Peeling back the political plunder will expose why things are a mess. Yes. It has all been planned. Like I have been relating, all accomplished by your consent.

This presentation is meant for The Commoners. The ones who pay little or no attention to what I have disclosed for the past 25 years. Those who are involved in multi-national corporations – which includes the larger corporations that are internal to the [U]nited States of America – will not appreciate this information getting out to the masses. It is effectively how the rich have gotten richer and how you will "Own Nothing and Be Happy" in perpetuity. Peeling back layers of the Red Onion we will see how the Communist Association effectively operates.

Establishing Political Usurpation

Americans cry, " The Constitution ! " ...but are clueless it has been Communized.

This treasonous usurpation is a wicked play with many actors involved. A cast of players Karl Marx and the richest elite would be proud of... and no doubt are. Accordingly, those of the law industry – and the masses who wear rose colored glasses – have been directed to cherish Section 1 of the game changing 14th Amendment. Sadly, they ignore the damage carried out by its other sections.

This diabolical amendment of 1868 was used to create a dual system of law and destroy the Lawful Citizens who had their rights held under the Law of Nations. Below we have the original text found in Section 2 of the amendment. It contains a good amount of tomfoolery. Sadly, most people see it as a word salad. This word salad creates a new, alternative representation in a Rump Congress by a forced "State"  which in effect creates a "national government"  for criminals...

Original Text - 14th Amendment, Section 2
Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed.

But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice-President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.

That is the original version. It has been modernized over the last 150 years. In a section below – Voting Particulars Considered – I briefly go over these add ons. But now for edification, below is the parsed language of the original text...

PARSED LANGUAGE OF SECTION 2
Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed.

But when the right to vote is denied to any inhabitants of such State, being citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such citizens shall bear to the whole number of citizens in such State.

Reducing Lawful Citizens To Rubble

Oddly, a silly narrative exists that this language applies to the Confederates of the Civil War. It is said to disallow the "rebels" from participating in the de facto government. Seriously? They are all dead. Constitutional matters are perpetual.

Such nonsense aside, the first sentence relates all "persons" are included in the representation equation. It precludes the members of the Indian tribes as they are not party to the Constitution. Moreover, a "several State" is now a "State" of the United States created under Article IV, Section 3, of the Constitution. It is an overlay or jurisdiction accommodating the insurgents listed in the section. Also note "The People" listed are "State" related, none are of the United States. This conversion of "State" based "actors" is where the Constitution is bifurcated. Also, this "State" is the place most every American lives... And such people think they live in The Republic. That is pretty funny. This formula built into the Constitution is a legal trick to sustain original constitutional principles under the usurpation.

Now on to the task of "reducing" that person number per the second sentence:

reduce, verb. 1. To bring down, as in extent, amount, or degree; diminish. 2. To bring to a humbler, weaker, difficult, or forced state or condition; especially: To gain control of; subject or conquer; To subject to destruction; To bring to a specified undesirable state, as of weakness or helplessness; To lower in rank or grade. —source

Amazing. That covers what is going on here without missing much of anything.

Okay, there are two types of citizens in each State: 1) Such citizens; 2) The whole number of citizens. So, where did the "de jure state citizens" go?  Are they now citizens of the United States? Perhaps. Section 1 relates all "persons" that are either "born or naturalized" are "citizens of the United States". But also note, lawful citizens were not forced to leave America after the Civil War. That said, the phrase "such citizens shall bear" would be the enfranchised "citizens of the United States" – i.e., new citizens with dual citizenship created by Section 1 – as related by the syntax of the sentence. The "whole number of citizens" would be referencing the disenfranchised republic-state citizens. This language is simply an operation of law that makes certain those voting (or rebelling) are the ones empowering the "State" while lawful citizens remain civilly dead-inoperable. And, it is the Constitution. Every state citizen is included here, not just the Southern citizens. Right. Another dig at idiots claiming this pertains to Confederates.

The parsed language underlined above is relevant but may be looked at as also providing suggestions as to why voting "may be" abridged or denied. There are elements of law attached to the language underlined nonetheless. A primary issue in the formula is how the reduction of representation is calculated. In other words, the list to deny or abridge the right to vote is not cut and dry. There may be more than one reason that determines how and why reduction is achieved.

