Time To Defund Congress

Preface
Well, we are off to a wonderful start in 2026. The "Department of War" under 1868 "Reconstruction" has carried out something really "Great". That is correct. Everything the cabal does is "great". Yes, we have just witnessed a successful extraction of a "Communist Dictator" from the country of Venezuela. But oddly enough, the masses still remain divided. Seriously. Who would have thought?

Of course this Great Event was planned. A lot that we experience is done under principles of the Hegelian Dialectic : By design a problem is created— People are affected and want it fixed— Those in control offer a solution. The ole 'the ends justify the means' trick. Or more aptly: The Means justifies the End Game.

Right. The masses are clueless and have fallen for workings of the cabal of the Zionists. A multi-faceted plan that has been in the works for many centuries. There are those who know its details, and those who are useful idiots. The fact is, all involved are – at minimum – in sedition to their countries. This Jurist has been advising people about the particulars for over 25 years now, but their Rebellion and Immorality persists. This Talking to A Wall is certainly getting old.

Due to open fraud and intended ignorance, those who are receiving funds from government fail to understand they are supporting Marxist Based Socialism. This cabal is referred to as World Communism. Although its birth is of a foreign nature, its impetus stems from a private enterprise called the United States.

The simple fact of the matter is, most people who believe they are awake are not truly aware. Again, the Woke-Awake program is a total PsyOp. Not teaching us law is key for those in control. It has allowed them to get away with what has been orchestrated. This Blog has gone over the particulars for well over 2 years now. My other works in law have been there to consume for over 25 years.

Elon Musk tells us "this coming year is going to be amazing". The question is: For whom? This is the only thing one has to know— it speaks volumes...
That was a member of the Rothschild clan giving congratulations to President Trump on the Venezuela extraction. It is assured it will aid in their domination. Understand our existence has been meddled with in other ways in the past. In that, Americans cry: " The Constitution ! " ...but are clueless it was Communized by Bifurcating the Supreme Law under "Reconstruction". The three amendments of the noted reconstruction laid the groundwork. This gave order to redistribute the wealth of Americans... but not the way Karl Marx related to help the poor.

This treasonous usurpation is a wicked play with many actors involved. A cast of players that Marx and the richest elite would be proud of... and no doubt are. One amendment – the infamous 14th Amendment – has allowed them to nicely line their financial portfolios with profits over the past 150 years. Of course by unconstitutional means. De facto "Rulers" of Marx have too greatly benefited. Of course those like Musk – who intends to Chip People and provide a Marxist Universal Income – tell us things are going to be 'amazing' this coming year.

Let us take a look at the makeup of who these players are...
ZIONIST means, a person (traitor) that adheres to Zionism, a faction assembled in the late 1800s by the Synagogue of Satan (SoS). Its purpose was to allow non-SoS members to politically assist in moving the Globalist Agenda forward. The term "Synagogue of Satan" is referenced in the Bible and refers to Jews (e.g., today, Israelis) who are not in relation to Biblical Israelites. In simple terms, Satan is the adversary of our Creator. Evil people serve and live by the entity.

What we are experiencing is a final resting place for One World Order that has been in the works for over 2000 years. One could say the Red political choice under this current insurgent political system is considered a lesser of two evils. Whatever the outcome is, still there will be much inflicted damage to repair. But understand this, the Zionists are protecting the cash cow, America– their Zion. Those who profit off the fruit from this poisonous tree and have gotten rich will continue to protect it. They care less Americans are trillions of dollars in debt. Moreover, the corporations of these elite are taking us into a neo-feudalism that will be formed by their godless existence given birth by the State. Their created artificial intelligence will dominate the landscape destroying the Godly man.

The most important question is: Will there be true peace under our Creator, or totalitarian peace of the Red State and its deceptive Marxist Socialism?

The Dead Citizens
People of America know themselves to be citizens but fail to understand what kind. They are not the type formulated under the Law of Nations. A Summary

Americans cry, " The Constitution ! " ...but are clueless it had been Communized. This happened with the Bifurcation of the Constitution via "Reconstruction". The three amendments of the noted reconstruction laid the groundwork in order to redistribute the wealth of Americans... but not the way Karl Marx had related.

This treasonous usurpation is a wicked play with many actors involved. A cast of players that Marx and the richest elite would be proud of... and no doubt are. One amendment has allowed them to nicely line their financial portfolios with profits over the past 150 years. The "Rulers" of Marx have too greatly benefited.

