now it is a nation of Communists.

To get to the point of becoming One Nation Under Fraud a change had to be made. We see the government that was the property of the "several States" get hijacked and seemingly become its own entity: sovereign over its creators. But there are two main references that illustrate how there are two constitutional systems present at once. Both have a couple different references that we may be directed to. Both of these amendments are considered to be Reconstruction Amendments: One) The 13th Amendment; and, Two) The 14th Amendment. The language found in the two references illustrates there are two systems...

It is seen in the former as, the Constitution is "FOR" the United States, the latter as, the Constitution is "OF" the United States. This "language flip" illustrates an inversion of where sovereign power emits. The other system references may be found within the principles of "Due Process" of the real or proper constitutional system and the faux "due process" under the 14th Amendment and its "legal system". Both systems hold separate and different privileges and immunities.

The language of the 13th Amendment relates: subject to THEIR jurisdiction. The 14th Amendment infers: subject to ITS jurisdiction. The "State" in Section 1 of the 14th Amendment IS NOT a republic-state, but rather a "State" that was created by the "United States". Lawful citizens of the republic-states are dead, and so are their "states". The new state governments are of the "United States". Hence, the Section 1 "persons" reside in the "States" are of the United States and within ITS jurisdiction. Such "persons" are afforded "rights" by the "faux state rulers". Such rulers listed in Section 2 of the 14th Amendment. You know, the ones ignorant buttocks vote for in rebellion against the Constitution proper.

In addition, the use of "their" and "its" possessors clears-up any confusion about the power directive being of the "united states" or the "United States". The main question is: Whom or What owns the Federal Government and the Constitution and where does the document (compact) derive its power. Surely not itself.

Say. Perhaps the Constitution is owned by some shady characters– a Shadow Government. Well, that would never happen. Americans are too smart for that. I do say that in jest. They fall for most anything the Shadow Government pulls. In a prime example: Believing the "Deep State" is real... not a Setup-PsyOp based on Hegelian Dialectics to be exposed and taken down. Yep. An ultimate display of gullibility sucking them deeper into the Red Vortex via the Red Super Party.

One thing is for certain, the entity that is referred to as the "United States" is now sovereign over the so-called "several States"... that are sovereign nations. In legal sense, the term "several States" and "several Nations" mean the same thing. They are lawful entities "represented in Congress" under the Constitution proper. Such "countries" occupied – meaning literally occupied – by denizens of a faux national government. Again, these "denizens" – aptly criminals – are the ignorant buttocks voting in rebellion under operations of a Red Amendment.

Let the "Justices" deal with that conflict of law and genocide of these Nations caused by the United States' uni-nationality prescribed by Communism.

The Communist State

Now to go over the conditions or the state of how these manipulations work in their deception. Here, perhaps it is best to let Karl Marx – front man-author of Communism – explain how his blueprint developed in 1848 operates:

"There are, besides, eternal truths, such as Freedom, Justice, etc., that are common to all states of society. But Communism abolishes eternal truths, it abolishes all religion, and all morality, instead of constituting them on a new basis; it therefore acts in contradiction to all past historical experience."  —Karl Marx: Synagogue of Satan member

Besides this instant discussion, that drivel should clear-up a lot of things for you.

Okay, please realize the term "state" is ambiguous. Ultimately it means status or condition. In a sample usage, state can mean: a government of a country, union, people, etc., or be a specific jurisdiction, e.g., What is your state?  California. its status: a possession of the United States. What is your country?  California. its status: a republic. Currently, it depends on one's status or nationality to allow a matter of law to pertain; moreover, how the State (government) of California is to handle it. As explained, the "Denizens of D.C." are residing in a "State" of the United States, being a rogue political jurisdiction. The lawful citizens who live in a republic-state jurisdiction – like the country of California  the Communists  have hijacked – are the lawful land owners–sovereigns. In regard to how these "two type persons" are handled, refer to due process and privileges and immunities.