Reduction may include other things, such as one invoking Republican Freedom. Seriously. Who wants to be in association with criminals. It is better to recede. In regard, to be a proper "person" in the proportional count is dependent on how The Census is directed... a whole other problem requiring targeted litigation.

Voting Particulars Considered

Once again, the primary reason to deny a "person" or "inhabitant" to vote is: Such person not being a "citizen of the United States". That is a given. A no brainer. Furthermore, when the amendment was instituted one could not vote unless he was a male and 21 years old. And also, could or should a criminal be denied the right to vote? Perhaps. It was/is a practice to curtail voting rights of a criminal. Would it cancel their being represented? No. Such a person has an abridgement of citizenship rights, but remains a "subject". This abridgement is even seen within the language. Strangely attached to that language is another parameter: One cannot vote unless he participates in rebellion, which is a crime as related within the language: "or other crime". It may suffice as disclosure. A caveat emptor, of sorts. A warning to would-be enemies of republican freedom.

Although these "representation parameters" are somewhat consistent, the other amendments that altered the "voting formula" were the 15th and 19th. They do not establish the right to vote; however, they affirmed that the right could not be denied. Also we see the 26th Amendment expanding voter base. And legislation was passed for the Indian tribes to be brought into the rebellious sheepfold of multicultural socialism. All done to expand consent and build what I refer to as the "Communist Association". All these wonderful, "progressive" alterations are executed under Section 5 of the amendment. In any case, dualities exist in this alternative governmental system. The "other crime" language is just one example of its dual recognition. Also, it is a secret weapon utilized to disavow a "rebel subject" true constitutional protections. You know, giving aid and comfort to the enemy. The "rulers" being prohibited: see Section 3. Those who take an oath have to uphold constitutional principles while not giving aid and comfort to the enemy. Another secret legal trick. Moreover, the herein noted rebellion factors fashions participants to be witting slaves.

Seriously...  You Wonder  What's Wrong? Actually You  Consent To It.

Terminated Citizens Verified

So you comprehend things better, De jure means rightful, and De facto means of fact. We will now observe and illustrate that Lawful Americans had their lawful state governments usurped along with their lawful citizenship – per the Law of Nations – destroyed to accommodate the World Communism cabal. Below is an admission by the "United States" that the "lawful states"  have been destroyed...

"A stateless person is someone who, under national laws, does not enjoy citizenship – the legal bond between a government and an individual – in any country. While some people are de jure, or legally stateless persons (meaning they are not recognized as citizens under the laws of any state), many people are de facto [emphasis], or effectively stateless persons (meaning they are not recognized as citizens by any state even if they have a claim to citizenship under the laws of one or more states)."

Right. We stole your state government from you. How are you liking ours?  Yes. A stealthy disclosure by the "United States" admitting its 'dirty deeds'. It solidifies secret directives found in Plank 4 of the Communist Manifesto. The principles in regard: allows to take property of those who emigrate and rebel to serve debts of the government. Rest assured, its legal adoption will be used by the courts in the upcoming financial disaster. The "rebels" won't even know what hit them. I have advised how property is "legally" taken without constitutional due process. Of course, being executed on THINGS known as denizens of the United States. We can also see them with the status the Rump Congress titles them to conform to the World Communism cabal : citizens and nationals of the United States.

NOTICE: That disclosure by the Department of State was removed by the 2025 Trump Administration. I have been evidencing that notice for some time with an explanation. Understand the Red Faction does not appreciate ITS exposure. It was commendable the Biden Administration evidenced that plunder though.

Bad Actors Maintain The Overthrow

Again, a plethora of incompetent "experts" advise that 'rebellion reference' is denying those who participated in the Civil War as being denied the right to vote, but it doesn't say that. The parsed language relates the right to vote is denied EXCEPT FOR PARTICIPATION IN REBELLION. Yes. And it is a crime. Turning the political power of your state-republic government over to the United States is in fact deemed treason. So thinking adversely, to vote one must be involved in rebellion created by the operations of law of the amendment; wherefore, such person sustaining "de facto representation" for any and all persons or citizens. Those who remain silent politically hold the same status and representation.