Accordingly, those of the law industry – and the masses who wear rose colored glasses – have been directed to cherish Section 1 of the "game changing" 14th Amendment. Sadly, they ignore the damage carried out by its other sections.
In the last Blog Post – At War With The World – we went over how Americans have painted themselves into a corner. This has been done through the force of so-called "Democracy" which directly applies to the Consent of The Governed.

In view of all such things, the thousands Thoreau noted is actually millions and millions. People's Awareness Coalition – PAC – is the only group that explores and offers an Ultimate Remedy achieving Constitutional or Republican Freedom. All others have the deceived masses partaking in a RED Dog and Pony Show.

The sovereign in the New Age is now The Rulers politically positioned into existence by the Consent of The Governed: all done through the complexity of contract. THE COMMUNIST ASSOCIATION
As this Jurist has related for years, under the Constitution several sovereign countries exist. However what is in place is a Communist Establishment. I have related this in my book – The Red Amendment – and also throughout this Blog. Each republic-state (country) was stripped of creating its own common law.

Title 8 of the United States Code – per Sections 1101 (a)(37) and (40) – tells us that "World Communism" is a revolutionary political movement that supports a totalitarian party under dictatorship. Right. Established by the 14th Amendment.

For those who are Of The World that remain within this Red Vortex, this system must stay in place so the Rulers of Evil may control their actions. This includes taxing them accordingly for the costs of World Communism they enjoy.

This system under the 14th Amendment operates with a "gray area" which has fooled the rebellious participants for over 150 years under Reconstruction. This gray area game will soon be diminished: One must be either In or Out.Those who decide to remain in the system – as being under the Communist Association – will not be able to enjoy Republican Freedom. This means they will be liable for the National Debt and subject to all forms of the Civil Law.

The tragic truth of the matter is, this Jurist – being the Zombie Whisperer – has warned true, Lawful Americans for over 25 years of their adverse Red Status.

Little do people understand that the Constitution proper has been overlaid with an alternative system of (administrative) law. This system serves the "rebels" in these quiet wars. Luciferian Liberty has replaced Freedom under our Creator. It is a fact that the lawful bodies politic were replaced with the Denizens of D.C.

The Anglos, like all others who claim to be "Americans", are rebelling against the law that is held under the Law of Nations. Sadly, they are dead Legal Entities. In other words: people are creations of The State, not of God, the Creator.

This so-called "Emergency" isn't lawful or constitutional.

Although the Anglos have a choice, they choose to play in Satan's Sandbox:To add, the rebellion is tied to Plank 4 of the Communist Manifesto... Wherein the plank relates : The confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels. Yes, these criminals rebelling against the Constitution proper are merely things. Things that do not have title to property, only commercial based possession.

This "Democracy" simply exists under a chaotic mess. It is fueled by the passion of the socialist mind that in turn enriches greedy sorts of the world. All players create an enemy territory. It cannot be stressed enough how Justice Black of the Supreme Court voiced their criminal posture as being Enemies of The Republic:
"The chief enemies of republican freedom are mental sloth, conformity, bigotry, superstition, credulity, monopoly in the market of ideas, and utter benighted ignorance."
That being established: We must weed-out the "Red Players" in this quiet war. Accordingly, those assisting people with their legal problems may be giving aid and comfort to Enemies of The Republic. Working with PAC provides immunity.

At War With The World

Introduction
Lawful Americans have Shrugged The Republic for over 150 years.
The above quote is from my Post titled—Rule of Law Shrugged, of the date May 27, 2024. Of course, PAC stands for People's Awareness Coalition. Truth is: If you are not working with us, you are undoubtedly Walking with the AntiChrist.

The efforts of this Jurist has covered what is in store for the American Union. There are many deceived souls who believe things are changing for the better; however, they are sadly mistaken. Agreed. The de facto governmental system is seeing adjustments, but constitutional government will not be returning as many believe. What we will undergo is Luciferian Rule readily morphing into Christian Nationalism as a means to control the masses with ancient Biblical principles:
universalism, n. 1) Christian theology. the belief that all humankind will eventually be saved: "Christian universalism would insist that Christ's atonement did atone for everyone's sins". 2) loyalty to and concern for others without regard to national or other allegiances: "a tendency towards universalism and inclusion". —source
Simply Put: Mental Slothfulness and a Bleeding Heart begets slavery. In other words, those basking in their ignorance and greed do not see race, color, or creed. This formula will continue to produce immense profits off a deceived lot.