So, when you see the term "state" used in law, understand that you may have to plug one or more things into it to pin it down or clarify its usage. After all, you might hate your government but may not want to hate your nation. And in regard to the condition of your current governmental system of the Union: all Planks of the Communist Manifesto and much of its dogma has been applied. You can hate that. Oh, let me add this neat thought regarding this Satanic wizardry:

"The illegal we do immediately. The unconstitutional takes a little longer."

Five Parts Of Red Doom

Now do you see how this dual system works?  The language the denizens are trained to use – or their ignorance of law – causes them to hang themselves. This being in addition to their actions and inactions of : Voting - Doles - Silence.

There are 5 Sections to the 14th Amendment. Oddly, the law industry is taught what Section 1 is all about. The other 4 sections are a mystery and go ignored. Those higher-up on the pyramid of the "Great Seal" of the "United States" have been illuminated. They and their minions know about these controlling factors. These creatures pass down usable secrets through their secret societies. No. I lack the luxury of that privy education. My knowledge is that of a higher power.

Section 1 of the 14th Amendment creates the United States citizens (denizens) and the de facto faux States. And Section 2 decides how these legal entities of the United States are represented based on their participation in rebellion.

Section 3 of the 14th Amendment relates to us a dual jurisdiction. I see it being the "Two Hat Principle". In precept, this section of the amendment is a savings clause that allows the "Rump Rulers" to play both sides of the proverbial fence. This section allows them to participate in this "insurgent system" and enforces them to uphold the "Constitution" in its fullness. It saves them from treason and allows them to treat "rebel citizens" as being enemies of The Republic. The ruler condition embraces the "Judiciary"; this duality situation allows jerking people around with jurisdictional issues, standing, etc. It also allows for selective and special prosecutions. Indeed, it all makes gobs of "money" for the law industry. It really depends on you and your actions that determines what hat government wears. Sadly, about 99 percent of the time the Commie Hat will be in fashion.

And about Gobs of Money, Section 4 of the amendment... Forget about it. And Section 5 allows Red Legislative Force by The Rumps on the Masses of Asses who wear rose colored glasses waiting for God to fix a dilemma they created.

I remind you, this governmental system is to Serve and Rule evil people.

A Concerning Summary

A query: Who did "We The People" create the Constitution for– Was it for the several States, and did this "More Perfect Union" fine-tune a private enterprise?

Anyway, thanks, Mr. Lincoln and Company. Overriding the Constitution proper takes artful red political newspeak to subdue the credulous Denizens. On March 4th, President Trump did a stellar job soothing souls of the Red Body Politic... It is truly comical they think they live in a Republic, not under this "Democracy".

This Is What Happens

Americans cry, " The Constitution ! " ...but are clueless it had been Communized.

This treasonous usurpation is a wicked play with many actors involved. A cast of players Karl Marx and the richest elite would be proud of... and no doubt are. A new amendment has allowed them to nicely line their financial portfolios with profits over the past 150 years. The "Rulers" of Marx have too greatly benefited.

Accordingly, those of the law industry – and the masses who wear rose colored glasses – have been directed to cherish Section 1 of the "game changing" 14th Amendment. Sadly, they ignore the damage carried out by its other sections.

Found in the text of Section 4 of the amendment we see "the public debt shall not be questioned."  The Rump Congress of YOUR "national government"  you consent to is allowed to spend as much money as it wants. The "debt ceiling" is unlimited. Right. The "Full Faith and Credit of the United States" clause found in the Constitution proper took on a new meaning. American souls are "gold". That is to say, they are Human Resources and Consumer profit machines. They are the new "red" check and balance (sic) of the Federal Reserve's perpetual debt.

This diabolical amendment of 1868 was used to create a dual system of law and destroy the Lawful Citizens who had their rights held under the Law of Nations. I covered the debt issues in this Blog in the past. Please review these Posts :

I have warned people over the years how this works and what was coming in my book— The Red Amendment... But people opted to kick the can down the road. Enjoying Marxist Materialism is more important than perpetual slavery.