In calculation: Why would voting be denied? What reason or parameters are there? There could be more than one. But the main reason is one not being a Section 1 "citizen of the United States" –i.e., a de facto citizen. Thus, the primary purpose of reduction is : to swap political power. It fills the nefarious outcome desired: By physical and mental force, these rebellious "new citizens" bear down on the "old citizens" and carry the weight of representation for "all persons". A crafted reduction of "persons" for representation by the Red Faction. A motley mixture of red criminals as directed by the Communist Manifesto of 1848.

Something to ponder : How can one be represented if he cannot duly elect?
Being of the "Democracy" in lieu of being in The Republic has its issues...

A Treasonous Conclusion

This is simply a formula to enslave individuals by their consent. Because the 14th Amendment was installed by military force in flagrant violation of Article V, the criminal acts of treason had to be passed on to the population in order to clear the "Reconstruction Rulers" of wrong doing. Emancipation of the "slaves" was used as a cover-up. This force is prescribed by the Communist Manifesto. You see, the Communist faction needed to destroy freedom, even by death.

As we see, Lawful Americans go from being persons, to inhabitants, to having their citizenship highjacked. Plunder is defined as : to steal goods from (a place or person), typically using force and in a time of war or civil disorder.  How neat!  The Communist Manifesto is a declaration of war. Imagine that. Vattel related in his Law of Nations discourse that an "inhabitant" is a "citizen" found in a foreign country. A 'resident' and an 'inhabitant' are considered as synonymous. It is no wonder Americans are referred to as "Residents". They have been lifted off the land and are foreigners in their own countries... just articles of commerce : legal entities within a "State" of the United States, not men of their republic-states.

If representation was proper, the ones represented would be "citizens" – that is a citizen of that republic-state – not "persons". But this would not allow for the agenda of World Communism to be fulfilled. No doubt a device of conspiracy.

In addition, it is important to understand in these political operations of rebellion there are two forms of rebels: Lawful Americans and Foreigners... the latter being any "person" who was not Anglo. This was the law of the Union governing citizenship prior to this so-called "Emergency" established by Congress.

You may be pondering why I concentrate so much on people wasting time.

Only God and you know how many times you have seen me mention to be on the lookout for all those Operatives and Opportunists.

As it appears, people like collecting as much information as possible. It's like they think they're going to win a prize – or something – if they know more than the next guy. Ultimately, information is worthless unless you know what to do with it. So, where is this going?  Does anyone know?  Has anyone got a plan?

What. No Plan?  Then you are basically wasting time. Good job!
And like I have related : A lot of "INFORMATION"  just may be tainted.
Speaking of tainted things, the so-called "Democracy" is still there.

Right. The Red Super Party is in power now. There is no need to do anything on any other level. Right. The future is bright. It sure is rosey red with MAGA... and also Dark MAGA. The Deep State is kaput. And like the music group The Who said... "We won't be fooled again... Meet the new boss, same as the old boss."

Whoops. You were fooled again and the Shadow Government is still there.

The Red  Masses  Choice.

Resistance Is Futile

Those who control the world aren't all that concerned if the masses fall for the chaos THEY create. Furthermore, if those masses aren't organized and do not have a plan adds to the amusement of those running and ruining their lives.

I remind you, those holding status quo offices can not and will not be able to help you. There are clauses in the 14th Amendment that prohibit assisting those in rebellion. So, the games of "Democracy" continue. Play at your own risk.

SIMPLY : One) In law, everything is grounded in consent and contract. That said : Perhaps I stand to be corrected. The Internet has not been a failure. As a matter of fact, it has done a wonderful job entertaining, dividing, confusing, etc., thus greatly aiding The Hierarchy Enslaving You (THEY), and the masses.

Needless to say, Social Media is the crowning art form of a suitable weapon.
Such planned chaos is a primary reason why PAC is for Discerning Souls.

Delusional Junkies

My recent post – Just A Different Day – had discussed how "Bad Zionist" Biden warned about the coming dangers in his farewell speech. It was reminiscent to Eisenhower when he left office warning against the Military Industrial Complex. Like I have related, THEY always warn us. I remember back in the early 1970's Rockefeller said America's purpose would be technology and some agriculture in the New World Order. Of course, agriculture being the Sickle of Communism and Industry being the Hammer. Biden warned about a Technological Hammer.