Such attitude makes people foreigners and enemies of their own countries. As expressed in the work of this Jurist, it has been going on for over 150 years. A proper American is at war with those rebelling against the Constitution proper:

This Blog has voiced to readers that there are two types of Marxists in America:
1) Those who embrace the idea; and, 2) Those not aware that they are.
Sadly, Americans witlessly practice a vile, Luciferian religion: Judaism. Back in 1935, the most famous Rabbi in America – Rabbi Stephen Wise – a friend of President Roosevelt - FDR, boasted: "Some call it Marxism, I call it Judaism."

In case you missed it, that utterance was basically telling America who controls things and how. The Luciferian Bunch will now meld the Abrahamic religions. All will be subject to Noahide laws and the New Testament will become obsolete. Those buying into universalism through a false nationalism will seal their fate.

Those playing in Satan's Sandbox are waiting for the AntiChrist to appear in the flesh... which also brings about the Third Temple of the Luciferian Jews. False Christians – connected to being Judeo-Christians – have fallen for this evil and are supporting their chaos. It is all part of this Government of Reconstruction. A system that was installed to set the foundation to hold Americans in slavery.

The main Biblical application here is– Be in the world, and not of it. As a matter of secular law it could be said thusly– Be in The Republic, and not of The State. Souls of Satan – those who choose man over The Creator – embrace the latter. Once again, a Caveat was issued to America, but again it was largely ignored:

An Empire of The AntiChrist
There is Government and there is Communism. If private individuals are getting funds from government – or basically doing business with government – the latter is present. In America, all Planks and much Dogma of the Communist Manifesto of 1848 is found in governance: courtesy of the "Reconstruction" of the governmental system via the so-called "Civil War" of the eighteen hundreds.

Communism has two main components: 1) societal manipulation; and, 2) the control of production. The latter is the main goal. It puts the labor of a nation in the hands of "The State" so a select few can profit off "human resources". The Ruling Class is bought-off  to make it happen. The United States application has used the former in several ways the past 150 years to achieve the secondary.

That noted, what is called the "Deep State" is actually those who violate the Constitution, as written. Such actors may be used as scapegoats to cover-up the Communist cabal. The cabalists who are in "secret control" are the "Shadow Government". As we are witnessing, this consists of those who put Israel first, not Americans. Ultimately, such types have primary allegiance to the Jews and their created "United States"... not the Constitution proper or its principles.

The politics of this system of the AntiChrist have immersed participants into criminal adjudication per international law making them party to the judgment...
Rebelling Americans Are Party To Criminal Activities 
As many people know, those of "Fake Israel" have dual citizenship, i.e., they have allegiance to their "Tribe". That so these vagabonds – those without land and who are not a nation – can infiltrate a peoples' politics and manipulate them. As this Jurist has been relating, THEY  "own" the reconstructed "United States".

A people – a nation – has the right of self-determination. Luciferians devised a thing called "dual citizenship" to assist in usurping countries and nationalities... it being a directive that is found in the Communist Manifesto of 1848. A dual citizenship is part and parcel of Reconstruction's 14th Amendment of 1868. This allowed natural law to be violated and fulfilled the greed factor of a select few.

Right. Self-determination is impossible with meddling Jews scattered about.

Emergency is Insurgency
In international law, a manifesto is deemed a declaration of war. The Communist Manifesto was a declaration of war on the world. It was a quiet war that setup particulars to take over the economies of all countries of the Globe. To achieve this, the "citizens" of a nation had to rebel against their sitting governments.

Right, this Jurist has related for the past 25 years, it is a crime to vote. Congress referred to this quiet war as an "emergency", however it is actually a Communist Insurgency. Oh yes. Congress knew what was going on with this effort to install World Communism into the framework of American governance. Accordingly, we see Section 2 of the 14th Amendment stealthily relates and does formulate:
  • the right to vote is denied... except for participation in rebellion
Turning the political power of your republic-state government over to the "United States" is in fact treason. As well, the Lawful Citizens are in rebellion against the Constitution proper. The Rump Rulers are insurgents. They have a free pass as they must uphold the Constitution in its entirety. It is quite the evil game. Imagine if everyone knew about this formula to destroy true constitutional principles. And please do not fret. No one will get prosecuted for treason... "they" hope. It is a joke Luciferians laugh about when mocking those ruled by this Commie Cabal.

