Anchored Genocide

By now it should be apparent to everyone that people are being moved around like livestock.
Preface
In My Post last month – The Reason You Exist – was brought forward. A little known fact was examined: Americans are looked at as commodities. A form of capital; property, in sense. To put it in the most simple terms: Slaves.

In further examination, during this term in office, President Donald Trump issued Executive Order 14160 challenging the so-called "Anchor Baby" issue. This oddity goes way deeper than most even know... let alone even understand. Its principles are found in the Communist Manifesto of 1848. It is observed as the abolishment of borders by using this language of Marx: “The Communists are further reproached with desiring to abolish countries and nationality.”

Again, this Jurist has advised Americans for the past 25 years, a rebellion is caused by the Consent of The Governed : a perfect tool to enslave the masses. A large number of 'citizens' has turned into a programmed lot who adores their Marxism. All as accomplished by the Reconstruction of Government in 1868.

Creating Dead Citizens
The elite get rich off this perversion known as Communism. It is a device of theft to steal property of a nation. Like this Jurist has related: Greed does not see Race, Color, or Creed. However, today Congress is Rump... and now the Lawful Citizens are dead.

Such death is not a true death, but a civil and political death. Lawful Americans were disenfranchised. Such persons are now looked at as dead legal entities created by government: natural persons. They were brought down to the status of corporations, being artificial persons: simply creatures of "The State". Such persons' natural rights are stripped under God held by the Law of Nations.

Accordingly, "The Great Awakening" is just another farce... just a clever cover up. Although some issues may be being addressed the severe damage remains. The Synagogue of Satan is behind creating the 'legal phenomenon' that has taken place. Americans are clueless and remain Sods in Satan's Sandbox.

The Anchor Baby Lie
Of course, the abolishment of borders is something achieved by the trickery of law. There are many degrees in which this was accomplished. My work has brought many devices forward; but unfortunately it has gone totally ignored.

Like this Jurist has related many times in the past: if a judge is a fan of Karl Marx, a case involving these Red matters will definitely go the Commie way. The factors of the infamous Anchor Baby issue was discussed in the dissenting opinion of Wong Kim Ark... along with Chief Justice Fuller and Justice Harlan concurring— see 169 U.S. 649, 42 L Ed 890, 18 S. Ct. 456 (1898). This case goes over the citizenship of foreigners born in the United States. Chief Justice Fuller – in his infinite wisdom – had further posed this question in his dissenting opinion in regard to the 14th Amendment and its established vagueness:
“Was it intended by this amendment to tear up parental relations by the roots?” Such comment was in relation to citizenship being determined by birth of land, which is of feudal origin (jus soli), over parents citizenship (jus sanguinis). The right of parent’s citizenship is revered as proper under the law of nations set forth by Vattel. Accordingly, Americans are now being granted citizenship of their state of birth (aside the 14th Amendment) over their parents native citizenship. Justice Fuller further stated: “…the views of the publicists had been thus put by Vattel: “The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. The society is supposed to desire this, in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation; and it is presumed, as matter of course, that each citizen, on entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it. The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent.” ”.
In due course, see America’s social deterioration under this secular government under the 14th Amendment. In applying the words of the justices of the court, this system under the amendment is fundamentally feudal— that of vassals.

I wrote a paper on this years back. It centers on the arguments that Moronic Attorneys and the Red Faction put forward. A lot of people call what the courts practice judicial activism. It is all part and parcel of the cover-up of what has transpired. The paper does not go into the obvious where the Rump Congress has taken care of that obsolete case law that such Commies use to back up the folly. Such law found in Title 8 of the United States Code (Section 1401).By the way, this Jurist is the only one who relates that the several states are countries. A Shadow State
A secretive controlling entity is referred to as a Shadow Government. As many Americans are realizing, our politicians are under foreign control of Zionists.

The likes of Zionist Israel has always been embedded in America via the United States government. It has been declared that “America is the Zion” of those in power. The "Radical Republicans" had warned us that the problems would be internal over 150 years ago. Of course this was the so-called "Deep State" that has been blamed for all recent problems. In this regard, the multitude of Jews are not Gentiles, i.e., thus are not of the nations. Simply, these wandering, countryless vagabonds are Jews, thus in strict sense have no nationalities. Fake Israel is a “territory” that holds a tribe or collection of elitists claiming to be 'exempt' from the Law of Nations, i.e., Jus Gentium. Under such system of law a nation-state would be a country or nation by its consent; while a state-nation is a fabrication of “inhabitants” under rule. Such people being under so-called “Zionism”, there is actually a combination of those two conditions of governmental status or “States”. Some being overlays of kingdom systems.

Human Resources For Profit
The birth of The United States of America fundamentally happened on July 4th, 1776. Oddly, just shortly after the forming of the Illuminati of the Old World. Yes. This was the birth of the "State" and the thing known as the Human Resource. In essence, an enterprise of the Old World having its situs in the New World.

 The biggest flaw of Lawful Americans is that they fall for the makeup of planned opposition via the Good Zionist–Bad Zionist operation. This is where things are planned to create an acceptance of change. Many know this deceitful method as the Hegelian Dialectic– Problem - Reaction - Solution. It works very well.