That happening is more than real. As a matter of fact, Vice President Vance was talking about AI just the other day. Oh how wonderful it is going to be for all Americans, i.e., corporate souls. Yet, Junkies buy into the planned illusion that the Republic is being restored. That illusion is a delusion. It will remain the Commercial Plantation run on Communist doctrines to feed Corporate greed.

The Book of Marx is truly a great benefit to Capitalism... as planned. The COVID scam along with the Woke-Awake nonsense was a cabal to destroy businesses to allow a select few to monopolize production under Communist doctrines. One should understand Capitalism and small business are not considered the same. Capitalism encompasses banking and high profit, multi-national industries. And as a matter of law, domestic corporations in multiple states are international. As well, we won't get into foreign corporations destroying our small businesses.

But Wait There's More...
Now about "DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency)" : A bone thrown to the consenting Masses of Marxists. Limiting spending of insurgent foreigners is a good thing... as I relate, it should of happened 25 years ago. I have explained extensively why it had not... being part of the 'Give 'Em Enough Rope' psyop so the "Reds" can come in and Save the Day. Oh, and a guy is put in charge who happens to be the "richest man in the world"... that got rich off debt and interest Americans still owe. A guy who will be pilfering your "tax money" to "employ foreigners" and to go to Mars... And also this guy said Americans should get free Marxist universal income.  Brilliant!  A nice presidential Red slap in the face.

That said, fact is nothing has been mentioned about fixing the problem of the central bank that Karl Marx told us is instrumental to Communism. NOTHING. The debt ceiling will keep going up under Section 4 of the 14th Amendment. The mechanism used to enslave America with debt while the rich get much richer.

Odd thing is, there is a story in the Bible where the only time Christ got upset is with the money changers. But the Synagogue of Satan is protected in America. These matters seem to easily slip by Information Junkies as their Delusions of Grandeur persist. Perhaps someday they will all realize the Woke-Awake PsyOp Circus was to fool them so Red Business could continue enslaving them.

Ignored Information

As most people know who follow my Blog, I drive home how CONSENT works. Through my study and understanding of law, consent can be narrowed down to these three aspects in regard to constitutional principles and maxims of law:

• Voting. Doles. Silence.

The first aspect – Voting – is elementary: you are hiring agents to act for you. The second aspect – Doles – is taking benefits, such as Social Security, etc. And, the third aspect – Silence – is basically doing nothing. There is a method for Lawful Americans to repent from the Red politics, but they don't. They rather pass information around the Internet. As it appears, they have not figured out those who are in control are "smarter" and more corrupt than one can imagine.

And seriously, don't perceive that protesting as Marxists – what I like to refer to as pissing and moaning – under a 1st Amendment privilege as not being silent. I would reference a proper use of the Rule of Law to rectify the damages. Using such privileges and civil disobedience (or anarchy) is not using intelligence. You saw how it worked out with the January 6th sting operation... It all be BullShit.

Simply, it would be best to "Unify as One" under People's Awareness Coalition that had things figured out, distilled, and a plan established over 20 years ago. I have warned people over the years how this works and what was coming in my book—The Red Amendment... But people rather kick the can down the road.

IN CONCLUSION:
The Congress needs its "Credit Card" taken away. It’s evidently clear that these brainless criminals do not understand that Money does not Grow on Trees. And, it is apparent that they have no idea Who They Are or What They Are Doing. And as a matter of law, anyone that supports these people under this current system is party to the criminal activity:

Although that is from the 2016 Edition, it is content from the 2000 Edition. Also keep in mind, those two notations are only a clip of these two sections. And, it really goes without saying, the majority of "Lawful Citizens" have truly painted themselves into a corner and are caught-up in a Catch-22 situation. Kicking the can down the road was not a prudent measure.  Right.  I said it anyway.

Welcome To The Party Pal

As it appears, de facto types like Jamie Raskin – law professor, attorney, and a politician being a U.S. representative for Maryland's 8th congressional district, hence a bona fide insurgent – may have given up on removing President Trump from office using Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. Like I had discussed in my post–January 6th Sham, Trump did not implement an insurrection by any stretch of the imagination. By construing the "Make America Great Again" utterance to represent going back to pre-Civil War conditions, the only clause the Liberal whack jobs could implement against him therein is– "given aid or comfort to the enemies"... such being Lawful Americans. However, that could not be publicized due to it being a secret, "legal weapon" used against them for being in rebellion against the Constitution proper... as artfully set up by the 14th Amendment.