And, there is no doubt the forcible overthrow of all existing social conditions was attained with the so-called "Civil War". However, most Communist Dogma was slowly implemented over the ensuing 100 years. Fraudulent narratives and legal shenanigans completed this Communist overthrow. It went undetected, as was planned. As I have said, the [U]nited States of America has the most successful application of Communism in this short history. The 93rd Congress noted the constitutional change in 1973. It embraced the foundation by mentioning the emergency rule caused by the war to support dealings of the Roosevelt reign.

In the slow burn, in the supreme court case of Eisner vs. Macomber (252 U.S. 189 in 1920), the justices ruled the income tax of the 16th Amendment could only apply to profits of corporations. This was fixed under the reign of Franklin D. Roosevelt. He offered Social Security under his New Deal... that I aptly call the Screw Deal. Congress then changed the definition of "income" to mean any gain someone makes in their private dealings. A wonderful dole to steal more than just the labor of Americans. Thank FDR for a great quid pro quo deal. By the way, income tax is found in the Communist Manifesto, Plank 2. Neat, right?

You might say progress is unconstitutional, but not for the Marxist. He consents. Right. Americans are clueless as to what has transpired. They blindly participate without thought. The Luciferian Cult has them harnessed with their antics...

When Thomas Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence back in the seventeen hundreds, one of its complaints was that the people of the American colonies were having their substance eaten out. We find nothing has changed.

The Internet tells us the phrase "eat out their substance" refers to the burden of taxation that was imposed by the British government on the American colonists, which was seen as a means of draining their resources and undermining their economic stability.  So honestly, what has changed in this New World Order?

The new boss is the same as the old boss.  As FDR told us, "In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way." The common method used is Hegelian Dialectics : Problem - Reaction - Solution.  In an example, the Woke-Awake Circus is planned opposition. A total PsyOp. The Shadow Government sets up chaos. Then "Good Luciferians" come in and fix it.

One has to understand that Zionism is not central to Fake Israel. That is what the Luciferians want you to believe. Like referenced in my writings, its plague will exist even if that entity is dismantled. America is the true Zion of THEY.

We now go back to that dirty word, Universalism. In Marxist language it is called, Collectivism. A main tenet of the Communist Manifesto is to destroy the social structure of a country. Of course done by force, e.g., the Civil War. Another tenet of Communism is the redistribution of wealth. There is no need to go over that issue in detail, as this Jurist believes most readers will see it in this content.

That being set forth by The United Nations.

In continuation of looking at the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, in the Post titled—For The Love of Marx, it had been shown in Article 22 of the declaration that all people have a 'right' to Social Security. Herein above, it was related how Social Security was the tool to steal the fruits of the private citizen through legal trickery. Right. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is a document that expands and protects World Communism: for Redistribution of wealth. All to control the masses as Human Resources to make the rich, richer.

Remember, Greed does not see Race, Color, or Creed. Perhaps now you know why aliens have to "be legal". Right. To be taxed under World Communism.

All this madness is going on while "rich individuals" like Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, and countless others have more money than any one simple American could imagine. Such American who owes over one hundred thousand dollars for the "public debt"... times 340 million "citizen/taxpayers". Moreover, Congress is still handing out "money" to foreign countries like it grows on trees. Speaking of trees, all this so-called "wealth" and "money" was gained from The Fruit of a Poisonous Tree. It was procured by outright fraud. As a matter of law, it does not exist. But yet, Americans believe it does, thus will do nothing about it.

Let me clarify that: there are tons of rich bastards due to an unconstitutional money system, but nonetheless you and your posterity will forever be indebted. Right. That was not whispered. This is criminal and treason, but nobody cares.

It is a fact that in the syllabus of the book which is titled – The Red Amendment, this Jurist related, 'Congress needed its credit card taken away.'  Here we are over 25 years later and Congress just passed a "Big Beautiful Bill"  that will be raising the debt ceiling to over 40 Trillion Dollars in the next 10 years. How Red. Seriously. What is wrong with this picture?  This Jurist keeps going over it. Right. The "Consent of The Governed" is that of being dumb as a box of rocks.