In other words, as long as America is enjoying Communism,

IN CONCLUSION:
The Congress needs its "Credit Card" taken away. It’s evidently clear that these brainless criminals do not understand that Money does not Grow on Trees. And, it is apparent that they have no idea Who They Are or What They Are Doing. And as a matter of law, anyone that supports these people under this current system is party to the criminal activity:

Although that is from the 2016 Edition, the content is found in the 2000 Edition. Keep in mind, those two notations are a small portion of these two sections.

Results of Pushing Back

Resistance Is Futile

Those in the Red Vortex will remain in the Red Vortex. Like I have related for some time, Americans will enjoy bondage as long as they enjoy Communism. I have been warning about the dangers of this Red Game for 25 years and what needed to be accomplished. I address the issues in a Caveat to America I made some time ago. Like most of what I have laid out, it has gone ignored :

That being noted, there is one major factor people are overlooking. Those who have gotten wealthy the past 150 years have achieved it by appropriating the labors off Americans through this Communist Based System. A system that is fundamentally unconstitutional and under force of Communist doctrines. Such labors have been used not only to line the pockets of the richest of the elite, but also to industrialize other countries through World Communism. Victims should question if this criminal transfer of wealth has been lawful and truly transferred.

Fact is, until recently nothing has been addressed in order to fix the problem of the central bank that Karl Marx told us is instrumental to Communism. The debt ceiling will continue upwards under Section 4 of the 14th Amendment. A perfect mechanism used to enslave America with debt while the rich get much richer. It is my position that political lip service will be given, but nothing will change. For some time I have related, until Lawful Americans own their countries – and thus their "states" – and create a federal government, bondage and pain sustains.

The PsyOp Circus of Red that we are plagued with is a collection of minions working conjointly as the Luciferian Bunch : adversaries of Our Creator, God.

Introduction

Peeling back the political plunder will expose why things are a mess. Yes. It has all been planned. Like I have been relating, all accomplished by your consent.

So far this year I have submitted matters in a manner to be easily understood. Those who have not taken advantage of it will remain in the Red Vortex being maintained by the Woke-Awake PsyOp Circus. This presentation is meant for The Commoners. The ones who pay little or no attention to what I have disclosed for the past 25 years. Those who are involved in multi-national corporations – which includes the larger corporations that are internal to the [U]nited States of America – will not appreciate this information getting out to the masses. It is effectively how the rich have gotten richer and how you will "Own Nothing and Be Happy" in perpetuity. Peeling back layers of the Red Onion we will see how the Communist Association effectively operates.

Establishing Political Usurpation

Americans cry, " The Constitution ! " ...but are clueless it has been Communized.

This treasonous usurpation is a wicked play with many actors involved. A cast of players Karl Marx and the richest elite would be proud of... and no doubt are. Accordingly, those of the law industry – and the masses who wear rose colored glasses – have been directed to cherish Section 1 of the game changing 14th Amendment. Sadly, they ignore the damage carried out by its other sections.

This diabolical amendment of 1868 was used to create a dual system of law and destroy the Lawful Citizens who had their rights held under the Law of Nations. Below we have the original text found in Section 2 of the amendment. It contains a good amount of tomfoolery. Sadly, most people see it as a word salad. This word salad creates a new, alternative representation in a Rump Congress by a forced "State"  which in effect creates a "national government"  for criminals:

Original Text - 14th Amendment, Section 2
Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed.

But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice-President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.

That is the original version. It has been modernized over the last 150 years. In a section below – Voting Particulars Considered – I briefly go over these add ons. But now for edification, below is the parsed language of the original text:

PARSED LANGUAGE OF SECTION 2
Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed.

But when the right to vote is denied to any inhabitants of such State, being citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such citizens shall bear to the whole number of citizens in such State.

Reducing Lawful Citizens To Rubble

Oddly, a silly narrative exists that this language applies to the Confederates of the Civil War. It is said to disallow the "rebels" from participating in the de facto government. Seriously? They are all dead. Constitutional matters are perpetual.