Of course, this is how they are deemed liable for the public debt of Section 4 of the amendment... amongst many other things that have taken the rights away from Lawful Americans. It is great rebelling against the Constitution proper and remaining a legal entity. That criminal base was secured in the latest election. It fed the slave mechanism so the debt ceiling can continue rising in perpetuity.

You bet. Those beloved Civil Rights are worth your weight in gold. Literally.
Obviously, President Trump would not take that from any Americans.

Illegal Aliens Just Bad

As illustrated in my post – Just A Different Day – chaos currently seen has been planned in advance... way in advance. In Operation Vampire Killer 2000 – Jack McLamb warned us there were going to be race wars in America. As we can obviously see, it appears that is now heating up. And to add, lest we forget these immigration issues were laid out in The Red Amendment... along with other Red problems coming down on the world. This brings us to what Franklin Delano Roosevelt said... "Nothing happens in politics by accident. If it happens you can bet it was planned that way."  Now, "conspiracy theories" appear to be reality.

In a real world, a country – being each "republic-state" in the Union – allows all people free ingress and regress. However, under World Communism there are rules. A primary rule is one being in a country legally, as compared to lawfully. In order to tame the masses for use in Communism – using Socialism to achieve the human resources for best slave output performance, who can be where and when is controlled. Right. It also allows dictatorship elements to be invoked. It is all found in the United States Code... if you know what you are looking for.

Yes, it is a slippery slope. But rebels electing for rebellion under the Communist Manifesto and its Plank 4 allow such control. The desire for neo-Hellenism and maintaining it has its costs. Open border doctrines of Communism – e.g., "the working men have no country" – has its pluses and minuses. Thusly, taxing its rebel base under World Communism is required. Like in, "These immigrants are okay as long as they are "legal" " ...like Commies squawk like red parrots.

Right. It's An Equity Thing.

Forget About Proper Society

For several years after The United States of America was founded, the Anglo immigrants – as being Lawful Americans per naturalization laws – came here to meld with the others. They even shortened their family names to be "American". Sadly, after the so-called "Civil War"  that began to fade. Society was no longer important. Keeping up with "progress" took hold and people went into debt. At this time Congress became treasonous and executed things by force of law. The treason was "constitutionally" attached to those "citizens" by their consent.

The invading "illegal aliens" are here to enhance that orchestrated destruction. These "immigrants" came here for "Marxist Materialism" that has been built on corporate domination. This domination had been achieved by Marxist elements being slowly implemented. The principles of the Communist Manifesto are still in operation under the 14th Amendment. Yes, tweaks are being made; but the bulk of immigrants will join ranks with the others. They all will add to the public debt with other Marxist-socialists in America... being the general population.

Right. A bleeding heart begets slavery. The liberal mind supports its existence, which includes so-called Conservatives. All these types appreciate the progress Communism has achieved the past 150 years along with its damage. Only a Discerning Soul knows what needs to transpire to attain a true "Golden Age". All noted Liberal types care about is perpetual debt and genocide of their people.

This nonsense was setup when THEY established their "Democracy" over 150 years ago. A Red politician – not to be confused with "statesman" – by the name of Daniel Webster – also an American lawyer (go figure) and one of the "Radical Republicans" – issued a warning before the Civil War. He knew the program...

• “I apprehend no danger to our country from a foreign foe...
  Our destruction, should it come at all, will be from another quarter. From the inattention of the people [citizens] to the concerns of their government, from their carelessness and negligence, I must confess that I do apprehend some danger. I fear that they may place too implicit a confidence in their public servants, and fail properly to scrutinize their conduct; that in this way they may be made the dupes of designing men, and become the instruments of their own undoing. Make them intelligent, and they will be vigilant; give them the means of detecting the wrong, and they will apply the remedy.”

First off, in strict sense, the United States is not a country nor is it a nation. And, Webster was one of those "designing men". After all, the bastard was a "Radical Republican". I have always had grave concerns about that "warning". What he was actually doing is setting up the "Deep State" to take the fall in the future to protect the coming cabal of "World Communism" by the "Shadow Government". An important thing to remember people are not aware of is, the Synagogue of Satan had warned us long ago that– 'America is their Zion.' ...their cash cow.