As had been related within this Post above, Communism is an act of war. Sadly, America is the main vehicle to impose and sustain it. Again, this Jurist has advised for years: America has the most robust application of it in its 150 plus year history. United States' citizens are its slave engine fueling the operation based on 14th Amendment dictates. They do not and will not ever own property.

Yes. The United States of America – as established by the Luciferians and their antichrist system – represents a commercial plantation. It is said that all property is that of "The State". It is the "policy" of this de facto government. As stated, people do not live in The Republic. What they "think" they own is illusionary. The fact is, slaves can't own property. Only free people can who aren't in rebellion.

It is fact the creators of the Constitution prescribed a military position that was of a defensive nature over that of an empire. This can be seen in the Federalist Papers which carried through to the Constitution. The support of an army was to be based on a two year appropriation of funding per Article I of the Constitution. That is, there is no standing army. However, we see a permanent military. To make sure World Communism is enforced requires such a military. One taking about half of the United States' fiscal budget... billions of dollars yearly.

This Blog has gone over the quiet war in the Post titled—Political War Games. Also the Post titled—Political Lip Service. Of course, you need – Operatives and Oafs – to maintain the system that has Communized the American Union.

In the Post that is titled – Political Lip Service – it was evidenced that the Trump Administration said: "We believe that the job of the United States military is not to wage endless regime change wars around the globe—the job of the United States military is to defend America from attack and invasion here at home."

Well, time goes by then we see this in Trump's Executive Order 14347...
    ...[which] "aims to restore the United States Department of War, emphasizing a shift from the current Department of Defense to a focus on military readiness and strength." And further, "The Founders chose this name to signal our strength and resolve to the world. The name "Department of War", more than the current "Department of Defense", ensures peace through strength, as it demonstrates our ability and willingness to fight and win wars on behalf of our Nation at a moment's notice, not just to defend. This name sharpens the Department's focus on our own national interest and our adversaries' focus on our willingness and availability to wage war to secure what is ours." —Net
Right. Now we're talking. Nothing like being brazenly honest about the United States being in empire mode... as it has since the time of George Washington. It is reminded the reconstruction of this governmental system takes a bit of force to maintain... which can be evidenced in the reconstruction amendments per an enforcement clause. And lest we forget, "Reconstruction" is an emergency:

Honestly, the only way to fix this mess of the AntiChrist is to Defund Congress. Per Biblical prophecy, the meek are said to inherit the earth, not the "Chosen Ones"  who chose themselves. Recon of Reconstruction

Currit tempus contra desides et sui juris contemptores.
Time runs against the slothful and those who neglect their rights.
Preface
In the last Post dated October 6th being titled – What Could Go Wrong?, a few things were impressed. Mainly, CHAOS had been established by the Synagogue of Satan to fulfill the Communist-Capitalist Conjob with so-called "Democracy". A system created by Washington D.C. overpowering the The Republic's creators.

To further expand on that chaos, in Federalist Number 10, James Madison said:
"...It may be concluded that a pure democracy, by which I mean a society,
consisting of a small number of citizens, who assemble and administer
the government in person, can admit of no cure for the mischiefs of
faction. A common passion or interest will, in almost every case,
be felt by a majority of the whole..." —James Madison, 1787
Like Madison discussed in Federalist Number 14, all people of America were brought into a "small spot" as legal entities to vote as a mob unit. Reconstruction and its 14th Amendment and progressive acts had achieved it; thus destroying state's rights and the political will of the republic-states. The "common passion of interest" in this "Democracy" of D.C. is "Socialism", which destroyed the whole.

This was the formula for slavery Karl Marx concocted to steal The Republic from those who were of the Lawful Bodies Politic under the Constitution proper. A key element to fulfill World Communism to gain world control for an elite few. It was a perfect strategy to destroy rightful republican principles by the AntiChrist.

As this Jurist has been advising Americans for the past 25 years, a rebellion is caused by the Consent of The Governed : a perfect tool to enslave the masses. A small number of citizens has turned into a programmed lot who adores their Marxism. All as accomplished by the Reconstruction of Government in 1868.

It has been said that the created cannot be greater than the creator. The United States was created FOR the states and IT turned around and took them over in violation of Article V of the Constitution. This usurpation is said to be done under an Emergency. In political reality, it is a Communist Insurgency. As this Jurist has been advising people of the past 25 years, a "secret formula" was created to put the criminal activity off onto those who are participating in this rebellious political system. Right. "The Rulers" get a free pass for their criminal behavior.