The Democrats were infiltrated with programmed dissident types over the past 50 years. This was implemented just to take them down. Of course the WOKE nonsense was part and parcel of it. The terms totalitarian dictatorship” and “totalitarianism” mean and refer to [civil law] systems of government not representative in fact [in fact, is actually representing corporations], characterized by:
A) The existence of a single political party, organized on a dictatorial basis, with so close an identity between such party and its policies and the governmental policies of the country in which it exists, that the party [cabal] and government constitute an indistinguishable unit, and
B) The forcible suppression of opposition to such party.
• Title 8 USC § 1101(a)(40). Definitions.
The term “world communism” means a revolutionary movement, the purpose of which is to establish eventually a Communist totalitarian dictatorship in any or all countries of the world through the medium of an internationally coordinated Communist political movement.
That is the "End Game" as found in the United States Code. Of course, those who are in political power will tell you that it is there to caution the public about its existence. But anyone with any amount of intelligence can see what above defined is happening. And people wonder what all the Executive Orders are about which seem to by-pass the separation of powers. That aside, 'The Rulers' are covered by Article I of the Constitution proper. Their nationality had to be solid to represent their "state-nations" in Congress. So, the way the Constitution reads, if a man would represent a 'state' as a Senator or a Representative he was not an inhabitant, but was deemed a citizen of that state. However, grasp that Congress is Rump... and now Lawful Citizens are dead. The citizens that are created by Reconstruction and its 14th Amendment are deemed legal entities like a government created corporation is, i.e., not Godly.

The 14th Amendment of the Constitution creates the Commie criminals. Section 1 of the amendment forms the Commie entities, which are legally referred to as denizen persons. Section 2 of the amendment provides for their representation in Congress, and also delineates their rebellion. Both those sections illustrate their Red existence in a "state" or "jurisdiction" noted in the above introduction.

There are two sets of persons in rebellion : 1) Anglos (Whites) who have Lawful Standing to occupy The Republic; and, 2) The masses of Foreigners who have occupied America since the so-called Civil War and its "Reconstruction" took affect. The former are in treason against their lawful state governments. The latter are oppressors who bear the criminal activity of rebellion on those who are lawful. You decide which criminals are worse. Both are rebels based on voting as engineered "citizens and nationals of the United States" per Section 1 of the 14th Amendment. The citizens not voting are in bed with criminals, so to speak.

Fair Elections
The Insurgency under the 14th Amendment deserves fair elections for those in Rebellion against the Constitution proper. As we can now see, there are strides being made to make sure de facto citizens have just and fair elections. Their representatives must be chosen legally under the Constitution, as written. That is, under the formula that is held under the infamous 14th Amendment.

Perhaps now you know why all the chaos is going on. Misdirection.
The herein exposed cabal is the true Insurrection-Rebellion.
Conflicts of Law
The 14th Amendment created an alternate constitutional system. Its Section 3 mandates that the rulers must uphold full principles of the Constitution – pre and post the 'amendment'. It also establishes there is to be "no comfort" to those in rebellion – i.e., enemies – against the original or proper system. The enemies would be Foreigners and Anglos taking advantage of the "socialism" offered by the Marxist based governmental system... being most of them at this juncture.

A truly detrimental blow engineered on the disenfranchised citizens – the Dead Citizens. It has caused several conflicts inflicting orchestrated bondage. Yes, the insurgent "Rulers" under the RED amendment must abide by both systems, but it causes a lot of confusion, as planned. It has allowed for progressive planning and takeover to go undetected. Some sorts blame things on judicial activism. No doubt it is surely present. It depends on how much the court likes Karl Marx.

Accordingly, having these two systems in place at the same time causes many conflicts. Not only are there the normal conflicts as caused by the Constitution proper, but now the 14th Amendment issues come into play. This issue is not known to many people. Law schools do not even expound on it. Does it really have to be explained why? Well, you can imagine how much the government and the law industry profits off this secret... not to mention the elite. The ones that Karl Marx did not have a problem with. Time To Defund Congress

Preface
Well, we are off to a wonderful start in 2026. The "Department of War" under 1868 "Reconstruction" has carried out something really "Great". That is correct. Everything the cabal does is "great". Yes, we have just witnessed a successful extraction of a "Communist Dictator" from the country of Venezuela. But oddly enough, the masses still remain divided. Seriously. Who would have thought?

Of course this Great Event was planned. A lot that we experience is done under principles of the Hegelian Dialectic : By design a problem is created— People are affected and want it fixed— Those in control offer a solution. The ole 'the ends justify the means' trick. Or more aptly: The Means justifies the End Game.

Right. The masses are clueless and have fallen for workings of the cabal of the Zionists. A multi-faceted plan that has been in the works for many centuries. There are those who know its details, and those who are useful idiots. The fact is, all involved are – at minimum – in sedition to their countries. This Jurist has been advising people about the particulars for over 25 years now, but their Rebellion and Immorality persists. This Talking to A Wall is certainly getting old.

Due to open fraud and intended ignorance, those who are receiving funds from government fail to understand they are supporting Marxist Based Socialism. This cabal is referred to as World Communism. Although its birth is of a foreign nature, its impetus stems from a private enterprise called the United States.

The simple fact of the matter is, most people who believe they are awake are not truly aware. Again, the Woke-Awake program is a total PsyOp. Not teaching us law is key for those in control. It has allowed them to get away with what has been orchestrated. This Blog has gone over the particulars for well over 2 years now. The three amendments of the noted reconstruction laid the groundwork. This gave order to redistribute the wealth of Americans... but not the way Karl Marx related to help the poor.

This treasonous usurpation is a wicked play with many actors involved. A cast of players that Marx and the richest elite would be proud of... and no doubt are. One amendment – the infamous 14th Amendment – has allowed them to nicely line their financial portfolios with profits over the past 150 years. Of course by unconstitutional means. De facto "Rulers" of Marx have too greatly benefited. Of course those like Musk – who intends to Chip People and provide a Marxist Universal Income – tell us things are going to be 'amazing' this coming year.