Accordingly, we see the RED Republicans coming to the rescue to save us from all those bad Liberals and Democrats. And notice how he blames Americans for being careless for not detecting "The Cabal". The sad fact is – based on human behavior – THEY knew the masses would fall for it... and surely have done so. The Party of Democrats – along with its apparent infiltration of the Synagogue of Satan – has been a perfect host of useful idiots in the history of "The Cabal".

Right. How very strange. Everything I have been relating for the past 25 years is coming to fruition. Sadly, no one has really listened. What is going on is all part and parcel of the silent wars created by the infamous amendment. I call that amendment The Red Amendment... it being the forced 14th Amendment. And be rest assured, I am not one of "them". I do not derive any pensions and bounties as a minion, traitor, or useful idiot under Section 4 of the amendment. As being sworn to keep "The Cabal" secret, I would not be relating any of this to you.

Accordingly: Lawful Americans must 'detect and correct the wrong by applying the remedy'. Those holding status quo offices cannot and will not help you.

Fruit of A Poisonous Tree

The rich who have gotten extremely wealthy the past 150 years have achieved it by appropriating the labors of Americans through this Communist based system. A system that was installed by force of war, thus is inherently unconstitutional. But yet, liberal minded "citizens" are willing slaves to Marxist taxation, inflation, and the public debt they owe. All while the rich are rich from the same system.

What America is witnessing is the most masterful piece of Hegelian Dialectic in world history. A defiled 150 year plan to bring True Americans to their ruination using - Problem - Reaction - Solution - so select world elites could get richer. All done under the guise of equality of the masses with a thing called Socialism.

It does not take a genius to see that the Communist Manifesto was designed to procure all the resources of a country to enrich the elite with implementing class warfare. Now that the Communist State has empowered the elite through their corporations with laws protecting them, attainment of private takeover is simple. The monopolization of all businesses will solidify through Robber Baron types. Being a private corporate feudalism : check and balances will be non-existent.

In this "Golden Age" of Trump, Americans will remain being the gold : as in The State currency. All property – private and of the republic-states – will remain in adverse possession by consent of the "One Nation Under Fraud" of THEY.

Business Will Be As Usual

The knowledge of law in these times is a must. But most care less about it. The power of republican freedom is a wonderful thing... for True, Lawful Americans.

The purpose of this reconstructed governmental system is to serve and rule evil people. The past two centuries is a means to justify the ends. State sovereignty is paramount. It can only happen if Lawful Americans own their countries.

IT'S NOT MY GOVERNMENT.  IT'S NOT MY REBELLION.

Those Being Of The World

With consent of the masses, the 14th Amendment of the Constitution allows for the legal operations of Communism in America. The 13th Amendment protects Lawful Americans from it. However, "citizens" choose to take "privileges" under this so-called "Emergency"— being an actual, bona fide Communist Insurgency. This takeover of Red was to put "Americans" into bondage : permanent slavery.

Sadly, the Amish are also born with the slave status, even though they live "in the world" better than most everyone else. The ways of the world – being of the world – and its World Communism must be shed to enjoy republican freedom. A person that is born or naturalized is an enemy of The Republic, ipso facto. This is deviously accomplished by operations of law under the 14th Amendment.

Such benefits are vast as held by: Voting - Doles - Silence. With things as they are, the ones that wear the Black Robes ultimately know who is who. The idiom of–"You can't have your cake and eat it too.", applies to you. Those in political power and its judiciary decide what happens to the denizen-slaves that have the Red hue. A Discerning Soul would do the right thing and choose to start anew.

One should ponder : How can one be represented if he cannot duly elect?
Being of the "Democracy" and not being in The Republic is with great neglect...

Ole Joe Biden has given us a great show for the past four years. His "farewell speech" was full of Masonic mastery : true Illuminary greatness. The warning about the "coming oligarchy" was quite humorous. That presence has been here since the founding of the United States in 1776. Such stealthy presence got a better stranglehold after its fulfillment of the so-called "Civil War". Their depravity was enhanced with covert installment of Communist doctrines containing class division to fuel it... that of course Biden taunted in his political blather. Simply put: There will be no real change. Just alterations to make it appear so. The masses will continued to be jerked around with Hegelian Dialectics. Due to their ignorance of law and proper history, THEY, the Zionists, will be successful.