From what I have witnessed during this 25 years, the masses insist on listening to Operatives and Opportunists and a host of Dancing Monkeys. They choose to ignore this travesty as to kick the can down the road and continue on with The Red Slavery. Right. A Republican Form of Government is of no interest to them.
Sorting Out The Rebels
IT'S NOT MY GOVERNMENT.  IT'S NOT MY REBELLION.
The main purpose of this Post is to do a reconnaissance on how this usurpation actually works. Reconnaissance – in short, Recon – is defined as the following:
  • re·con·nais·sance, noun. a preliminary survey to gain information especially : an exploratory military survey of enemy territory. —source
First off, this Jurist had done a survey of this travesty 25 years ago and reported its results in the book titled—The Red Amendment. Of course the enemy took counter measures by establishing a plethora of distractions and division tactics. This was achieved through various means which I have gone over for years. As related herein above, the masses rather listen to Operatives and Opportunists.

Simply, what transpired is the Representative Democracy developed into a "faux national government" via mobocracy brought under the legislation of Congress. Right. This "Democracy" is not what is called a "pure democracy" as described by Madison in the Federalist Papers, but the politics do create a chaotic mess. It is fueled by the passion of the socialist mind in order to enrich the greedy sorts. All players are surely in enemy territory. Again, in the 1960's Justice Black of the Supreme Court related the criminal activity as enemies of republican freedom :
"The chief enemies of republican freedom are mental sloth, conformity, bigotry, superstition, credulity, monopoly in the market of ideas, and utter benighted ignorance."
That being established: We must sort out the "Red Players" in this quiet war. Accordingly, understand Congress is full of Traitors and Foreigners, as are the de facto States. We know these types as putting "Israel First" over the [U]nited States of America and its people. Of course it goes much deeper. This system has caused a genocide of the True Americans as planned by the AntiChrist.

TO REBEL OR NOT TO REBEL
Exactly. That is the question. The bulk of "Americans" rather rebel. In my Blog Post titled – Flanked by Criminals – I went over the two types of rebels. I might also add, the rebellion is tied to Plank 4 of the Communist Manifesto... Wherein the plank relates : The confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels. Yes, these criminals rebelling against the Constitution proper are merely things. Things that do not have title to property, only commercial based possession.

Little do people understand that the Constitution proper has been overlaid with an alternative system of (administrative) law. This system serves the "rebels" in these quiet wars. Luciferian Liberty has replaced Freedom under our Creator. It is a fact that the lawful bodies politic were replaced with the Denizens of D.C.
The Godless Lot
To create this Modern Gomorrah the rules of natural law had to be overcome. This was accomplished by destroying the Lawful Bodies Politic. In this, there are two sets of rebels: 1) Lawful Americans; and, 2) Foreigners. The former are In Treason against their lawful state government; and the latter are Bearers. The former is pretty much self-explanatory; the latter being someone that unlawfully oppresses others. This was gone over in-depth in a white paper titled—Historical Error. It went over Section 2 of Reconstruction's 14th "Red" Amendment to the Constitution. It was also covered in the Blog Post that is aptly titled...This defines the two criminal types who create this Red Political System under Reconstruction. A truly evil measure to make the rich, richer. The saddest part is those who believe there is a Great Awakening happening: There is not. There is just more of the same tactics to keep the world enslaved in the New Age. In America, the transition took place the first hundred years of Reconstruction into the 1960's : the time period the Luciferian Bunch took full control of the system. Accordingly, this brings us back in reference to The Evils of the Godless... The nature of – Voting - Doles - Silence – must be understood. America has been warned for years. Understand, it is known to be the Consent of The Governed.

One must choose to be a Free Man or Woman or remain a Dead Red Entity.

The States portrayed in Section 1 of the 14th Amendment are in fact not the several states : they are political jurisdictions of the "United States". The fact is, Communists occupy the countries of the Union. A direct cause of the elimination of countries and nationalities as prescribed by the Communist Manifesto. Along with this caused lawful citizenship under the Law of Nations to be invalidated.

The original Recon of the territory of the United States of America by this Jurist was done over 25 years ago. Little to nothing has been done to remove those in rebellion caused by Reconstruction.