Such nonsense aside, the first sentence relates all "persons" are included in the representation equation. It precludes the members of the Indian tribes as they are not party to the Constitution. Moreover, a "several State" is now a "State" of the United States created under Article IV, Section 3, of the Constitution. It is an overlay or jurisdiction accommodating the insurgents listed in the section. Also note "The People" listed are "State" related, none are of the United States. This conversion of "State" based "actors" is where the Constitution is bifurcated. Also, this "State" is the place most every American lives... And such people think they live in The Republic. That is pretty funny. This formula built into the Constitution is a legal trick to sustain original constitutional principles under the usurpation.

Now on to the task of "reducing" that person number per the second sentence:

reduce, verb. 1. To bring down, as in extent, amount, or degree; diminish. 2. To bring to a humbler, weaker, difficult, or forced state or condition; especially: To gain control of; subject or conquer; To subject to destruction; To bring to a specified undesirable state, as of weakness or helplessness; To lower in rank or grade. —source

Amazing. That covers what is going on here without missing much of anything.

Okay, there are two types of citizens in each State: 1) Such citizens; 2) The whole number of citizens. So, where did the "de jure state citizens" go?  Are they now citizens of the United States? Perhaps. Section 1 relates all "persons" that are either "born or naturalized" are "citizens of the United States". But also note, lawful citizens were not forced to leave America after the Civil War. That said, the phrase "such citizens shall bear" would be the enfranchised "citizens of the United States" – i.e., new citizens with dual citizenship created by Section 1 – as related by the syntax of the sentence. The "whole number of citizens" would be referencing the disenfranchised republic-state citizens. This language is simply an operation of law that makes certain those voting (or rebelling) are the ones empowering the "State" while lawful citizens remain civilly dead-inoperable. And, it is the Constitution. Every state citizen is included here, not just the Southern citizens. Right. Another dig at idiots claiming this pertains to Confederates.

The parsed language 'underlined' above is relevant but may be looked at as also providing suggestions as to why voting "may be" abridged or denied. There are law elements attached to the language 'underlined' nonetheless. A primary issue in the formula is how the reduction of representation is calculated. In other words, the list to deny or abridge the right to vote is not cut and dry. There may be more than one reason that determines how and why reduction is achieved.

Reduction may include other things, such as one invoking Republican Freedom. Seriously. Who wants to be in association with criminals. It is better to recede. In regard, to be a proper "person" in the proportional count is dependent on how The Census is directed... a whole other problem requiring targeted litigation.

Voting Particulars Considered

Once again, the primary reason to deny a "person" or "inhabitant" to vote is: Such person not being a "citizen of the United States". That is a given. A no brainer. Furthermore, when the amendment was instituted one could not vote unless he was a male and 21 years old. And also, could or should a criminal be denied the right to vote? Perhaps. It was/is a practice to curtail voting rights of a criminal. Would it cancel their being represented? No. Such a person has an abridgement of citizenship rights, but remains a "subject". This abridgement is even seen within the language. Strangely attached to that language is another parameter: One cannot vote unless he participates in rebellion, which is a crime as related within the language: "or other crime". It may suffice as disclosure. A caveat emptor, of sorts. A warning to would-be enemies of republican freedom.

Although these "representation parameters" are somewhat consistent, the other amendments that altered the "voting formula" were the 15th and 19th. They do not establish the right to vote; however, they affirmed that the right could not be denied. Also we see the 26th Amendment expanding voter base. And legislation was passed for the Indian tribes to be brought into the rebellious sheepfold of multicultural socialism. All done to expand consent and build what I refer to as the "Communist Association". All these wonderful, "progressive" alterations are executed under Section 5 of the amendment. In any case, dualities exist in this alternative governmental system. The "other crime" language is just one example of its dual recognition. Also, it is a secret weapon utilized to disavow a "rebel subject" true constitutional protections. You know, giving aid and comfort to the enemy. The "rulers" being prohibited: see Section 3. Those who take an oath have to uphold constitutional principles while not giving aid and comfort to the enemy. Another secret legal trick. Moreover, the herein noted rebellion factors fashions participants to be witting slaves.

Seriously...  You Wonder  What's Wrong? Actually You  Consent To It.