About That Peace

In line with war notations of Biden, I venture you didn't know there are actually two types of peace : One) Under God, our Creator: "We have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ" –Romans 5:1 ; and, Two) That being of Satan, or man: "The meaning of peace is the absence of opposition to socialism."

Of course, the latter peace pushed by Synagogue of Satan member, Karl Marx. According to what Biden related – and what appears to be happening – are we ever going to see the peace of THEY ?  Oddly, Trump has alluded to the world enjoying Socialism. I would remind readers, their motto is : Order Out Of Chaos. Seriously. Which peace will it be?  Peace of man or God?  It appears to be both. Most "Christians" seem content with the way things are. But that is expected, after all. It is said Satan does rule the world and evil men are of the antiChrist.

And, in regard to that peace and the occupation of the body politic, I did not misspeak. It was a reference to the communist occupation held under the 14th Amendment. In proper form it would be "bodies politic". But Lawful Americans insist to persist with their criminal behavior. A One Nation Under Fraud is what they cherish : as ruled by the Red Faction.  Me. I just keep shaking my head.

Sadly, as long as Judeo-Christians and all others occupy the body politic, The meek shall not inherit the Earth and chaos may continue for another 150 years.

That related, I remind you this government Serves and Rules evil people.

is The Communist Association. Right. It's a club for Foreigners.
This club is for those Of The World, not those simply In It.

Setting Up Red Rebels

The 14th Amendment of the reconstructed Constitution of 1868 – what I have duly termed The Red Amendment – with its language provides a naturalization effect. Per an operation of law, this effect constructs a thing people know as an American. It mainly applies to "persons" born within the 'jurisdiction of the United States'... namely, the several States, or aptly the republic-states of the Union.

These persons are citizens of the United States, or rather justly, denizens of the United States. These newly formed, faux foreign red citizens or denizens are not de jure or lawful citizens. Such persons are controlled by private law allotted by Section 5 of the infamous amendment. The noted amendment disenfranchised lawful citizens and enfranchised Commies to perform in rebellion. This being a criminal act that transfers political power of the States to the United States. All carried out per operations of law established to override the proper system.

The Red American

An American is considered a "citizen and national of the United States". The same thing as a 'United States citizen'. As an American one has a nationality of American... as portrayed on the United States passport. This nationality is not considered a true nationality and is capricious. But yet, one is also a "national of the United States".  Seriously, which nationality is it: American or United States? Article 15 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that no one can be deprived his nationality. Is "The United States of America" even a country?

That being established, the noted Universal Declaration of Human Rights is a document that expands and protects World Communism, e.g., Article 22. Right to social security. Of course, there are major conflicts formed. The "Communist Association" is what protects "World Communism". This overrides the Rule of Law that is held by the Law of Nations. Right. A "cake and eat it too" problem. But, as we can see there are also protections to save Discerning Souls from its servitude. In that, thus we see protection by Article 20, as stated : "No one may be compelled to belong to an association."  Simply : You are either in or out.

Understand this thing called World Communism was in the making long before that declaration was established. Daniel Webster – a Radical Republican – gave Lawful Americans a warning such problem may arise... Congress planned for it.

Death of Citizens By Commies

So you comprehend things better, De jure means rightful, and De facto means of fact. We will now observe and illustrate that Lawful Americans had their lawful state governments usurped along with their lawful citizenship – per the Law of Nations – destroyed to accommodate the World Communism cabal. Below is an admission by the "United States" that the "lawful states" have been destroyed...

"A stateless person is someone who, under national laws, does not enjoy citizenship – the legal bond between a government and an individual – in any country. While some people are de jure, or legally stateless persons (meaning they are not recognized as citizens under the laws of any state), many people are de facto [emphasis], or effectively stateless persons (meaning they are not recognized as citizens by any state even if they have a claim to citizenship under the laws of one or more states)."

A stealthy admission by the "United States" of its 'dirty deeds'. It solidifies the mandates found in Plank 4 of the Communist Manifesto. Such being in regard to taking property of those who emigrate and rebel. Diminishment of constitutional property rights is done per unconstitutional law. This is grounded in a de facto status and/or nationality. The 14th Amendment fabricates The Rebellion; and moving from state to state as an "American" is icing on the proverbial Red cake. Both conditions satisfy said plank. And, notice that this is a policy and not law. However, if you are consenting per Voting-Doles-Silence, the policy is then law. I have gone over this consent by the Marxists extensively. Games played due to this "policy" costs Americans billions of dollars a year in Taxes and Legal Fees from Bar Association members. Sadly, so-called Americans love their Marxism.

It should be noted that the United States was way ahead of the rest of the world by the destruction of the nationalities of the Union – as had been prescribed by the Communist Manifesto – with its forced installment of the 14th Amendment.

Thus, Lawful Americans – meaning those with standing to claim and hold lawful nationalities – do not have or possess their republic-states or governments – as per the noted policy – but may live in The Republic over rebelling Foreigners. In this sense they are stateless : a major damage causing unconscionable costs.

Required Death To Be Lawful

The de jure citizen is not only politically dead, but was turned into a dead entity under the 14th Amendment. A legal separation from the Foreigners is a must.

It is true that the 14th Amendment puts the de jure state governments of Lawful Americans to death. Those of the Red Faction claim it is an emergency. But like I have been saying for years, as a matter of fact it is a Communist Insurgency. I have also been saying, Melius est recurrere quam malo currere. Meaning, "It is better to recede than to proceed in evil."  But Lawful Americans elect to ignore it.

That said, there is another "legal death" that must take place. That is the one that provides the "Civil Rights" to a Communist. As a rule of thumb, a general list of these Red Rights may be found in Title 42 of the United States Code. If you look through there and see what you may benefit from, you know that the Duck Rule applies to you. And, passing the Title 5 Litmus Test would be impossible.

The Adversary Has  Already Won by Our Division.

A personal favorite is Title 42 USC Section 1981... which relates only Anglos can own property without maintaining Red citizenship. Them rebelling destroys that right and allows their property and engagements to be taxed and controlled like any other foreigner who participates in the 14th Amendment rebellion. In other words, all Foreigners exercising this 'civil death' would lose voting rights, etc. In regard to such matters it must be said, Welcome to the Commercial Plantation.

Accordingly, let us look at what this noted death would entail...

• civil death. When someone experiences civil death, they may lose the ability to do things that most people take for granted. For example, they might not be able to sue someone in court or inherit property. This can feel like a double punishment, as they are not only facing the consequences of their actions but also losing their rights as a citizen. The concept of civil death has its roots in older legal systems, where it was more common to strip individuals of their rights after serious offenses; where a person loses their legal rights and status, often due to a conviction or mental incapacity, making them unable to participate in legal matters like voting or owning property.

Right. Sounds pretty bad. However, like I stated above it is Federal Civil Rights that are forfeited. Principles of The Republic and constitutional property rights, etc., are then available. Punishments of the Communist rebellion are negated. Unlike what Klaus Schwab said, you will properly own things and be happy... per the Constitution and not the doctrines of World Communism of the Red Faction. Legal matters would be handled and processed in a different manner. Not the way the "law industry" is taught to do. That is what PAC – People's Awareness Coalition – is about : To develop de jure nationals and handle such matters.

In that, proper, lawful nationality is of a republic-state, not the United States or America. Such vagueness is a deception of the World Communism agenda. The fact is, each state of the Union is actually a republic and a country. Below noted, a Republican Form of Government as guaranteed by the Constitution. The Red Faction creating damage are concealing it from the proper and lawful people...

That was stated by Justice Black in the late 1960's. Moreover, the reference of republican has nothing to do with the Republican Party... such party being a Marxist faction. That was actually prodding by said jurist as to why Anglos are amenable slaves to the de facto 14th Amendment governmental system.

The Civil Flag  of Peace is just  simply Boob-Bait  that lures fools.

There has always been this artifice of American nationality pulled on peoples of the [U]nited States of America. That is, there always has been a plethora of legal fictions or presumptions that the "citizen" as set forth by Emer de Vattel was not truly in his country... being the country (republic-state) of his birth... or even if he emigrates to another "republic-state" found in the Union. Yes. It even happened before the Reconstruction of government took place in the 1860's. The problem has always existed within the United States Census. A big complication today...