Terminated Citizens Verified

So you comprehend things better, De jure means rightful, and De facto means of fact. We will now observe and illustrate that Lawful Americans had their lawful state governments usurped along with their lawful citizenship – per the Law of Nations – destroyed to accommodate the World Communism cabal. Below is an admission by the "United States" that the "lawful states"  have been destroyed:

"A stateless person is someone who, under national laws, does not enjoy citizenship – the legal bond between a government and an individual – in any country. While some people are de jure, or legally stateless persons (meaning they are not recognized as citizens under the laws of any state), many people are de facto [emphasis], or effectively stateless persons (meaning they are not recognized as citizens by any state even if they have a claim to citizenship under the laws of one or more states)."

Right. We stole your state government from you. How are you liking ours?  Yes. A stealthy disclosure by the "United States" admitting its 'dirty deeds'. It solidifies secret directives found in Plank 4 of the Communist Manifesto. The principles in regard: allows to take property of those who emigrate and rebel to serve debts of the government. Rest assured, its legal adoption will be used by the courts in the upcoming financial disaster. The "rebels" won't even know what hit them. I have advised how property is "legally" taken without constitutional due process. Of course, being executed on THINGS known as denizens of the United States. We can also see them with the status the Rump Congress titles them to conform to the World Communism cabal : citizens and nationals of the United States.

NOTICE: That disclosure by the Department of State was removed by the 2025 Trump Administration. I have been evidencing that notice for some time with an explanation. Understand the Red Faction does not appreciate ITS exposure. It was commendable the Biden Administration evidenced that plunder though.

Bad Actors Maintain The Overthrow

Again, a plethora of incompetent "experts" advise that 'rebellion reference' is denying those who participated in the Civil War as being denied the right to vote, but it doesn't say that. The parsed language relates the right to vote is denied EXCEPT FOR PARTICIPATION IN REBELLION. Yes. And it is a crime. Turning the political power of your state-republic government over to the United States is in fact deemed treason. So thinking adversely, to vote one must be involved in rebellion created by the operations of law of the amendment; wherefore, such person sustaining "de facto representation" for any and all persons or citizens. Those who remain silent politically hold the same status and representation.

In calculation: Why would voting be denied? What reason or parameters are there? There could be more than one. But the main reason is one not being a Section 1 "citizen of the United States" –i.e., a de facto citizen. Thus, the primary purpose of reduction is : to swap political power. It fills the nefarious outcome desired: By physical and mental force, these rebellious "new citizens" bear down on the "old citizens" and carry the weight of representation for "all persons". A crafted reduction of "persons" for representation by the Red Faction. A motley mixture of Red Criminals as directed by the Communist Manifesto of 1848.

Something to ponder : How can one be represented if he cannot duly elect?
Being of the "Democracy" in lieu of being in The Republic has its issues:

A Treasonous Conclusion

This is simply a formula to enslave individuals by their consent. Because the 14th Amendment was installed by military force in flagrant violation of Article V, the criminal acts of treason had to be passed on to the population in order to clear the "Reconstruction Rulers" of wrong doing. Emancipation of the "slaves" was used as a cover-up. This force is prescribed by the Communist Manifesto. You see, the Communist faction needed to destroy freedom, even by death.

As we see, Lawful Americans go from being persons, to inhabitants, to having their citizenship highjacked. Plunder is defined as : to steal goods from (a place or person), typically using force and in a time of war or civil disorder.  How neat!  The Communist Manifesto is a declaration of war. Imagine that. Vattel related in his Law of Nations discourse that an "inhabitant" is a "citizen" found in a foreign country. A 'resident' and an 'inhabitant' are considered as synonymous. It is no wonder Americans are referred to as "Residents". They have been lifted off the land and are foreigners in their own countries... just articles of commerce : legal entities within a "State" of the United States, not men of their republic-states.

If representation was proper, the ones represented would be "citizens" – that is a citizen of that republic-state – not "persons". But this would not allow for the agenda of World Communism to be fulfilled. No doubt a device of conspiracy.

In addition, it is important to understand in these political operations of rebellion there are two forms of rebels: Lawful Americans and Foreigners... the latter being any "person" who was not Anglo. This was the law of the Union governing citizenship prior to this so-called "Emergency" established by Congress.
